DO NOT GO HERE. The lady doing my nails messed up my gel manicure so badly that another woman had to finish my manicure by filing them half way down and polishing them to look presentable. Manicure was not redone, though, and still looked bad (better but still bad). And when checking out I was charged the full price for the manicure and when I asked if I had to pay the full price since I feel like it was a halfway done manicure the woman just said they did their best and made me pay fullprice. Have absolutely no respect for my time and money. Will not be going back here!!!!

Absolute worst manicure + pedicure I have ever gotten. The polish is uneven, chunky, full of bubbles and didnt even last 4 days. They were terribly rude when we pointed out defects. Didnt want to redo nails that had HAIR stuck in them. Acted like it was a huge inconvenience when we requested a new nail tech for mom when the first one kept cutting her cuticles and nails back so short and then she tried to leave her old gel polish on and just paint over it. Waste of money and time! Do not bother.

Seriously the best and most affordable nail place is Nash! I moved here last year and spent a lot of time looking for a new home salon- this is it! I’ve also just never experienced this kind of quality before either. My powder nails stay on for 2.5 weeks, and that’s just because I start picking at them. Try Jae- you won’t be sorry! I have been looking for a nail salon to call home, and this was a great find! They gave me a manicure and pedicure. I am hard on my nails, so I was nervous about my acrylic nails lasting. However, they gave high quality service, and I am almost at 2 weeks now with no issues! Nails still look great! Thank you for great service. I will definitely return.

Called and to make an appointment for a new set. Scheduled the appointment and then showed up a few minutes early. From when I walked in they lady up front was rude and asked I come back in 30 minutes. I did. When I came back they had me sit. The guy tech asked me what I wanted and I explained. He then said since I was new that I needed to see the menu. Waited another 20 minutes told him I wanted a fresh acrylic set, he then said that’s 57 and looked me up and like I couldn’t afford it. I immediately walked out. Hell I wasn’t worried about the price I would never walk in there again.

Jae Nail Bar is hands down the best place to go in Nashville or any of the surrounding areas. Every single employee is nothing but respectful, friendly, and extremely welcoming. After hitting dead end after dead end of overly priced and mediocre nail salons, I have found that team at Jae Nail Bar is the BEST. Angie designed the most beautiful nails for me that I have ever seen. She is professional, talented, and such a pleasure to be around! Her work speaks for itself!

Tommy is the best for dip nails 💅🏼 that are perfectly shaped and not super thick. Gorgeous everytime.

First, they didnt use sterile equipment nor was the area I sat in clean. I got an acrylic full set and two days later my polish was chipping off already. Also, they charge unnecessary fees for different lengths and for the price you would think the quality would be better but no. I paid $47 dollars for nails that look horrible less than one week later. Im giving them 2 stars because I liked the shaping of my nails but thats it.

This was my first time here after my friend recommended me and BOY WAS I IMPRESSED! They pay close attention to detail and make great designs. My nails were filed perfectly & cleaned. I’ve never had this 5 star treatment before. Fabulous! Won’t be go anywhere else but here.

My wife and I have made this our favorite Nail Spa since moving to the Nations. We always do the Deluxe Mani-Pedi and Llora likes to have her eyebrows waxed as well. They will take appointments and are ready when we arrived. Always offer a beverage and give the best Mani-Pedis.

Eason did THE BEST French manicure (dip) on me. I’m probably one of the pickiest as far as shape goes for my nails & I have been very unhappy at most places but he got it perfect the first try. They have a beautiful salon & made me felt extremely safe during these weird times. 10/10 would recommend. Ben did my pedicure & her massage felt sooo good. She used the right amount of pressure & shaped my toenails very nicely. I trust this team for all my nail needs. Can’t wait till my next appointment.

I walked in for my 4:00pm appointment and explained I did not want GEL anymore because it takes off my nailbed. She insisted that I had picked them off. I explained to her I had not. I soaked them in Acetone before I came in. She then proceeded to tell me I SAW YOU! I said no you did not. Long story short thanked her for insulting me and walked out the damn door!!!!

The service is kinda hit or miss, depending on who does your nails and how old the product is.

Out of curiosity, I decided to try it out yesterday. I made no appointment, I just walked right on in. I came in at what I thought would be a lunch rush, but there was no crowd. They were able to sit me down and take me in right away. I am in love with all of the options they have with their dip nails. It was hard to decide on what color to start with. They staff was friendly and attentive. They took their time and my nails looks gorgeous. Their prices were fairly reasonable to what Ive paid at other establishments and they have more options to choose from.They definitely won me over and I will be back soon! :-)

Holly is amazing at dip nails!! I always request her. The entire staff is very friendly and the prices are great. They also have a ton of color selections for all services, dip, gel, regular. I moved across town but will still drive over there because they are so good. They are the best nail salon I’ve been to in Nashville.

I was skeptical about getting a mani-pedi in a Wal-Mart strip mall, but BOY was I ever wrong! They did an amazing job. My traditional manicure lasted over a week without a chip ... a new world record for me. Everything about the experience was great. No unnecessary frills. Just a solid mani-pedi that lasts. Jae delivers professional service at a reasonable cost. Ill never go anywhere else. Beats all the NYC mani-pedi shops Ive sworn by for years.

Every technician here has been amazing. I have been to probably 10 different salons in nashville and this place is my favorite. They also are less expensive than the other places I’ve gone. Highly recommended.

I’ve been going to Jae Nail Bar RELIGIOUSLY since a coworker told me about them four months ago. I had been desperately searching for a new salon after moving in April. Thank goodness for Jae Nail Bar! I am always so excited to get my nails done!!! Holly always does the most thorough and beautiful job with my long talons and we have fun while she does them! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, color selection is phenomenal, and the music and atmosphere is hip and fun. I absolutely love this salon. 10/10 would recommend!

