I am in LOVE WITH MY NAILS ! This is the second I came to this wonderful nail shop. Tinna was very great, I get my nails done by her all the time. She is very wonderful and friendly and respectful. Also Tinna takes her time and make sure it’s perfection to perfect. I love her. She makes me happy when she is done with my nails. Very satisfied, I promise! First shop in Nashville Tn I have went to and so far so good!

I took my 2 girls. It was reasonably priced, clean. Everyone was super nice and does quality work. Lots of colors to choose from. The pedicure massage chairs actually worked and gave me the best massage.

Went here earlier this week for a simple gel manicure. My technician was working on me and another woman who I guess was a regular. Because she was switching back and forth my manicure was rushed and done poorly. I had to keep telling her to hit the UV light button and she seemed annoyed by it but she kept forgetting to turn it on. When I got home I noticed she only put a single coat on one of my nails so the color is completely different than my other nails and is streaky. Also after two days 2 of my nails had chips in them with GEL. And on one there was a black dot (dirt or something) that got painted over so there is this weird black dot by my cuticle. I do not recommend and will never be back, horrible experience. Also none of the equipment used on me came from a sterile package.

I love this nail salon! They put a lot of care into your nails and always make sure they look good. My acrylics always look neat and even whenever I go here. 100% recommend this nail salon! The staff is amazing as well.

The guy who did my pedicure wasnt very nice to me. Im pretty sure he made fun of my feet, he was talking to his coworker in his language looking back and forth at me to her. I mean other people would find that funny, and he thinks he can get away with that, but not me. He made a comment about my nail color too. I can pick whatever I want, its my toes. Hes a teenager it seems like, but nevertheless, when he was done he said goodbye instead of thank you or come again.Not another dime to this place.

My nails did not look how was expected. I stated I was unhappy with the glitter application and the reaction from the lady (who was not working on me) was unprofessional. The gentleman who was working on me was much more calm. She was behaving this way because of close time. I was disappointed in how I was treated because of voicing being unsatisfied with the color application. They suggested I come back the next day however theres no way I would ever want to go back to this location due to the unprofessional reaction.

The owner, Tina, is literally amazing! Not a lux feel, but quality service. My only complaint is that they use a dip brand that requires a UV light, which I dont prefer, but my nails have always looked amazing when Ive had them done!

Ive always had a great experience here. I love my nails every time I leave this place and never have any complaints! I very highly recommend this place as a great place to go and relax and get your nails done. I am a VERY PICKY person when it comes to my nails and I actually think that they do a phenomenal job! Not only are they super fast, but they actually do a damn good job at the same time! The workers are really friendly and will pursue a conversation with you if you seem like you would like to converse, but they can also sense when you just want to sit there and get your nails done in peace and I really like that about them. Sometimes I just want to get my nails done and check up on my emails or something and not have to worry about being rude to my nail technician! I can definitely do that here.

I just moved to the Nashville area and I have to say they were one of the best nail shops I have been to in a long time and reminded me of the one back home that I go to so I will be coming back to them. Thank you so much guys.

I live in Orlando and do hair. I tried the gel powder and always get them shaped into points, and its held up amazing! Im so sad I dont have a nail tec like Quynh here! Ill definitely be back when Im in town!

I went in on 5/15/18 to have my nails dipped with out the manicure service and was charged $60 including a $5 tip. I believe the gal that actually did my nails is the younger sister of the owner or manager. She had obviously just woken up from a nap, and after they yelled her name for a few minutes she begrudgingly shuffles out out to do my nails. She was pleasant initially. I politely pointed out when I noticed that the dip color I picked out was NOT the color she was putting on to my nails, and yet even though I told her this, she seemed to keep going. I began looking around for help....The owner then came over and they seemed to bicker back and forth while she began annoyingly cutting off all the nails she glued on and already dipped....I asked her what she was doing? She mumbled something about how she cant read their jar #s etc. etc. and was obviously very irritated because of it and was acting like she was being put out... when Im the one having to deal with it..she had no regard to what a pain it was for me...and I mean literally... not only because of the time this was now going to take, but because she became rough and was burning my cuticles from the friction and force she was applying trying to file my nails off.Hey, I totally understand mistakes happen, I was being very nice about all of this, and hey by the way this wasnt my fault.... and yet that was the reaction and the treatment I was getting from sleepy grouchy pants who was doing my nails. Probably wouldve been good practice to NOT charge a customer FULL price after messing up so bad, resulting in this taking twice as long now.. for a dip... especially the sloppy, painful one I was receiving. Sleepy girl said at the very end thank you for your patience, and it will be $55. I was in a good mood at the time because I was FINALLY getting out of there to go home, and was excited to be leaving in the morning on a short trip.Dips should last 3-4 weeks. After only a week, I already had 2 broken nails ... overall they were just very poorly done.I quickly returned to have the two broken nails fixed, and again I believe she is the owner or manager lady this time calls over this very young girl she looked 16 and she was wearing bright red wet lip gloss, she could barley remove her eyes from her cell phone. This girl never bothered to say a single word to me, no hello, how are you...she was too busy smirking and making comments to the guy next to her about my crooked little pinky. She was clearly holding my pinky showing it to him.....and he smirked and laughed and this went on for about 5 minutes....and she was raising her voice, and eyebrows, and laughing while staring and holding my pinky again. They were looking over at my pinky, then her... it was so AWKWARD, rude and with no regard to how I felt while they were obviously having fun at my expense as if I didnt exist. I just watched this go on for a bit in awe. I was waiting for her to whip out her phone and start taking selfie pics with holding up my pinky finger...this was like a bad SNL skit....so weird! Thankfully and I mean THANKFULLY she scrammed to go sit back at one of the the pedi lounge chairs, to play with her phone, apply another 4 layers of red lip gloss, and text her friends about the lady she had to work on with a crooked pinky...this was amusing stuff to this one. Then I had another lady named Tina or Tammy who then took over, she was very sweet, did the repairs fast, and wasnt half asleep, nor insulting me... She did a nice job I tipped her $5 bucks and they didnt try to charge me for the repairs.My money, AND my little crooked pinky :-) will never return to this establishment. YUCK... Shelling out $60 bucks for bad nails, and then to be treated rudely while getting insulted simultaneously is not the way this gal rolls.

I went to give this place a try. The employees were ok not mean or nice just ok. They did offer me a beverage and started immediately on me when I arrived. I got a pedi and French tips for my color. After a week and three days its has started coming off. I havent been swimming or anything that could cause the paint to chip. The other nail shops Ive used in the past would last two weeks at least. I will not use them again considering it was nothing rememberable about the service(s).
