It’s been hard for me to find a good nail salon in the area. Max was awesome and fast. They take walk in and have a really nice place

Had a great pedicure and love the service to my acrylic overlays, but having a major issue with the gel polish. I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and have never had gel polish peeling in less than 24 hours. Was really excited about my nails, now I want to cut them off.

Jade was ready when I arrived for my gel manicure. She offered me water, got straight to work and did a great job. A week later, my nails are still in good shape.

Me and my 8 year old wanted dip manicure and called day of and got an appt very shortly after they opened. Great job and very quick. They even had many walk ins while we were there and noticed them only waiting 10-20 min max for their service. Very clean and lots of color choices for dip. Nice space. Worth the $45 for sure. Will be back.

I walked in with a picture, and they helped me pick out exactly what I wanted. I’d never gotten tips on my nails before and I have to say they really knocked it out of the park. Shout out to Jenny and Max for being absolute pros. Welcome to the neighborhood!

I had a really bad experience with a dip powder manicure at Maximum Nails. I never post negative reviews, especially if the business takes measures to correct a poor experience. But weeks later, I still feel upset about how the manager responded to the worst manicure I have ever received. I walked in for a dip powder manicure. The woman that was doing my nails was not friendly which usually doesnt bother me. However, when she asked what shape I wanted my nails filed, I told her square. She then argued with me that I needed round. I always, always, get a square shape. I finally gave in and thought maybe I should try something new. Wrong decision for me... but not why I am leaving a one star review. After the nail tech was done, she told me to go wash my hands. I had chosen a dark wine nail polish and the dip powder was everywhere. After washing my hands very thoroughly, I noticed that I had the set dip powder nail polish all over my cuticles beyond to even the tips of my fingers which is not like a regular manicure and easy to get off. I showed the manager what had happened and he tried to correct it by using cuticle scissors to clip the skin or a file to aggressively file the skin areas that had the nail polish set in. At that point, I said no thanks since he was clipping skin and filing into my skin and it hurt. At the end, the manicure still looked like a kid who is learning to color did it. The manager was going to charge me full price for the horrible manicure until I again expressed that the work was unacceptable and asked if he stood behind the quality of work. I then was given a generous $10 off. I have never considered walking away without paying for a service like that as much as I did that day. I will never go back to that nail salon and instead will go to Capital Nail Bar in Germantown where I know I will walk away with a great mani and/or pedi.

SCAM. STAY AWAY!!These nails cost $130. They are COMICALLY terrible. My friend and I are laughing at them in the car ride home but Im also so disappointed. In person each nail has huge bubble one way or the other. Honestly, my toddler could have done better.When I showed the manager they blamed it on me asking for Chrome. I told them Ive had Chrome nails done for the last decade at another salon and not once have my nails looked like this.They then told me it was my fault for asking for whatever shape I asked for. WHAT?!I wasnt asking for my money back or even for them to fix them- I just wanted them to recognize the bad work and apologize. Instead they blamed their terrible work on ME!

Greeted and acknowledged when I walked in. Nice ambiance. Dip nails $45 & they are gorgeous. I appreciate the effort and attention to detail. We were also offered refreshments. Love it!!! Would *highly* recommend. Jade is the best! So sweet and skilled.

I had an incredible pedicure with Jade! I chose the Deluxe Pedi which included a soak, scrub, mud mask, paraffin wax, oil massage with hot stones, and lotion massage. A perfect way to relax on a day off. Jade was very kind and friendly and did a great job! I’ll be visiting again!

I had a great experience! I was the jerk who came in at 6:15 for a full set not realizing they closed at 7. (Sorry again) I showed Max a picture of what I wanted and he made it happen, he took time and care even though I was the last person in the building by then. I really really appreciated the time he took and my nails look awesome!!! Thank you guys! I really enjoyed going here for the first time. The staff was very friendly staff and the space was wonderful. My pedicure was relaxing and turned out beautifully. It was just what I was looking for in East Nashville.

Got a same day appointment, and and the tech (I believe his name was David) did an amazing job! A little expensive but worth it

Always so nice and always do a good job. Just dont forget to actually let them dry because I always try to leave too soon and end up messing them up. I always go to them when Im in need of a self care day.

Me and my little cousin came here, it was our first time. I got a full set and it turned out amazing. Max worked on my nails. I showed him a picture of a wanted and he gave me exactly that. He takes his time and makes your nails look perfect. I love the set up this place it’s very vibrant. All the workers are very nice and welcoming. They also have a wide selection of colors. I have no complaints for this. I will be returning :)

Very elegant and nice. I didnt have to wait long to be seen for a pedicure. Staff were exceptionally courteous and nice. They even offered water or soda to drink while getting my pedicure done. The place overall was glamorous compared to the nail spas back home. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know and I will be back...

