Go here now! Ive never fallen asleep during a massage and I did here! I never had to ask for more champagne and everyone was safe and personable. The hotel is super swanky too! Make it a date night weekend if youre game!

Massages were great, but for a premium price I feel there could have been some better amenities. Also they removed amenities because of covid but probably didnt change their prices. All in all a good experience but I feel like there was something missing for the price.

I had the absolute best facial by Emily! I have had many facials over the course of my 55 years, but Emily was hands down the best I have ever experienced. I have never been this relaxed at a facial or massage and was able to simply enjoy every minute of the 80 minute facial. The spa was so clean, beautiful inside, and all of the staff were exceptionally friendly. I will definitely be back. Thank you for a great experience.

We went to Woodhouse Spa for a couples massage for our anniversary and sadly I was disappointed. Upon arriving we were out in a Public waiting room with a group of ladies that were not quiet at all. Large parties should really be separated out. Really sets the tone for going in for a massage. The person who performed my massage was very aggressive and intense with the massaging even after being told to lighten up several times. I went in for a light Swedish massage. I felt like I went in for a physical therapy massage and it was very hard to relax. After the massage I was told to get an MRI and see a chiropractor? You’re not certified to give medical advice. When going in for a massage you expect soft hands and relaxation. Not hard and fast massaging. I don’t want to be sore after leaving. disappointing after an almost $300 experience.

No one showed us where to get dressed or what to do. There was not a place to put your clothes since lockers were out of order. I purchased a deep tissue massage showed him the two main areas that were giving me a problems. They weren’t addressed. I had to ask. I also had to ask for deeper pressure more than once. He would give a deeper pressure for a minute then stop. my 80 minute deep tissue massage that cost over $225 was more of a body rub. I was highly disappointed. The pro… we were offered mimosas.

Brandon was not just going through the motions. He was very skilled, truly attentive & addressed my noted areas of muscle tension with great care. I noticed a huge difference. It was my wifes birthday, and sadly it was a bad experience for her. She loves a good spa treatment and knows a good Esthetician.and Kallie was not.Update: Woodhouse contacted my wife and rescheduled her for a free redo facial. The best spa experience. An extremely relaxing environment with all of the specialties that leave you feeling delightful. The dressing room, spa attire that is provided, special rooms, mimosas and treats make it a one of a kind experience. My masseuse is Jason, he is exceptional. I go often but the last time I went, I had a swollen knee. When I left, I was walking straight, feeling much better. The entire spa experience is delightful. I highly recommend.

Came in with my mother around 12:00 on 9/23/20I had a hot stone massage from Anthony that was absolutely phenomenal. He was wonderfully calming and professional, even suggested a stretch for me to do between massages to try to keep the tension out of my neck. Our temperatures were taken as soon as we walked in, and hand sanitizer was offered. Everything was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, great atmosphere. The 2 ladies up front were sweet and very gracious. All in all was a great experience I would definitely recommend, especially a massage from Anthony.

I had the absolute worst spa experience at Woodhouse day spa. As an ER nurse during a global pandemic looking to relax on her birthday this was a huge disappointment. Upon arrival 10 minutes early and giving them my name they did not confirm my services with me, did not give me a tour or a locker so I spent my entire spa experience in my street clothes including a winter jacket and purse. I was rushed to my massage and expected the bath after that I had confirmed the week prior, but I was told they did not have me booked for one and it wasnt on their schedule. Once getting to the desk at the end they asked if I was Courtney? Still charged me full price. I will not be returning nor will I recommend this spa.

This place is amazing. I’m visiting Nashville for the first time and really wanted a spa experience. I saw this place online and decided to give it a try, and I am very glad I did. My massage therapist was Anthony and he did an amazing job of turning my “hard as a rock” shoulders back into normal ones. I feel relaxed and my muscles are soft and smooth. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left I felt that resort type feeing. The staff was very kind and attentive.

My mother and I went to Woodhouse on 7/25/2020 and recieved phenomenal service. We were welcomed with a warm smile and then led back to a two person waiting area. We were offered mimosas, champagne, or water. We had small talk and listened to the soothing music, while having drinks. Melissa, my masseuse, came to greet my mom and myself right on time for our service. We were then led back to a dim two-person room and given a moment to undress to our comfort level. Melissa used wonderful techniques and the lavender, aroma therapy add-on for relaxation was so soothing. She used the right amount of pressure and often asked if she needed to change anything. At the end, she offered another drink and kindly led us to the checkout area. I will definitely be back. Marvelous place!

