Goodness, I am so glad to have found this place! I was coming through Nashville and needed a manicure. They took such good care of me! Wendy was so meticulous and detailed in caring for my hands. That was June 1 and today is June 17!--more than two weeks later, my gel is only SLIGHTLY starting to peel. I play rhythm guitar so my nails really take a beating. I have had to trim, but the only reason Im heading to get a new manicure tomorrow is because of how much my nails have grown. I will absolutely stop in again and make a point to get a manicure at Lavish next time Im in Nashville. Thank you 🧡

Phan took lavish care of me during my pedicure. This was my first time there and she was in no hurry. Ive not encountered anyone before who was as thorough as her. Joe is very good. I usually get the paraffin pedicure, which is marvelous, by the way, but I tried their Royal Hot Stone Pedicure, which was great! Prepare to be pampered.

From the start the woman doing my nails was impatient with me but I disregarded it and decided to still get my nails done there which was a big mistake. I went here to get my nails done for prom and they were terrible! I spent $70 on my nails plus a tip they looked ehh inside but once I got outside they were horrible they were patchy and crooked! I had to go to another nail salon to get them fixed and even they saw how bad my nails were and tried to save what they could of it w prom being a few hour away. The place I went to is Luminous nail bar they are so kind there and made my nails look soo much better!

A very relaxing experience for my fiance and I to enjoy my birthday. She and I make it a point to go together while she is having her nails done so I can get a pedicure and I always always always fall asleep in the chair. After a short nap and receiving my pedicure I usually slide outside to the car to finish my nap while Honey gets her manicure! My hat is off to Wendy and her incredible staff who was so accommodating! Bottom line, this is a great place for husband and wife to enjoy quality time together!!!😍🥰😍🥰💙🖤💙🖤💙🖤💙🖤💙🖤

I went in for a pedicure with my boyfriend on Black Friday. I had great service and ordered the deluxe pedicure with paraffin wax and hot stones. It was very quiet and calm which was relaxing and not what I had expected on a holiday. Would highly recommend, this is a diamond in the rough.

Nice job on my mani pedi. Happy to see the store taking covid precautions. You are asked to use sanitizer when you arrive, your temperature is taken and everyone is wearing masks. Plexiglass is installed between client and manicurist and, of course, strict social distancing is being observed.

Amazing experience!! The owner was so nice and greeted us at the door. Got service right away and the drinks are great they also have breakfast for you in the morning which is totally new to me and I loved it. They even have a kids section!!! With butterfly chairs all pink I thought that was the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. Great job on my nails and toes as well. I’ll definitely be going back soon!

I don’t get my nails done often, but when I feel like treating myself I always come here to get acrylics. They take their time picking out the sizes and shaping them exactly how you want them. I’ve also had gel manicures done here and they always look fabulous! Definitely recommend this place (:

I go to Lavish Nails regularly for dip nails and the occasional pedicure. I always get great service. They even advised me when it was time to give my nails a break from the dip (yet my nails were still pretty strong underneath as they take care when removing & reapplying!). I trust them for my nail care needs.

I went in a hour before they closed and there was no one waiting and they refused to polish my nails???? She said she was ready to go home........the nerve..... Never again! 👎🏾

This is a go to pedicure place in which is super great in customer service. I enjoy the calmness and relaxatio when im there. Joe is the best at what he does. There is another guy there as well unaware of his name hes great too😄😄💜.

I dont know if Ive ever seen such a lack of professionalism within a business - I went in on Monday for a dipping powder manicure. The woman didnt even do a manicure - just a polish change & they came off the very next day. I went back in after I got off work on Tuesday for them to fix it as I was just in the day before AND was charged for the wrong service. On Wednesday the top coat was already peeling off. Very hesitantly, I came back in for a THIRD time for them to fix the top coat and could tell they were very frustrated too. I was hoping that would be the last time this week that I would have to make the time out of my busy schedule to have them do it right, but I was wrong. I had to go in for a FOURTH time tonight because the same thing from Wednesday happened. I figured it was because the woman was using the gel topcoat instead of a dipping powder topcoat and that maybe they just dont mix well together, so I brought that up but did not seem to be heard or understood. The same thing kept happening and after four hours total of my time being wasted on having to come back for them to do it right, I politely asked for a refund. The woman who had been doing my nails said, We dont offer refunds & after explaining what happened to me to the manager I got $40 of my $60 refunded, but will not be returning. No one should have to beg for customer service.

This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever been to. I spent over $70 for awful service. When I called to see what time I could come by and get my nails fixed she said that only one person here (who was apparently not there)does acrylics nails. She said I couldn’t come in today. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she doesn’t know his name. Not only was the service TERRIBLE the customer service was even worse. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. DON’T waste your money.

I ran in during lunch to get my old nails removed. The staff here even accept walk-in appointments. They were super FRIENDLY. & she suggested to a gel of blue color to me! So even after 2. 5 weeks of nail growth, the growth is not too noticeable. Will definitely be back next week for a refill on my full set.

