My mom, sister & I came here while we were in Nashville for a girls day. They were able to accommodate all 3 of us at the same time for Swedish massages, which Ive found can be difficult. And we were able to all have female masseuses, which was our preference. My massage was very relaxing and enjoyable. My mom and sister both enjoyed theirs as well. We were also pleased to find they have showers with all the amenities. We were able to get cleaned up after the massage so the rest of our afternoon wasnt spent looking like urchins. The atmosphere is exactly what youd hope to find in an upscale spa. They have a relaxation room with snacks and complimentary beverages (champagne, water, tea etc). The customer service was impeccable too. I thought it was a little pricey on the front end but after its all said and done, all the extras make up for it. I would definitely return if Im in Nashville again looking for a great spa.

The spa (which is inside on the 4th floor of the hotel) is very nice! I only came in for a pedicure but the woman was very pleasant and asked if I wanted to wait in the relaxation lounge. Which I did! Id go again if given the chance.

Customer service of the spa is shameful. Managements attitude is the customer is always WRONG!. A front desk employee booked me with the wrong stylist AND for the wrong service. The Manager of the spa offered no compensation for the error even though she was aware that I drove over 100 miles round trip just for my appointment! She then cancelled my next appointment to punish me for complaining. The policy of the spa is to automatically add a 20% gratuity for all services, to charge a fee for missed appointments if not cancelled 24 hrs. prior to appointment, and has incompetent front desk attendants. My advice is to go across the street to get spa services. There are plenty of nearby spas to enjoy where you will be treated commensurately for the price of the service.

The changing room floors are disgusting. The relaxation room is loud because of the massage room doors opening and closing. The robes were stained and not comfortable. The doors of the massage rooms are so annoying opening and closing during your massage. The spa doesnt feel high end at all, I would never recommend this spa.

Says walk ins welcome on site. Definitely not. You need an appointment. Must not have a lot of nail techs. Went in on Monday and first available nail service was Wednesday.When told this, it was followed by the condescending sorry.Came off as pretentious.

Very expensive but fee includes gratuity. Best massage I have ever had. Given by an expert male therapist.

Place is very beautiful and lunch luxurious. Price is a little steep but you definitely get what you pay for.

The front desk staff was horrific, didnt even look up from the phone when I walked in and then insulted me and didnt apologize. I would never, ever step foot in this place and dont recommend anyone does either. A truly horrific experience.

Therapist was fantastic. Front desk was terrible, rude and unfriendly. Took over 20 minutes to pay for service because system was down....zero consideration given for wasted time and inconvenience. Poor customer service.

Be wary of this SPA. They have no mercy for emergencies causing you to cancel. We were just charged 1/2 price ($170.00) when we had to cancel due to hot water heater bursting and flooding our basement. We called as soon as we knew, but no empathy from this place. Really????
