The actual polish could be better, but the pedicure itself was probably the best I’ve ever had. The scrub and massage was heavenly. My friend and I got there soon after they opened, so there was no wait.

I was visiting from.Chicago and needed to get a pedicure asap. Best experience ever the manager fixed my nail that was done at a different salon and she gave the best pedicure experience I ever had. Extremely friendly and staff very little wait time.

It seems that I have done them for weeks and it was today I did not like them they look horrible because I do not apply the acrylic well

Very nice staff but I feel like they are a bit over priced! If you need to get your nails done and you happen to be at the mall it was an overall good experience. Its just hard for me to justify spending $70 on a gel manicure and a spa pedicure. Probably wont go back.

The service was horrible, the man doing my nails was on his phone the entire time he was doing my nails, on three different nails he made me bleed and I told him he was hurting me and he just kept going. I would not recommend going to this place what so ever! Also my blood ended up on the file and he just reused it on someone else without cleaning it first or opening a new file to use on the next person.

Overpriced. Very thin coat of acrylic placed in nails. Just got them done today but they feel like they may break. Just go somewhere else. Madison salons have better nail techs.

The lady that sits at table #1 is amazing. Her name is Daovone and she helped me feel comfortable and all over made my visit an exceptional experience! I recommend her for all pedicures. If you want to feel relaxed and at home, Dee is your girl. I will be back!

Have been coming here forever and today that “manager” went too far. Was told 30 mins called, told an additional 25. Got there and they had seated people who checked din after us!! RIDICULOUS

There are only three nail techs that I trust with my nails in this shop. Its a shame that you have to go home and fix the shape of your nails because some of the nail techs dont know the difference between crooked and straight. Also, they should be using fresh tools when they do your pedicure and manicure but they dont. The tech that did my nails today tried to use the same tools on me that he had used to scrub someone elses feet. That is just gross and unsanitary.

Over booked appointments, tired workers, and service did not justify price.

On vacation and needed an acrylic fill. They got me right in but the man was extremely rough, not friendly at all and to top it all off my nails look worse than when I went in. They are bumpy, uneven, the ends are crooked, each nail has a different shape (some are rounded while others are pointed) and you can see all the file marks/scratches. Absolutely waste of money as I will now have to have them redone when I get back home. Would not recommend at all!

I sat 3 hrs j this nails spa as I watched several people that came in after me get there nails and toes done before me... the tech that started my hands was trying to rip off my previous nails I explained that it was hurting and my nails need to be soaked off.. he proceeded to tell me it would be an hour to soak then off... NEVER IN MY LIFE had it taken a professional nail tech and hour long to soak my nails off!

The person who did my nails was rude, harsh, and cut my finger while removing the excess gel. He then refused to let me go wash my hands form the blood. The nails looked terrible. And the shape was not what I asked for. They all look crooked and they are over priced. I don’t recommend going there.

My experience was SUPREME!!! The nail tech I had for my pedicure was D! She was the truth!! And even was honest enough to tell me that I did not need the premium service that I was about to get due to my great care in which I take care of my feet.She was attentive, kind and just a pure joy! I look forward to returning next time Im in town! She was amazing and my feet feel great!!

First timw there, Im from Ohio Anne was my tech and she was absolutely amazing.

Worst place I have ever went in my life. I’ve probably written 1 bad review my entire life (I never use this google feature. ) I wish I could give no stars. But do not waste your money! I paid for French tips. They where uneven and tacky. They didn’t last the ride home! “Gel” peeled immediately! Then he asked me for a TIP! What! VERY poor quality- very over priced! Don’t go just because it’s in the mall! Save your money/time. You’ll be very disappointed if you come here. I’ve never had such a bad/ lazy experience. Disappointing because it’s in such an awesome mall!

I made the mistake of trying to speak English and ask for something specific. The person working on my nails basically ignored me and didn’t do what I asked, wouldn’t respond when I asked her questions.