I stopped coming here for a while because life can get really busy! The girls were friendly. And gave me exactly what I asked for! The prices are super reasonable here. Results were PERFECT! I will definitely go again! !

I got my nails done here this past Friday and was told there was no one that could do a fullset gel nails, but was assured that while more expensive, the dip would be stronger and last longer... To no surprise, 2 have already broke off (causing extreme pain obviously) and they refused to, despite a call to confirm they would immediately fix my problem, fix the broken nails after I drove 30 minutes to get to their location. They asked me to come back another day to add insult to injury. Disgusted with my experience is an understatement, I would have rather flushed my money and 50% tip down the toilet and been more pleased than I am right now.

It was a amazing place, I took my girlfriend there and she loved it. The workers are great, very friendly when we walked in. Nice waiting area for the males they put game 7 for me to watch while she was getting her nails pretty.

I dropped in for a last minute gel pedicure and told them I only had about 45 mins to spare. I waited briefly then received the fastest, most detailed pedicure. My soles were smooth, the shape was perfect and polish unblemished. So much attention to detail! I will be returning soon for a mani.

Terrible service. The owner doesnt greet you with a smile (I go here often). She greets you with a blank stare. This last time I waited (trying to be understanding because it was busy) but they proceeded to do peoples pedicure when I was there before them. And all I wanted was a gel fill in. I Will not be returning.

This nail salon is near my office, so I gave it a shot. My technician helped me with the problem and now I feel like she saves my life. The prices are completely worth it. I keep coming back to this place!

Ive been going here for 11 years. Ive always got pink and white ($50) everytime, because it lasts about a month and a half. I also get my eyebrows waxed. Well my sister and I went around 4:30pm on 10/18. We waited for over an hour when we were quoted 20 minutes. I almost left! I should have! So the last told us she didnt do eyebrows! Another lady walked in. My sister asked could she do nails and eyebrows, the lady said yeah. Skip to paying, they charged my sister $110 for her and my 6 year old niece. I oringinally intended to pay $60 plus a $10 tip!!! Then proceeded to swipe my card for the same amount my sister paid!!! $110! I was only supposed to pay $60!!!! So they swiped it again for another $110!!!! So eventually she claims to give me a refund! I not only at this point am out $270, but it takes 3 days to go through!

HORRIBLE! I waited in my car for 30 minutes waiting for them to open. When I walked in, the lady was very rude and I told her I wanted a pedicure and she told me she was not doing pedicures today and she turned her back away from me and waved bye bye. So, as I was leaving out the door, a Caucasian lady came Into the shop as well as two other ladies. I went back into the shop and seen the lady in the pedicure chair getting serviced and I asked the other two ladies if they were getting pedicures and they told me yes. So when I questioned the worker as to why she denied me service, she ignored me and when I asked for her name, she refused to give me her name. I felt very discriminated against and I will NEVER be back.

Went here about a week ago. Terrible service! The lady rushed on my nails, one nail was bigger than the other & my thumb nail was crooked and she had the nerve to say it was my finger . I was livid at this point so they tell me they’ll take 5 dollars off. I pay at least 100 dollars every time I come here . Guess what happened today? One of my nails broke. Anywhere else I go the “dip” last at least two weeks. Don’t waste your time or money here because it’s quantity over quality.

Almost during my time as fell asleep I was so comfy than ever. Very clean -- lovely spa environment. Will NOT go to anyone else from now.

Terrible experience. I took my daughter and treated her to a gel manicure, and myself to a regular mani/pedi. On day four half of the nail polish on my hand had chipped off. My toes were good. I called as asked for a refund for my fingernails and was told they dont do anything after three days. I will never go back as I felt I was ripped off. I called and told my daughter who goes there all the time to not support this business.

Positive experiences are a hit or miss. Over the last few months, my experiences have been horrible. Nail breaks a few days after being done, gel polish peels, pay a different price each time for the same services. They start on you then leave you for 20-30 minutes while they work on someone else. Recently, I called to see what the wait was and was told come now. I get there 5 minutes later, and everyone is in the middle of working on someone. I hate to have to find another nail salon, but looks like Im going to have too.

The service was good, but the nail bar itself is uncomfortable. You cannot put your legs under the table and end up hunched over the bar to get your manicures.

This nail salon was horrendous . HORRIBLE service ! There were only 5 customers present at the time and 4 employees and for some reason they STILL managed to have my sister and I waiting for over an hour . I asked two of the four the employees present how much longer they think it would take until they got started on my sister and me, and one directly looked at me and did not respond and walked away while the other told the untruth and said 10 minutes, however it did not happened to be 10 minutes, MUCH LONGER than 10 minutes . How disrespectful . And then as we presumed to leave, one of the employees smiled at us and said sorry as we exited the building . There is nothing to smile about in this situation and it wasnt funny . Its bad business all around .
