I had such a great experience at Mimi’s! I asked for a pretty challenging gel manicure with tips and Lee made sure to get it perfect! I’ve had them for 3 weeks and have received so many compliments. This is the longest I have had nails on and don’t want to get rid of them. Unfortunately, I don’t live in TN but am planning on this being part of my next trip to Nashville!Thank you for a wonderful experience and for great hospitality 😊

This was legitimately the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I was part of a bridal party that got their nails done, and I understand wanting to pamper the bride, however they just rushed through the bridesmaids and didn’t care what they did. I purchased the volcano pedicure and everything just came out of the little packet. Not terrible, but the cuticle shaping was the downfall. I received large cuts on both of my big toes from the nail tech seemingly being inexperience. When I mentioned that my toes were burning, he just looked at me. It was very strange. Then the manicure I got wasn’t even a manicure. Lee did a shoddy job of clipping my cuticles and then left me to fix another bridesmaid’s nail because he didn’t fully cure her gel manicure. Another lady did my dip and was very helpful in making sure I knew how to take it off at home, because I had already decided I wouldn’t be back at this salon. All in all, very poor service. They definitely do not cater to large groups, even though we staggered our times so they weren’t overwhelmed.

I love Mimis! They always fit me in and remember me by name. Very kind and always produce the nails I’ve asked of them! Their prices are super reasonable and the costumer service is always warm and welcoming! I highly recommended Mimis!

Incredible service and such a great team here. Took great care of me and paid attention to details! I was asked throughout the service if everything was ok and i couldn’t be happier with that as sometimes services can be rushed and you don’t get the chance to check in or make adjustment. Great customer service however this place is a bit pricey & I don’t think it’s worth it.I went in for a spa pedicure which is 45 dollars. The lady charged me an additional 27 dollars because i got gel. I won’t be returning.

They’re open Sundays! Very nice and professional service! My fiancé and I usually only get 1 day off together. He got a great pedicure, while I received the best dip service. I had to wait about 30 min as a walk-in, but was able to sit in the massage chair, while I soaked my previous gel off, and he got his pedicure. They gave me the most perfect dip manicure I’ve ever received. My nails almost look fake! Would definitely recommend! Their pricing is great as well!

Rarely do I write review unless service is exceptionally awesome or terrible. Had an appointment, was barely greeted and then sat for 25-30 mins not acknowledged that someone would take care of me. People’s time is valuable. And to not acknowledge that or seem concerned for the guest’s inconvenience is not acceptable in any service business.Bummed to even have to post this. But I’d personally rather know ahead of time if I was making an appointment rather than let someone else waste their time.

I get my SNS nails done by Tamy and have gone several times. Today I got my pedicure done by Tim. Both are amazing! I have never had a bad experience here. I even drive from North Nashville just to come here. Tamy’s dip nails last up to 6 weeks (I know I know I don’t normally wait that long lol). But it just goes to show how great they are. Her and her husband are so kind every time I come back. We always have good conversation too. I strongly recommend Mimi’s nails!

I am sad to post this but I felt it was needed.My first pedicure with Mimis nail Spaabout 2 months ago was a great experience.On the contrary, today was the worst experience.I am getting married soon and booked an advanced appointment to recieve a pedicure and wax services.When I arrived, I wasnt acknowledgednor attended to about my appointment after waiting in the lobby 15 minutes.When I finally was directed to the spa chair and foot bath, I waited 25 minutes while no water or service was given in my foot bath, just me waiting.I just told someone in the front Im leaving and quietly left.I am upset and disappointed because my time was wasted and my appointment time was completely dismissed.When I called to speak to the manager about this, there was no concern or apology for this inconvenience.This isnt the customer service I appreciate nor support in businesses. I certainly will not be visiting Mimis Nail Spa for future reference.

This is my go to Nail Salon in Nashville. Incredible service, cute shop, wonderful atmosphere, very good prices. Jenny is the best. If you are coming here, ask for Jenny. She is a perfectionist and my nails and skin always come out INCREDIBLE. Whenever I get married I will pay Jenny big bucks to do my and my bridal party’s nails. Love!

I’ve been meaning to do a review for sometime now, but Mimi’s Nail Spa is nothing short of amazing. The service is excellent as well as the quality. I started coming here in June, and my nails have never been so long in my life. They’re a bit pricey, but it’s well worth it.

Clean & the staff are friendly and very accommodating. My pedicure was relaxing and pretty when finished.

Just had a dip manicure for the first time (which I love) and a very relaxing Mimis pedicure. The place was clean and sanitary and everyone was very nice.

I left with my nails lumpy and uneven then when I complained they tried to still make me pay and argued with me for ten minutes in front of customers, after I told them I was not paying they wouldn’t let me leave so I walked out and then they called my phone until I had to block them. do not recommend at all. they only care about money here, no matter how terrible the service is.

Mimis has always been one of my favorite nail salonsBut the last time I got a pedicure I was appalled. The technician I don’t what her name.,but she put the empty container that she was using in the water where my feet were. She also put my skin shavings from my feet in the water. That has never happened I just wanted you to know.

Linda was absolutely fabulous to me, she took her time and made the design I requested look identical!!! They truly use new straight out of the package tools on your feet. Her foot massage was so therapeutic! ❤❤❤Just fabulous!!