Love this nail shop. I drive to Opry Mills just to go. I probably pass 10 nail shops on the way. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. And very professional and very clean.

If I could give a zero I would. They did not do my pedicure properly on top of cutting my toe then I went to get my nails done they did not do them the way I wanted them the next day already looks like I need a fill in. Never again will I go here it was the worst experience ever the quickest pedicure Ive ever had and they were really rough. They talk instead of doing work and paying attention he almost cut me with the drill after cutting two of my toes while doing my pedicure and then didnt even paint my nails all the way or get them even. Wish I would have read the reviews before wasting 80 something dollars on something that looks like a $5 job. Do not recommend going to this place at all unless you would like to just throw away your money.

Typically have a good experience, but a tech I’ve never seen, an older lady did a really bad job on my nails. I asked for a manicure, she put my hand in water and then started clipping, put lotion on and then told me to wash my hands. My cuticles weren’t cut effectively and you can see them sticking up. She then got upset because I wanted my nails shorter. They knew she didn’t do a great job, but had her work on the next person.

This nail shop is amazing. Went here for a school summer trip and got my nails done. Even though it was 40 dollars. The nails came out perfect, the guy was super nice. If i get my nail done again, I will try to come here.

I was unable to go to my normal nail salon so I thought I would try this salon. They do not know what they are doing at this salon. I got a fill in for acrylics and they ripped off the nails I had then gave me a full set that I didnt need, the acrylic went over my nail bed and the sides of my nail bed. I had to go to my normal lady to get them fixed the next day. Another lady was also there that was not happy with her nails either and wanted them to take the nails off. I will not be giving them any more money of mine and will stick to my girl Jenny to do my nails from now on.

My mom got a French manicure with normal polish and it looks awesome and professional. I got a dark blue and a glitter accent and my nails look terrible. Way too much polish (Im talking actual globs on my nails) and it bubbled up terribly. Also my skin around my nails we buffed more than my nails were.

Bad. Just bad. $45 for dip nail polish that is already coming off in one week. Was there on a girls trip and the guy asked me if I was local. Told him where I was from. Guess he knew I wouldn’t drive back for horrible job.

I came in from out of town to get my nails fixed and they wouldnt even fix it then the lady told me to find a color close to it she will paint it that color and I just got them done for them to tell me they cant fix it bull I wont be back watch out for them they will rip you off

I’ve been coming here over a year pay $40 for full set, pink acrylic with coffin shape. Lately when I come the prices have fluctuated from 40-45 & back again as if they change prices based off how they fill. Today I come in & I was told $50.....oh hell no! I asked if prices have changed & I couldn’t get a proper answer so from here on out I’m DONE coming here to get nails done. I don’t appreciate the fluctuating prices. It’s unfair to the customers.

Received a gift card to this nail shop but will probably never return.Receptionist was very welcoming and customer friendly. The technician assigned, not so. He had a sinus problem the day I was in which seemed to sour his disposition from beginning to end. When I asked that the dust be removed from the lamp he placed in front of me, he left and had a very nice young lady replace him. Overall experience was such that I left feeling very unsatisfied. Must admit that others, who might have been regulars, were seemingly having a pleasant experience.

I work at GBG in Opry Mills and I decided to give Nail Trix some business. The nail tech that did my mani/pedi was very pleasant, but I felt rushed. She did not remove all the old polish from my last pedi. She literally painted more clear polish on top of the old clear polish. When she did my mani she rushed through it. I got a gel polish mani that only lasted 9 days! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

Great experience, with minimal wait. A bit expensive- but I cant blame them for naming their price and not settling for less.

