Excellent experience.. very friendly people..awesome gel fill manicure and jelly pedicure..I would only go there to get my nails done..highly recommended

They refused to offer any massage with my $30 gel manicure, even as I saw another customer getting a massage included with hers. I was the only black customer in the salon. They said if I wanted a massage, I should pay an additional $12 for a 10 min massage. They are not friendly at all, and don’t invite you to have a seat and pick a color if they’re busy. They just expect you to do it. The manicure itself was amateurish. Will not be returning.

This place is under new management!! It is now called Perfect nails. Let me begin by saying I have been getting my nails done for almost 15 years. Im a firm believer in tippin and never mind paying for the service that I receive.The new owner is a HUSTLER!!! I was headed into subway one evening he ran out to me as i was gettin into my car askin if i got my nails done. Insisted that I come here and let his wife do my nails. Offering me all kinds of discounts and specials guaranteeing me Id leave satisfied. Id figure. ..what the hell, its under new management. Ill try it.My nails did not last a week, not even a day. I get gel polish I decided that I wanted two nails with 3 rimstone on each nail they tried charging me $10 i told the lady to try again 3 stones should not cost that much. She decided to charge me $8, for both nails, which was fine. I then asked for 1 additional rimstone on two different fingers and they decided to give it to me as a gift for first time coming. I was apprehensive about the gift but they insisted. The rimstone didnt last a day. I had to return the very next day and they fixed one, I asked if they would secure the other stone on the other finger opposite hand as id hate to have to return. Nina ensured me that it would be fine. A few days later the nail on the other hand I asked her to secure the stone fell off. This time when i returned the hustler husband was there. He was very rude assuring I came two weeks ago and If his wife fixed he would have to charge. I told him i wasnt paying it hadnt even been a week yet. He started getting loud and continuing to ensure me it was two weeks and the rimstone that came off was a gift, they put them on for free. At this point i was disgusted!!!. I told him its not about being free i would of paid for them because its something i wanted but it should stay on for more than a week. There were other customers in the store i was very embarassed. He kept sayin its two weeks and it was free i have to pay. I went on my bank app on my phone pulled up the date n cash transaction at the nail shop i was there 12/12 I returned on the 16th that was 4 days. When i pulled it up and showed I paid $72 and gave nina a $8 cash tip he started talkin to nina and his wife in there language. I guess they all discussed the same story and the husband said Oh its so busy they got you confused. I highly doubt that cover up story. There was no one in the store when I was there the first time. She ended up fixing the nail for free. The husband tried to tell me he was sorry and there were discounts all January, 20% off. I wont be returning.Cheap products are used however, the place is renovated and clean. They will not last, poor customer service and nails are mediocre.Very disappointed.

The workers at Gloria go so hard at their job, I can not appreciate more how they dont half ass things theyre already getting payed for. I really value that in workers, love the experience Everyone is sweet

Ive been to many nail salons over the years but this place ugh were do I start ! im just not going to recommend any one there. Long story short they guy who did my nails did a horrible job he was rough with my hands and rude becuase I didnt like how my nails were starting to come out. So I stopped him before he finished and he grabbed my hands trying to cut the nails off and I started yelling at him asking him what was he doing ! And he stood up and I could barely understand what he was saying but he was aggressive. The only good thing I can say about this place is that there was a Japanese restaurant right next door for me to eat other then that ! Everything about this place sucks .

Best pedicure ever. It feels like home. People are so nice and great service.
