I absolutely loved this place! My first time here and I am now a loyal customer. Lyly did an AMAZING job with my nails - exact shape I wanted (which is usually hard for me to achieve at other places), great color selection, and she did the design perfectly. On top of that, she did a full acrylic set, with gel and design in 40 MINUTES! Unheard of, especially for flawless work. Herself and the rest of the staff are very friendly.This place is a MUST!!

Ive been a customer for about 4, maybe 5 years. More often than not...I leave with an uneven application of polish on my toenails. I think salons should be less concerned with dim lighting (I assume you create a relaxing atmosphere) and more concerned with making sure their clients receive a quality product. Im a loyal kind-of customer...but, I think its time to find a new spot to get my occasional pedicures.

They were nice at first but extremely busy. We were told to wait for Katie to do our nails because she was the best. My friend and I brought out own color and she also used her own top coat while I used the stores. I messed up 2 of my nails on the fan at the desk and quickly apologized. Katie was still irritable and did them over, but I had to ask several times to even out. The full in and basic pedi ran me $43. She didnt drill underneath my nails to help clean them like she did the lady who suggested her. She lied to my friend and said she didnt have the drill when I watched her use it. Days later my top coat peeled off, my color has cracked, and my toes and thumb are chipped. I work at a computer. Im not outside pulling up dirt or building things. I wont go back there. They also pour liquid, which I assume now was nail polish remover, in a nail polish color. The wait was almost 4 hours to where a girl who was there before us waiting on a wax didnt even pay them. They dont talk to you unless for a question. I did appreciate them fixing my nails from almond to stilettos which the last shop messed up.

I called ahead and was told 30 minutes and my tech would be ready. Waited over an hour no response from them telling me when my tech would be ready or to tell me anything at al. Walked out and will boy go back. Horrible customer service.

This is my second time coming here for a pedicure. It is a very clean salon and quiet.I went in for a just the cheapest pedicure. I had Joana and she was wonderful. I explained that I did not like hard leg massages and she listened to me.I got in because there was no wait which was nice. I enjoyed the big comfy chairs and there was no one next to me since it was not busy.I will definitely be back.

This my go to nail salon now. I used to go to a nail salon. They would always make my cuticle bleed. So I found this place and I love it. I have been here a lot in the last year and have been impressed every time. I have gotten dip nails and acrylic nails. Both have been great quality and the workers are always so sweet.I will definitely recommend and come back to this place.

I got dip powder nails today and I LOVE them! The shape is exactly what I asked for and they feel so light/natural and not thick at all. The nail tech was gentle and quick when removing some shellac I had left over and offered if I wanted anything to drink.I will definitely be back in 3 weeks and highly recommend!

I recently moved to Nashville and have struggled to find an affordable, quality nail salon. Ive tried a few other places and was left feeling discouraged by the outcome. My nails usually look beautiful when walking out, but as they grow, there are heavy ridges where the nail met the cuticle and my gel polish chipped after less than a week. All things Ive struggled with... Until now. Super Nails is SUPER! I visited with Lyly today and shes everything wonderful everyone else has said and more. Shes warm, open, fun, sassy and when it comes to the nails, shes informed, instructive, and attentive. She shared best products and quality for my nails and what I wanted (I have naturally thin nails and usually like the strength of acrylic, but hate the thickness). Lyly listened to me and then assured me that dip, coupled with my preferred nail length would give me everything I wanted. Then she gave me a meticulous service not scrimping on any detail. While she worked away, she chatted with me and invited me in to her world openly. I was amazed. Not only do I LOVE my nails, but she turned my whole day around. The salon is clean, the patrons are lovely, and the entire staff is warm and wonderful. I wont go anywhere else. Please dont go there if you want an exceptional experience at an awesome price with incredible quality because I want to be able to get in all the time. If everyone realizes just how great they are... itll be tough to get in! :)

The staff here take extra care in servicing you and making sure your needs are met with your nails. This is by far the best place in the area to go. I brought my ten year old son in for a pedicure and nobody made him feel uncomfortable about being there or choosing a color (neon green). Everyone is so kind and professional and the best part is they take their time even with the basic pedicure. The massage is not rushed in any way and feels heavenly! Found this place on Google! Got an acrylic full set from Katie and a pedicure from Joana. Both did a wonderful job! This is a great salon with positive people, positive vibes, an array of nail polish to choose from, and it is very clean and the decor is very modern! Prices are not too bad as well! I would definitely come back here again.

This salon is my second stop go-to, my nail tech wasnt in today at the salon that I usually go so I went here hoping to get my nails done by Katie. She was pretty busy today with all her appointments but I cant complain because I was a walk in customer so the receptionist went ahead and set me up with Austin! This place is so beautiful! The receptionist is really really nice and welcomed everyone who step in that door. I let Austin know what type of job I have and what I do on a daily basis so that way he could make my nails sturdy. Austin made sure I was comfortable during the process! I seriously recommend this salon, who knows that youll be one of those loyal customers!