Absolutely love this place!! I live in east Nashville now and still continue to drive 20 min for my nails and eyebrows. They are superb with both!! I don’t trust anyone else to do my brows. Very clean and affordable. If there is an aspect you weren’t happy with, they will fix it with no attitude. On my way there now!!

I have had amazing experiences here!! I usually see Angie but saw Eason the last time I was there and they have both done amazing on my nails. I had an issue with my dip chipping and Angie made sure to take care of me and fix the problem. I have also seen her try to help multiple customers who come through the door with a issue with their nails, she is always willing to fix the problem and make it right. Glad I found a new nail place that I trust and can go to in this area!

Just moved here from Memphis. In a desperate need of Mani Dip & Pedi. Researched online for the best place to go. Theres a few places has good ratings but more 1 STARS in their ratings. Until I found Jar Nail Bar. Less 1 Star more of 4-5 Stars. Gave it a try. I didnt make an appointment because I want to walk in to see what the place was like before I gave them my business. First impression, wow, the place is clean, they have a unique futuristic ambiance. I got greeted right away. The gentleman asked what I needed then called his wife on the phone to tell her come right away because I needed a Dip Manicure. Within 5 minutes she came in and worked on me. Her name is Angie. She is very nice, did a great job! The price is very reasonable! They actually have normal music in the background, not elevator music. (thank God)

I have been here twice now and have had a great experience each time. Definitely great value for the price. I chipped my nail today a little over a week after having them done and went to have it repaired. They fixed it quickly and didn’t charge me any extra fees! Highly reccomend!

Came to Jae Nail Bar today for the first time after being sadly disappointed at NAIL WORLD (who expected me to wait 45 minutes for him to do any entire full set that he just started on although I had an appointment...smh). Jae Nail Bar was quiet, clean, offered a drink, great music and my nails look wonderful. Will be returning!

Ive been looking for a nail shop/spa for a while. Especially, one near my work. It has been a struggle to say the least. Im comfortable with Jae Nail Bar. Happy to find a place that do my nails and toes,with quality of care.

I have been going to Angie and Eason for over four years. I will not go to anyone else. They keep my nails in great shape, they know their craft and will tell you if you should give your nails a rest after using gel for a long time. I use the new nail procedure using the powder and find it best for my nails. Give them a try I know you find them as professional as I do.

I will not be going back!!!! Today my friend and I were walk-ins we were asked what services we needed. My friend requested dip and I a full set of acrylic gel. My friend was seated almost immediately and I was asked to wait....I didnt mind to wait as it was busy. Two women walked in while I was waiting and were asked what they needed they both responded Mani pedi the women were made to wait a short while and were escorted to the back ahead of me....now Im still waiting no one has addressed me yet as to my wait time (if this wasnt the third time this was done to me I wouldnt have been as upset as I am) I kept giving this place chance after chance because they do good work! Jump to a male very annoyed like he was doing me a favor by providing the service I will be paying for directing me to a chair I responded that I no longer was interested in having it done due to the poor customer service. Almost an hour into being there the woman doing my friends nails comes over to apologise only after over hearing my conversation about being upset. I advised her that it was little to late for me and that had anyone had come to me earlier I would have been fine but the fact that you move two women in front of me no oh maam unfortunately our nail techs who do acrylic are finishing up we will get to you shortly offer not even a bottle of water seriously??! Im highly disappointed in the customer service the point remains this was not the first time this has happened to me. Actually there is something you can do other than apologize after the fact you can ensure that you as a business dont to this to other people. Dont judge a person when they walk in asking for a service. In fact one of my employees was in the process of getting her nails done when I walked in and relayed her experience and her reason for choosing to not go back to your salon . This is not a one off this is habitual. I will not take away from your skill set because you all do very good work but your cutomcus service for me and others like me is poor and should be rectified.

I have been going to jae nails for months now every set was more then they priced 50dallors for 30dallor nails got my toes done another 50 no dip no gel just acrylic hands and toes the very next day they all started popping back off I went down ask them to fix it they charge me for each nail it was only a day and they started popping off this is ridiculous in the past 3 months I spent over $300 I went one time to get a fill in they didnt charge me $50 they charged me 37 for fill in!! Lol my advice is to never go here I wasted $300 on my hands and feet and I have no Nails left search around before you settle for the perfect place still havent found mine yet but jae nail is not it ...high price for a fast cheap job

Got nails done on a friday and no later than Saturday the next day my powder coat and polish had cracked and faded. Horrible place to get your nails done.Angie how you going to fix my nails 🤔you didnt even know how to do my nails in the first place lol esson talking about half price and I told you that I couldnt come on the days you offered due to my job..I needed a new fill in..within 2 days after getting my nails done.Point Blank Period you both dont know what you are doing.

MY WIFE GOT HER NAILS DONE WITH POWDER COAT AND COLOR ON FRIDAY AND BY SATURDAY THE NEXT DOOR THE COLOR AND NAILS HAD STARTED CRACKING AND FADING ..SHE CONTACTED THE SHOP TO INFORM THEM OF THE TERRIBLE PROBLEM AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD CORRECT THE PROBLEM FOR HALF PRICE...IF YOU DO NOT ALREADY KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING..WHY WOULD YOU EVEN SUGGEST A CUSTOMER PAY MORE MONEY WHEN THE WORK WAS NOT DONE CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME..WE WILL NEVER USE THIS NAIL SHOP AND WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DONT AS WELL.. CONTACTING THE BBB ASAP...I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS PLACE WOULD TURN OUT BAD WHEN WE NOTICE HOW THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE TOOLS PROPERLY..
