Just got my nails done here for my Vegas trip! My experience here was exceptional. John is so friendly and professional. He took his time to work on my nails, and it turned out exactly how I wanted it. If youre looking to get some real art works done on your nails, this is the place to go to. I will definitely come back!

I haven’t had my nails done in almost 15 years, but I decided to get pampered while on vacation! There were two gentlemen running the whole place while the other staff were on vacation and they did an amazing job taking care of my sister and I! I left feeling so pampered and luxurious!

I love their work. I came in after I got a bad nail job from another business. They fixed my nails I am very happy. They even out the lumps in my nails and reshape and added designs to them.

John did an amazing job. I had a fill in and was in and out in 30mins.

I had gel polish done on my nails, they lasted maybe 4/5 days. I called and asked if they could be redone as they’re supposed to last at least two weeks. The person on the phone seemed unfazed and told me they could fix them for a fee. I would not recommend getting your nails done here. The cost for the quality is beyond not worth it. I will not be going back!!

This place should have a much higher rating! You can tell my the pictures posted here and by other salons that this is the only East Nashville shop that does real nails, and he does a great job! Super affordable price and friendly staff. My only suggestion would be to use a new nail file on each client, keep the work space more clean, and clean the drill tips better.

Diam did my nails. She was very nice and attentive.

Great customer service and great work. Only gave it 3 stars due to the building needing an extreme makeover inside and out. Looks like it may fall apart and wasnt very clean looking or smelling. Popped in as other salons were booked but probably wont be back due to the condition on the inside.

I love coming here ! They are always nice and always do a great job on my nails and toes. Always have reasonable prices also 😊. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else but Lee Nail, other places always seem rude and expensive 😴. Lee Nail treats all their customers right ❤️.

Very nice staff, very kind, friendly and honest! They even walked me to my car and open my car door just to make sure I didnt smear my polish!!!!❤❤❤❤❤ WOW!!! VERY LOVELY TOUCH!!!!! see ya iSoon!!!!!

The people were very nice. A guy did my pedicure (and my feet were real bad, havent had a pedi in at least 2 years) he did a great job. My feet feel soft on the bottom and the polish loops really great. I will definitely be back!

Never go to this place please!! This people are awful, the place is disgusting, they dont clean it ever, everything was dirty. They make me the pedicure. Cut me. The polish is so terrible. I ask for the white tip and manicure but I decided not doing it, the lady take off her shoes, they were yelling and speaking in Chinese all the time. Even their uniform was dirty. The other lady do my nails cut me again! Oh my god this was the worse experience in my life!! Please dont go to this place. Do not Go!!!

So the bond for the was so thick that it was lumpy on nails. The tech kept going until i called it because it wasn’t working - albeit she fixed my nails but the tech stayed on her phone-on SPEAKER the entire time! Thesalon is incredibly dirty. Not a good experience.

The place was empty, my nails were rushed, for what reason, I don’t know, the clear polish that goes over gel polish, wasn’t covering my full nail, if I hold it up to the light, you can see the nails have circles where polish, wasn’t put, Dianne clearly, had a issue after awhile since, I was telling her what to fix, so I paid my money, but definitely will not be back, this is her second time, with something being wrong, for it to just be a simple polish, not fake nails.

I have never written a review before.. but I felt that it was just wrong to let anyone go here, ever. I stopped in knowing what kind of a place it was... looking for a quick, cheap manicure and ended up paying $30 for the sloppiest gel manicure Ive ever gotten. Im not picky when it comes to getting my nails done but the entire time I wanted to just take the tools and do it myself. My fingers (not just the nails) had so much paint on them. Also, Id like to add that the entire time I was there, the employees were arguing with a random man trying to sell them bootleg DVDs.

It was a nice atmosphere. Ben does a excellent job.

I had just moved to nashville and was looking for a new spot to get my wax done. Asked them to SLIGHTLY thin and even out the ends of my eyebrows. They made my entire eyebrows SO thin. I wanted to cry. I was so upset. Also got my lip done and it was poorly done. Id never go back there. This was sometime in december.

This is the only nail shop i will ever go to. Ive been going here for over 20 years. Probably longer. Ive tired others but Ms Diane and her team are amazing.

Worst pedicure I have ever received . It looks like a child painted my toes. Left immediately to find someone to fix this .

Terrible service....acrylic was too thick and took forever to soak off.

Paid $65 for a gel manicure and pedicure. Left with a bleeding finger and gel that overflowed the nail onto my fingers.

Poor color selection. Lady associate insisted I wait a little longer somebody else was coming in to do my pedicure pay the standard price and got a bad pedicure
