This is the first Google review I’ve ever written, and hopefully the last. But the service here was so bad that I feel obligated to write some thing. I called ahead and asked if there was any wait time for me and my friends to get our nails done. I was told over the phone that there was no wait. After we arrive there’s about three or four people in front of us waiting for services. The lady in the back is working on a young girls nails, but young girl states that she’s not happy with the final product because it’s not exactly what she asked for which she was then told by the nail tech that she doesn’t care if it’s not what she asked for she has to pay and leave. Another customer then began to verbally assault the young girl complaining about her nails, as the other nail techs and owners just laughed and shooed her out of the store. About two hours later it was our turn to sit down and get our services done. I showed the nail tech a simple design of what I wanted which included a small design on each one of my ring fingers. She then told me she can’t do any type of design other than just normal polish. No polkadots no stripes no lines no flowers no nothing. I’ve been switched what I wanted originally and found another design that was much simpler. While doing my nails she messed up repeatedly and I had to ask her to fix it because she was just gonna leave it that way until I said some thing. I can tell she was frustrated that I asked her to fix my nails that were clearly smeared and messed up. The services I got were definitely not worth $70 of my money, and I hope nobody else comes here to waste their money for rude employees and under mediocre work. As you can see in the pics the lines are not straight at all and bleed into the clear part. Don’t come here unless you just want something quick and easy but you don’t really care how it looks.

Im from Mississippi and in Nashville on a job assignment! Ive been here 4 times and theyre ALWAYS AWESOME! They never disappoint! All 3 are always so kind to me!

I went for an acrylic soak off, mani and pedicure. The pedicure felt rushed but overall my feet turned out fine. All 3 staff members there took turns on my hands. I left with 3 fingers bleeding and red. Will not be returning. I understand they have to work fast but even the most simple manicure was sloppily done, I could have done a better job at home. I paid $67 for barely a one star service.

My Granddaughter and I got mani pedi before going on a trip . The employees were RUDE, we had to wipe the nail stations down because they were FILTHLY and the polish on my gel nails chipped on THE SAME DAY !!! Plus MORE of them chipped on 2nd 3rd and 4th days . THE ONLY REASON I used them was because I was in a hurry. Ive used them before and wasnt satisfied . After paying $130 for unprofessional service that was also sub-par, I vow to NEVER use them again .

Pedicure gets them the 2 stars. With the nails being done in under 10 minutes, it is not surprising how horrible they look.

I’ve been coming to this place for years and always thought they did pretty good nails but today their service was the worst. The older lady told my kids they had to stand in the rain and wait for me to finish getting my nails done since they weren’t getting anything done.

I came here before and I didn’t not like the service.I found another Nail Place across the street! { TOP LINE NAIL }Now THEY are worth every penny! May not be classy looking like this place but hand down best employees & best work!..These people here at Lee Nails do NOT care about how your nails look they’re just looking for your coins & Money!Very Dirty Tools, Uneven Nails & Staff is just very Unprofessional !!

I just moved here and have been looking for a good, affordable nail salon. I called beforehand for pricing and they told me a gel manicure was only $18. A friend and I drove here - just to be charged $40. They also were so rough, they caused me to bleed and did not give me a discount. It also took me a bit to find a color I liked because they have such a small selection, but once I picked one, the employee said finally in a very sarcastic voice. NEVER coming here again.

Always great service! My full sets seem to last a lot longer here, than other places (Since Im rough on my nails due to work and kids).

Sloppy work. She kept stopping and doing other things. She was more worried about not messing her nails up than working on mine. My nails are uneven and my real nail is still showing on the side from where she did not fill my nail completely with the acrylic. I’ll have to go somewhere else tomorrow to have my nails re-done. Horrible work. My nails look terrible. Do not come here.

The service is lacking but the pedicure chairs feel great

The worst pedicure from the young man l have ever received. I left looking as if l had just polished my own toes at home. No l was not paying attention. But l really had to tell him to shape my toenail. A wasted $55... And the massage chair SUCKS!!!..

Great job always been going there for 15,years at least probably,5mote than that the men fo great on the nails and the women do great on pedicure,they even have a young girl who does wonderful with my step granddaughter

No good energy. A minor did my feet. No experience because she ran my water cold and proceeded to grab my feet to start. I told her, I was going to soak my feet. I assume the adults there was the parents and not a slave trade. It didnt feel like customers where a priority.

They do good nails just they charge for every detail i got a full set with two colors and tried to charge me extra 5 bucks just to paint two nails one color no way

While getting a pedicure two weeks ago the lady who was doing my toe i noticed i was yanking a little to hair when she was going around the sides when i got home it started to bleed and everyday since i’ve been in pain and now i had a lump on my toe because of this!

This place is horrible. They do not clean their utensils at all! I watched one of the ladies give the girl next to me a pedicure and then try and use the same utensils on me! I literally had to stop her and tell her to go and get clean ones... Which im sure werent clean either. Do not go here. They need to be shut down!

This establishment could use a makeover. The staff are friendly but their fee for waxing eyebrows ($12) is a little on the high side especially for the service Ive received. The male nail tech did a good job not cutting my cuticles and he was able to build my nail back via acrylic without using a fake nail because he accidentally cut my nail, thinking that it was a fake one.

Theyve always done my nails perfectly. I wish i lived closer.

Pricy. But did a very good and clean job.Days later and my big toes have been very achey and itchy almost like if they are about to pop up with some infection. Come to think of it theres no way yo tell if they sanatize their utensils.

The lady that did my nails rushed and the nail is on top of my Cuticle and not the color I ask for my nails are all different shapes to wide now I have to go somewhere else to get them fixed correctly

Horrible experience. took forever to do my nails, they had to do the shellac manicure 2 times because the nail polish was bad, they said it was because it was cold out? My cuticles were bleeding and they still made me pay the full price. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. i left in tears :(