This place is AMAZING. I love that it is a little family business. Mimi and her sister and thier mother, plus everyone else who works here are all wonder full, kind people. My mother and I got a last minute appointment for manicure and pedicures. They made my mother feel like a queen, and gave me perfect nails despite my complicated taste. I cant wait to come back to this place and see these ladies again. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Mimi’s Nail Spa has been my “go-to” every other Sunday afternoon for over 3 years now! I love Mimi, Skylar & Kevin... you can’t go wrong. They always suggest amazing colors & their prices are great. They’ve recently turned into appointment only due to their high demand, so make sure you call ahead! But no matter the service, you will feel pampered when you leave.

If you want to stay classy with white tip - French nails THIS IS NO THE PLACE FOR YOU. they don’t have the white tip so they use the clear tip and they will do everything to pressure you to get the “dip” which the dip in French nails makes it look horrible and bubbly. My nails are half pink and half white, because the dip horrible. Worst $95 dollars I have ever spent in my life.

The last few times I have come to her establishment she has denied us service for whatever reason. Today I came in with my daughters and her friends to get my daughter a pedicure because of graduation and she asked if we had an appointment. Like when have you started doing appointments, but days walk-ins welcome and nobody was there? Wonder why I stopped coming.

I got a nail fungus from this place! Which is a shame, because I liked the staff. I had to take medicine for 3 months, pay for 2 Dr office visits AND lab work! I hadn’t gotten a manicure in years and this was the only place I went to. People! Always make sure your nail tech takes out her tools in front of you from a (sealed) sterile package!

I love Mimis! The customer service is great and I like that I can call ahead and get an appointment with the nail tech I like so I dont have to wait. My gel manicures have been top notch and my pedicures last for weeks and weeks.

Last time i went there the lady who was doing my nails kept making fun of me with her co-workers. They kept speaking their language (not a problem) and then saying key words in English. I think MIMI herself is nice but some of the others are kind of rude. Im not going back.

Second time at this establishment. Under new management (Mimi, under previous mgmt, seemed to really take pride and care about the nails) The facility is really nice, as well staff. I received a great gel pedicure but my gel manicure not lasting as long, nail seemedto be nailed throughly, sealed at the end there nail split, broke & paint chipped a tad. In addition to polish gap on the side of my nails. Its still a nice place to go with good atmosphere but can add up quickly for services on menu, colors, if its a specialty, etc.

Mimis Mom did an excellent job on my manicure and pedicure. The spa is clean and has a nice atmosphere. That said, I asked for the basic manicure and spa pedicure but was charged a higher rate. Also, I used the eco-friendly nail polish and was told it would be $3 extra and I was ultimately charged $5 extra. If you request a service, make sure to clearly state to the owner and your tech repreatedly what you want, as something was lost in translation between the owner who quoted me and the tech that provided the service. Also, the tech that performed my sisters pedicure put little effort into the job.

I go to Mimis nail spa at least twice a month. I went this afternoon 5/23/18, for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. I arrived at 11:45 am. Was told there was a scheduled appointment at 12. So, I decided to wait. Got my eyebrows done it was 12:10. The appointment had not showed up. The young lady at desk continued to ask me to come back. I thought nothing of it. She was so presitisted I thought pay the $12 for my brows and leave. This was at 12:15. Her appointment still was not there. I normally have a good experience with them. However Ms Kim who did my brows insist on doing my pedicure, but was told no. So I guess the person who had the appointment has/had ties to the salon. I will not be returning. If anyone can suggest another spa please let me know.Thank you

They do a wonderful job. Try dipping your nails. The technique last twice as long and easy on your nails.

I did the Mimis pedi & ombre dip. The ombre dip alone was 65$ ( Paid 100$ total ) and I am very disappointed. The guy who did my nails was rushing because they were going to close soon. I did not have my cuticles cut or anything. All he did was dip my finger in the powder a few times ( looks like I have a bubble on my nails bc of the poor work ) and he BARELY FILED THEM. I have been trying to file them myself. Im not sure how they do with other nails but mine is def terrible. I will not be back.

Owner Mimi is a total doll, super nice and everyone there ia friendly. But I wish the workers would give more effort to the pedicures. Could have done better in my own shower and massages arent so great. Nice ambiance too.

I would give this place 5 stars, I’ve recommended plenty of people just based on service, but it seems as if people take their loyal customers for granted. I came in, they told me to come back in an hour which I did, no big deal. After all I Drive 30-40 minutes just to see them... in that hour they said they were booked. Then when I complained they said 40 minutes, but they close shortly there after and I didn’t want a rush job. They could’ve handled it more professionally if they knew they were booked in the first place. One bad experience can really turn people off. So I would say DONT GO IF YOU WANT TO ‘WALK-IN.’ I will no longer be a customer here....

Absolutely love it here. I came in as soon as they opened at noon on a sunday. i got a dipping powder manicure for the first time and it turned out wonderful. I got a small nail design on one nail and it turned out amazing. They were able to match it from a picture I pulled on social media without any hesitation at all. They were thorough with my manicure and the owner, Mimi, even checked my nail techs work periodically to be sure everything was okay. People were aweing over my new nails at work the next day. Thanks to mimi and her staff!!

I love everyone they are so nice and always do such a good job! They are busy especially on the weekend! So just be prepared to wait because they rather give great service than rush through 6 people and give ok service! THAT IS AUTOMATICALLY PUTTING THEIR CUSTOMERS ABOVE ANYTHING!