My mother and I are in town on vacation. She had a cracked nail, and in order to prevent the nail from breaking all the way through we went to Nail Trix. This was a mistake. She waited patiently for over an hour, after seeing other people of different races be prioritized before her, even though they arrived after her. When she was called they told her to just put a bandaid on it. Instead using a clear acrylic to build up the strength of the nail we were dismissed and told they could do it. The nail was not yet broken down to the quick. After their refusal to help the nail finished breaking down to the quick. Now she is in pain, and having to deal with a nasty splint to keep from further damage to her finger. This is all due to a lack of training and initiative. NEVER EVER GO HERE.

Went for a fill and a pedicure here were my issues:1. Dirty Pedicure bowel (declined pedicure bc he would not dump water and clean it)2. Burned me with the drill.3. The acrylic was lumpy.4. Polish does not cover the entire nail.5. Top coat peeled off on day 2.6. Thumb nail broke 3 days laterI will never return to this location, it was all bad.

I went here back in November and they did an awesome job on my nails. It was my first time getting my nails done ever. A problem they should work on though is communication and being more gentle. My nails turned out perfectly for me. They even lasted over a month. I went with my sister and a friend. My sisters experience wasnt as good as mine. The dude who did her nails cut them too short and didnt even do the right shape she wanted even after she repeated it several times. He also made her bleed by being too rough.

I wouldnt even give then one star but i had to just to place this review... First of all they are supposed to be open till 7pm and at 625pm i was very rudely told that they were all gone when i was trying so desperately to find them in opry mills mall and called to ask for HELP and i was more than willing to pay cause it was last minute, but the rude lady didnt care about anything i had to say, wow hands down the worse service i have ever recieved from a nail salon, and was willing to pay atleast 200 just to get my nails done in time for a last minute trip, jjeeezzzz what happened to customer service

I got a fill in here and that was decent but the gentleman kept pushing my arm into an uncomfortable position. Maybe I wasn’t holding my arm into a good position for him even tho I’ve never had any other nail tech pick up my arm to put it in a different position. My arm and shoulder were super uncomfortable. If I didn’t have shoulder problems it wouldn’t have been a big deal but the position he put me in made the pain flare up.

Ive been to this place a few times and left dissapointed a couple. It really all depends on who you get! There is one guy in there who is absolutely terrible. He was such a jerk to my friend the entire time he was doing her nails. She asked if they had studs for a design, and he said no. Later on, I wanted a design and showed him a picture. Mine also had studs. He pulled them right out, and started to put them on. He then proceeded to tell me that he hated doing designs and it was not his favorite. I apologize, but THATS YOUR JOB. Seriously, was very irritated with him. However, the man who did my nails was great. Made me laugh, and talked the whole time. I wish I would have gotten his name.

Total language barrier, so difficult to communicate. However, both pedicurists knew how to ask for a tip at the end of our treatments. We felt pressurised into something that should be discretionaryThe pedicures were good though. What a shame we felt manipulated in more ways than one when we left.

We go here often, but we will NOT be going here anymore. My daughter had her nails “dipped” for the first time on Friday. By Saturday morning 4 of her nails and by Sunday ALL of her nails were pealing where they weren’t properly sealed. The manager told me over the phone she remembered us and would be glad to fix the problem. She was very apologetic and kind. When we arrived Monday for the repair, she was not in. The older lady who wears the ball pulled back simply HARRASSED us. She refused to make the repair because my daughter couldn’t remember exactly which man did her nails. She said it had to be the exact same person to fix it. Another lady in the shop confirmed we were there, but the lady I spoke with didn’t listen. I told her to refund my money. SHE REFUSED TO GIVE A REFUND. I had to basically say I wouldn’t leave. Finally she let the man make the repair. My daughter was embarrassed, I was embarrassed, and we will not spend our money in this way again. DO NOT go here!!! They only want money and are not good at their craft!! Let the tourists go there. We are moving to Snappg Nails in Donelson.

I got a gel Manicure on Thursday and by Saturday it’s alreayd half gone. HUGE waste of time and money could have painted my nails with dollar tree nail polish and it would last longer! Worst salon I’ve ever been to.