UPDATE:I just got a call from the General Manager (1hr after I posted my review) and she made things right for me. She admitted that my manicure was not at their level of quality expectation and offered to have the service redone. Unfortunately, I was only visiting Nashville for a wedding so I couldn’t make it back so she offered to refund the manicure AND added a free mani&pedi for my next Nashville visit. I probably wont be back but the fact that she took the time to call me and apologize goes a long way for me. And for that reason I am updating my review from a one star to a 3 star.ORIGINAL:I really struggle leaving this review since the lady who worked on me was extremely friendly but the work done was terrible. Just look at the pictures I attached of my left hand. I had this done 2 days ago. There are air bubbles on the nails and the polish around the cuticles is horrible. I paid a total of $130 for removal, gel manicure and regular pedicure... i would say it was definitely over priced and the quality wasn’t there to support it.

I’ve been to the Woodhouse day spa twice. After my second experience tonight I wanted to leave a great review. I am currently training for a marathon and am also a dentist in town, so I had a lot of knots from my long distance running and also from my less than ideal posture that comes with my career. My Massage therapist Brandon Was very knowledgeable about insertion points and what might be causing my issues in the first place. He was able to help me understand how to improve upon the issues I’m having not only through massage therapy but also at home through different exercises. I wanted to thank him for the knowledge he imparted to me as well as the amazing job he did working out some super serious knots in my traps! Great spa!

This is a lovely spa, it is clean, relaxing and offers a wonderful range of facials and massage. Ask for Katie if you are looking for an estatition with years of practice and knowledge, for a massage Genevieve also has years of practice she shows a concern for your well being and offers a marvelously relaxing massage. This spa has never pushed product on me either, I very much appreciate this. They do however have some quality products should you chose to browse. I highly recommend this spa.

Went there today, they just re-opened yesterday due to the covid-19 govt. shutdowns and I must say VERY relaxing. This is my first professional massage, my husbands gift for mothers day and it couldnt have been better. I was nervous at first, I have major anxiety and am very anti-social, I get nervous around people and I couldnt have been more relaxed than I was here. The atmosphere was very relaxing, the staff were excellent. I highly recommend this place. Thanks for the great service, Ill be coming back as soon as I can.

I highly recommend Melissa for massage therapy. The spa is quite small, there are no added amenities you might have access to at other places such as steam/sauna room, but it was very clean, and the quality treatment made up for the small space. My husband and I had a couples massage, both deep tissue. It was possibly the best treatment of my life. We should have done 80 minutes. Melissa is highly skilled and thorough. She found all my problem areas. I will definitely be returning for more treatments with her.

I received the Lazy Day Renewal treatment and it was FANTASTIC. She was very descriptive with how the treatment was going to work. Overall, I would highly recommend this treatment. With the spa being a bit busier on the weekends, groups can sometimes be chatty in the relaxation room, but they handled it very nicely and offered me a private relaxation room before I had the treatment. They have a nice variety of snacks in the relaxation rooms as well. They also validate valet parking with the hotel next door which is nice.

Everyone knows that Woodhouse is supposed to be the nicest spa around and in terms of their decor & ambiance, it is. The staff are a little snooty but I looked past that initially. After the masseuse came to get me from the waiting area, I was immediately worried. I could hear her breathing as we walked back to the room. She was a mouth-breather and a larger woman who didnt look like she would be able to navigate the massage bed very easily. Needless to say, the massage was not very relaxing & it was a complete waste of the sweet gift from my boyfriend. He forgot about my experience & actually bought me a gift card for Christmas a few years later. I told him that I did not want to go back there and asked him to take it back. He went back & explained to them that I did not have a good experience & did not want the gift card but they refused to refund him! They were not nice about it either. So, Ill never recommend anyone to go there when asked. Save a TON of your money & go somewhere else and probably have a better experience without the snooty people.

I have had some really good massages. I choose deep tissue so that I dont just enjoy the hour but take some real healing home with me. The massage I received on Tuesday night tops them all! Anthony is obviously an expert in his field and not only did I thoroughly enjoy the hour, but he was invested (even a little concerned lol) about my healing. He has an amazing spa voice, walking me through some of the relaxation and then encouraging me in stretching and healing. Truly an amazing experience I will definitely be repeating and one of the best gifts you can give!