I had Joana do my gel manicure and spa pedicure and she was amazing. There was a long wait but she made it worth it. The salon has a lot of variety which is what I liked the most. It was clean and very spacious and maintained. I was very impressed. I was only visiting but now I wish I was there longer. The care and her sweet demeanor was everything to me.

I came in after being rudely turned away at another salon. I was greeted and serviced promptly. I got an overlay on my natural nails and the deluxe spa pedicure. The technician was so gentle I dozed off during the pedicure. I was asked every step of the way if my nails were to my liking. I will definitely be back.

So its mothers day and you would expect more from a nail shop on this special day.. so upon arrival there was a wait which wasnt bad. I do not complain about waiting because thats too be expected, obviously. My pedicure was beautiful, the tech was nice. So here comes my full set... the tech was pretty laid back and not talkative which was ok. I asked for a design which the tech did not know how to do. The manager of the shop had to finish my design and in between all of that a rude tech came up and took the fan that was at the station I was at. There was a lot of talk about how much each tech had to drink while on their shift. It was a pretty bad experience. Definitely will not be back. The shop need to be under control.

We love this place. It is super clean. They use a liner in the pan and the service has been the best we have found around the city. Really like them and will keep going back!

I did walk-in with my husband. I got manicure and my hubby got a pedicure treatment. They have a lot of gel color options for me to choose, and service was spectacular. Joana did my husbands pedicure, and he said she was wonderful. I will try pedicure next time as well!I just wish that their store was more roomy, and had more pedicure chairs. I recommened. I came in today at the last minute for an updo since I forgot my curling iron at home and for the price of a new one, Ill just have somebody do it for me, right? Well, thank goodness had time to squeeze me in because she was awesome! She was down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and also did a beautiful job in the blink of an eye. My hair was done in 30 minutes and I love it! It feels secure, looks effortless, and Im super happy. I also booked an but didnt have it done because the stylist who does the was very honest with me that I wouldnt have enough time to process since its the same day. I really appreciate the honesty as opposed. If Im ever backarea for any length of time, Ill probably be back to. A lovely staff, a cute little salon, available parking, high end products, and skill. I first got gel nail. I was so happy with nails. The color i selected was so pretty. The staff is friendly.

Don’t know about their nail service but I went in here Saturday night to get my lashes done and a chunk of my left lash fell off the same night after taking a shower. I called the next day and whoever answered the phone told me to come in after 2pm because that’s when Katie, the only person who does lashes would be in and when I arrived I was told she was off that day and wasn’t returning until Tuesday. I drove from Hendersonville! I left my name and number and waited for Katie to call me when she returned and of course no call. I not only wasted my gas but my very valuable time and money($35)! The only reason why I went there that Saturday is because I was visiting a friend in the area who recommended them. Never again!!

Ive been going to this amazing crew for the past -- theyre the best! I get a mani, pedi, and eyebrow wax and Ive never been disappointed. Compared to other nail salons Ive been to, theyre attention to detail is excellent, its always clean, and theyre so nice and considerate if I have any injuries (I work out and have had past injuries and I tend to pick at my nail beds, hence the need for a manicure). Plus, always know what colors are trending and give me awesome recommendations on what colors/styles to try. Great to take kids to too! I brought my little sister plenty of times when shes visited. Highly recommend this nail salon and hope they dont ever get too busy for me to squeeze in last minute. 🙂☂️☂️☂️☂️☂️☂️☂️☂️☂️☂️

The owner is none sympathetic and does not care about her customers!!! They charge for everything!! The do not even provide complimentary wine for customers like EVERY OTHER NAIL SHOPS!! They have a nail tech in the shop that is still in school and do not have their liscence ( which I am calling the appropriate people to come their shop and check that) They do not have enough staff to help with they customers... the nail techs cannot answer questions about the service they offer and THE LIST DRAGS ! I told alot of people about my experience there and they refuse to go back

Yesterday was my first time ever going and I had a amazing experience. They were busy but still fast . Everyone was really nice . The guy that did my nails talked to me, he didnt make me feel awkward at all. They take their time on your nails, to make sure they look good . The place is beautiful . I have been to Super Nails many times and never had any issues. Long is one of the best nail techs there. Katie the owner, I didn’t feel she was concerned about the infection and won’t help other people. It’s all about the Benjamin’s!!! I went to the ER and was told that I have a stat infection under my cuticle. The dr said it was the nail salon’s dirty drill. I was also instructed to advise the nail salon on the infection. Please make sure their nails drills are clean or only use an old fashion nail file. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH!

DO NOT LET THE MAN DO YOUR NAILS!! If you plan on doing extreme activities like taking a nap, putting on your clothes THEY WILL POP OFF!! I got coffin shaped nails and two popped off in less than a week! I went back to get them fixed and he blamed me for my nails popping off and didnt even fix them. Katie fixed them (charged $10) but did a great job. If you go, get her! NOT HIM!!! It would be just a waste of money!!
