Excellent customer service! Fast and knowledgeable.

Staff was helpful but was unable to complete the changes I needed. I live in Murfreesboro but since my account originated in Elizabeth City they were unable to help because they had two separate systems. Very frustrating because that was the store their customer service sent me to.

The Spectrum store did an excellent job as well as the technician that arrived for the install.Some of the personnel at the call center could stand some improvement.

This is the first time Ive setup my own account with spectrum and Im not impressed. I moved today and told the representative two weeks ago to have my internet equipment delivered and he marked it for pick-up. I moved 3 hours, was supposed to have the equipment today, and now I have to go all weekend without internet. The same representative also added spectrum voice (landline) which i specifically said i do not need. If I didnt hate satellite Id cancel my service and switch today. This is a pathetic excuse for customer service

The technician that came out to my home was exceptional I have to say I have never dealt with someone so pleasant, professional, and willing to go above and beyond to resolve the issue. I want to say his name was Matthew if my memory serves me correct. I hope my memory serves me well because he was awesome! Even in the store everyone was pleasant and helpful it was an over all great experience🙂

I went in to pay my bills. I asked about the mobile service. I got all the information needed. Ramona was great assisting and gave sound advice

They were professional and friendly but I keep getting conflicting price quotes each time I speak to a rep regarding my bill.

This place is not helpful. Told us we had to drive another 1.5 hours to another store to get the same equipment. Lies.

Worst customer service. Staff arguing with each other in front of customers. Slow and very inexperienced.