My husband and I had a couples massage there the spa and massages were great. Only one shower in each locker room so I skipped that bc someone was already in there. The relaxation room is a little bright compared to other places Ive been.The staff was a little snippy when I asked about the valet validation. We were going to have lunch in the hotel and she acted like we were trying to scam them. I quickly realized it made no difference, got our validation and left. The valet operation is pretty awesome, BTW. Text a number and they text you when your car is ready to go.We will go again.

Such an amazing experience! My husband and I went for a couples massage (Swedish 80 min) for our anniversary. Plushy cushy bathrobes, complimentary amenities everywhere, soothing atmosphere, excellent client services. Catalina was my therapist and she was AMAZING. I had a sprained muscle and she worked diligently and methodically to soothe and loosen it. My husband reports that his therapist, Michelle, was excellent as well. They both worked in perfect professional and skilled harmony to pamper and relax us. Its not cheap, but absolutely worth saving up for!!

First of all this is one of the nicest spas I have been to. When you walk in, you are immediately transported to a tranquil and relaxing state. I didnt even want to leave the relaxation room! I received the Woodhouse Escape treatment. It was the most amazing 110 minutes of my life. I truly could not recommend this place more. I will definitely be back. Staff was also very knowledgeable and super sweet!

Wonderfully laid out in the most beautiful location. Once settled in, youre offered refreshments until the staff is ready for you. The bathrooms are extremely inclusive, they even keep dry shampoo and bobby pins in the vanity drawers! Lockers with electronic combos are provided for your personal property in the bathroom as well. Our massage therapists were both effective and used their time wisely. No complaints! Just glad I chose to go here!

We spent an afternoon at Woodhouse with 50 minute massages and 25 minute facials. When we arrived the staff was nothing but kind and welcoming. They have a nice ladies room to change / shower and then you can get seated in a room with water, snacks, and champagne if you desire. My massage was very relaxing and felt wonderful (I had a deep tissue). My facial was amazing even with it being only 25 minutes. The woman I had was so easy to talk to and we had a great time (I even left with two samples of moisturizers). It was a wonderful experience all around and all four of us agreed it was $$ well spent!!! I’d definitely go back and recommend this spa to anyone!

Really enjoyed my time there as the experience and atmosphere are top notch. I had received a gift card and booked a gel manicure and pedicure for an upcoming trip I’m going on. I thoroughly enjoyed the person who did my nails. She was new but pleasant to talk with. My pedicure looks amazing, but I’ve noticed with my manicure the color is not even, does not go to the edges of my nails and looks streaky in spots. I did not look closely enough before I left. I only say this for the purpose of improving upon someone else’s experience. I would recommend the pedicure but unfortunately not the manicure.

I was looking to book massages for me and a friend in the Nashville area and was impressed when i came across The Woodhouse. After trying to book online without success i called the spa to just book over the phone. I was put on hold immediately upon calling and was on hold over 15 minutes, i was at work and could not sit on hold all day. I decided to email them and see if i could get in touch that way. They responded to my email within 15 minutes and apologized for the service and experience i had had that far. I responded immediately after and have yet to hear back from them. That was Thursday 2/13 at 3:45pm. It’s currently Monday 2/17 and no one has responded to my email. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and i will be booking massages with a spa who wants my business.

My facial was the best Ive ever had and the warm agave nectar pedicure was bliss! Im reversing my one star from last week to a five star. The owner, Kim, and the manager, Jennifer did what any top notch business does, and top notch they are. I had a situation last week with confusion on an appointment. Kim called me w/in 24 hours to take care of the situation and inputted a computer issue company wide so it wouldnt happen again. Jennifer also called me and was very gracious, and we had a positive conversation. I went back this weekend to enjoy the full Woodhouse experience, the services and all the personal were wonderful, and all the nice touches that Jennifer did to make sure I had a special relaxing time were welcoming. Booked a facial with dermaplaning for my step daughter and when she got out I asked her how it went and she said they didn’t do the dermaplaning. That was literally the only reason I booked the facial for her. The facilities are nice and everything else went well but to not get the service I came in there specifically for is extremely disappointing.