Stop by with girl friend, she wanted a pedicure, I was told that they did brows as well. I signed up for a brow clean up and waited and waited. Finally my friend Sandy was done with the pedicure. I still had not had anyone come by and ask if I was waited upon.Will not go back.

Worse place ever, the gentleman that did my pedi ripped skin under my toenail. Needless to say I now have a very infected big toe. I would never recommend this place to anyone. My sister also had a bad experience, her polish wore off in hours in places. Save your money, this place stinks. Thank you for the infected toe, said no one ever.

This place is the worst. The nail text was very rude and tried to talk me onto getting a service that I didnt I didnt want after I had already told her what service was initially needed. Then called me rude when I didnt want to get the service.

I been going there 2-3 years now but this last one did it. The guy “My” was rude the whole time. He painted my nails sloppily. When I told him to fix it, he stood up and looked at me with the most evil look ever. I told the manager and she defended him. This was August 13,2017. Today one of my nails came off lol. A full week is all they lasted. $35 for this and I tipped him $3 smh. NEVER EVER go there! Save your money and go to a real nice salon or get on YouTube and do your own! Whatever you do, just don’t go here.

Almost all of the nail technicians are very lazy when doing my nails, and they break very easily. I spend $45 -$50 to get my nails done here only for them to break The next day. I’ve had to go back at least five times in a week alone to get problems that I already voiced to them fixed. Every time I have to get my nails fixed, rather it’s a clean break or just a crack, the nail techs try and argue with me and claim it’s my fault that my nails are breaking even though they ignore me when I tell them my nails are cracking while they’re filling them in. Not only do they overcharge and add their own tips, but they are very disrespectful and don’t do the job right. I’ve only had one nail technician that does my nails right the first time and never complains. I wouldn’t recommend going here, it’s a waste of money unless you’re just getting your natural nails painted or a pedicure.

Me and my friend went here and got our nails done and they didnt even ask her what shape she wanted and then yelled at her cause the man made her finger touch her nail and messed it up. Then didnt let our nails dry. The man I had left a big dint on my nail. Also hers are all half painted since they didnt let us finish drying our nails. They were really rude also. I will never go back .

I got a full set and the guy made my nail bleed and kept filling at it while blood still ran out, and as im bleeding and literally crying, he says youre fine. I ended up pulling my hands away from him because the pain was so bad. I work at this mall and I know how customers can be so I let him finish the set. Horrible never going again.

If I could I would give it 0 stars! Ive been here 3 times and all 3 times have been horrible!!!! Third time the charm right? Well no I only went because it was last minute and my nail lady was out of town.. anyways I went in for a pedi/gel manicure. Brian (the guy who took care of me) got it all done in 30 minutes. Where I usually go it takes 1 hour or 1 hour 3 minutes because they actually take there time doing everything right! Not only did he rush everything but he also cut both of my thumbs.. then to top it all off one of my toe nails was cracked down the middle. It was the worse service Ive ever had and they charged me $55.00.

Its ok but the prices r ridiculous. To put a new gel dipped color is $50 thats ridiculous when u can get a whole set of nails for that. Crazy.

Decided to get my nails done here because I was already at the mall & really needed my nails done.. the wait here is ridiculous. & the man (Brian) who did my nails was horrible. He was so rude. I went in for a gel color change. While my hands were under the light he didnt even wait until the time was up to switch hands. He got polish on my skin & when I asked for him to remove it he looked at me so annoyed. He was working so fast to get done that he missed a step while doing my nails.. he forgot to prep them for the gel polish. My nails are lumpy & missing polish in a few spots on different nails. While checking out he keep looking down at my receipt like I was going to tip him.. lol, I really didnt even want to pay at all.. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!!

I had a horrible experience on April 11,2018. While getting a pedicure I got a chemical burn on my foot. When I asked about it; they tried to tell me that “sore” was already on my foot. They have less than mediocre customer service and did not give a discount, nor did they apologize. Never again!