This was one of the best spa experiences Ive ever had. My partner and I got a couples massage with Anthony and Jason, and both were absolute professionals. Anthony did an amazing job of keeping me comfortably covered while working through my major aches and pains. Jason was able to help with my partners long-term back problems. We then got pedicures (my partners first!) with Deborah and Krista. Both women were great! We had a really great conversation with them, and they made my partner completely at ease. I recommend the Woodhouse wholeheartedly, and recommend Anthony, Jason, Deborah, and Krista as highly as I can!

This is an awesome spa, expensive but the light therapy and the signature facial is extremely cleansing and restorative. You get champagne and chocolate after and comfy robes, you can shower, beautiful facility! They validate at the valet at the hotel so it’s convenient and you just tip the valet a few bucks. I instantly saw a noticeable difference in my skin after receiving the most tranquil, award winning, Woodhouse Hydrafacial.Julianna was a skin expert and was extremely genuine in directing me in the right direction of which facial would be most beneficial for my skin type. I have been many other places in Nashville for hydrafacials and this was by far the most illuminating outcome my skin has ever received.

A bit awkward sharing space with other customers in robes but other than that this is a beautiful day spa that even got ME to relax and beleive me thats a hard thing to do. The complimentary valet and champagne are such a nice bonus of coming here and my masseuse was such a lovely person and she recommended a yoga block for my back problems. Additionally for the services and everything I received here I dont think you could ever beat the price. Definitely recommend!

The first time I visited this place it was a disaster. When I walked in the front desk girl was giving her latte order to a friend instead of checking me in. Each service felt completely rushed. Even the valet was terrible. I left my one star review immediately and the owner called me directly within 20 minutes. She nearly begged for another chance to win my business.I came back and red-did my entire services as she promised and they even tossed in a few extra add on services to my waxing and facial. The front desk people were alert and knew exactly who I was when I arrived. At the end, the manager checked me out, had a hand written thank you card with a box of candy- albeit candy that gives my anaphylaxis, and early said she appreciated the second chance. They really tried to make this a better experience.Overall Id say they redeemed themselves mostly. My preferred spa across the nation is a Japanese day spa where youre encouraged to relax. There are 30 minute blocks between services so a 3-4 service appointment can be 6 hours. Its glorious. I still felt a bit rushed here, but I believe its because they were trying to make things seamless. They dont have a sauna or steam room to relax in between appointments, just the quiet rooms.Sadly, their valet still sucks- which even though its not technically part of them, its still part of the experience. I waited 20 minutes for my car and then had to ask the dude, even though I was standing in front of him the entire time, where my car was. They didnt see the text request come through. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my car.Id give this place a shot again.

The Woodhouse Day Spa is hands down the BEST spa in Nashville! I visited in early Feb and had the hydrafacial and signature massage. The hydrafacial was new for me but the results were outstanding! My face glowed for days! I am now addicted. And the massage was also a great way to work out my sore muscles after a long day with clients. The facility is just beautiful and the staff cater to your every need. I could live in their restroom / locker room! Everything from their fresh flowers to their hot tea to their luxurious robes makes you feel relaxed and pampered. I will definitely be back on more than one occasion! Seriously, this place is a little piece of heaven!

We visited Woodhouse Spa in Nashville last week and it was extremely relaxing and professional. The staff was perfect from check in to check out. They even checked on the status of our hotel room for us. We will be back to visit as soon as we can.

This location has more expensive prices than the one in Franklin. So don’t look at the Franklin booklet thinking you’re gonna get a $100 express hydrafacial. After using a gift card, I ended up paying $105 when I expected to only pay $20 because I didn’t know the prices would be different (I didn’t just get a facial).Overall, I enjoyed my experience other than that kinda major glitch (which is why they got 3 stars from me). The aesthetician that I had, Lisa, was great, super sweet, and really took the time to access my skin before getting started.

What an amazingly relaxing experience...I had a 50 minute deep tissue massage and a 25 minute reflexology foot massage, plus time just to relax and unwind in the luxurious tea room..😍 Everything was fantastic!

The staff was amazing!! The place was beautiful and felt luxurious!! A must for first timers!!

The only comment would be about dressing rooms being to small for volume of business. The spa is beautiful.

The facilities are new and beautiful. Everyone was so accommodating! This is the second time that I have gone to a Woodhouse spa while traveling. I will be looking for this spa every time!