The place is clean and a calm enviroment. It has very comfortable seats and a nice interior design. The workers were professional and nice. I got a manicure and a pedicure and they were good quality and nice handwork. Max did my custom nail design the way I showed him in a picture. I recommend this nail to anyone in Nashville and this is the only place I will go. Oh and they also offer drinks too:0

Had a wonderful pedicure at Maximum Nails and Spa, complete with a bath bomb in the water, a salt scrub, hot towels, and a leg massage. My technician took his time and my toes look great. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible experience at Maximum Nails today. I’ve been here several times before but today they went above and beyond with their service. I came in with my mom, knowing there was bad weather predicted, we had just started getting our pedicures when it started raining and hailing and the power went out. I freaked out while the entire staff remained calm, which was wonderful. Once it passed, power still out, they continued their services using their iPhone lights to ensure accuracy of their craft. What an incredible team they have at Maximum Nails! I hope they got to head home early to relax and spend time with their families. Thanks again Maximum Nails, you have easily become my new nail home :-)

Loved my service - Got a gel pedi from. Gabby. There was only about a 5 minute wait for walk-in when I went on Thursday around lunch. Gabby was skillful, efficient, and thorough without taking all day. Would definitely go back if im in Nashville again.

Great service. Appointment was at 11 am, but they took me early since I was here early. Great experience! Not busy when I was there, and I know the salon took several walk ins while I was getting my mani and pedi.

I finally got a chance to visit today (January 2021) after months of passing it. Holy cow! I am so happy to have a nail salon like this in East Nashville. They were extremely clean with a very nice aesthetic. Selena gave me literally the best pedicure in my life. Plus, she was great conversationally. I will definitely be back. I didn’t want to write this review because I want it to be my little secret, but didn’t want to be selfish. Go and enjoy and tip well! They deserve it.

I had never been to this salon prior to last night and I wish that I would have known about it sooner! I had been to a few different nail places in Nashville and I havent had this great of an experience as well as an actual manicure yet! I called at 5:45 pm last night and they took me in immediately without an appointment for a dip manicure. Not only was the owner pleasant and professional but he also did an awesome job and is the best nail tech I have had in the Nashville area so far. Not to mention, this place is super reasonably priced. I will absolutely be recommending this place to my friends and Maximum Nail and Spa will continue to get my business.

This place was incredible! They just recently opened and it’s really clean, plus they gave the best pedicure I’ve had in years. It was massage heavy, not rushed and very well done.I almost don’t want to tell other people because I don’t want it to get too busy, but they deserve they great review :)

I came in this afternoon and was serviced by a male by the name of Max (he hesitated when I asked so could be a fake name) and the service was terrible. I feel it was partially due to him overbooking himself. He was rushing and not listening to my requests. He was very nonchalant regardless of how nice and polite I attempted to be. He argued back n forth about how I wanted MY nails and considering I’m paying MY money, I should have my nails how I’d like. He kept getting up to service other clients and take calls in the middle of doing my nails. I do feel like there was racial discrimination as well, I was the only BLACK woman there while being serviced and observed that the Caucasian women were being attended to and delivered their exact requests the first time around. I am so so disappointed and offended.

I am so happy to have an amazing local nail salon in East Nashville. This place is clean, the staff is friendly, and they have a vide variety of nail services and color options. I am a frequent customer and am always happy with the service and how long my dip manicure lasts between visits. Overall they do an excellent job!

Best pedicure I’ve ever had. Manicure was perfection. I’m glad to have found such a great shop. If it wasn’t close, I would still drive here. I’ve tried at least 5 nail shops in Nashville and this is by far the best. Also there is are great selections of dip and gel.

I am so impressed by this nail salon! Since moving to Nashville Ive tried several different salons and this is both the best quality and the most affordable. For starters, the salon is BEAUTIFUL and the staff are very friendly. Its also super clean which is a must for me. All the tools are disinfected between clients and there are plexiglass barriers at each manicure and pedicure stations for Covid safety.Gel manicure: lasts over two weeks with no chipping or peeling, cuticle care is awesome, lots of color options, and polish itself is always perfect.Pedicure: had my first one here earlier this week and it was BY FAR the best pedicure Ive ever had. The hot towel and foot massage were amazing.Highly recommend checking this salon out!

Hands down (pun intended) the best nail salon i have ever visited. The chair massage is a level 10 relaxation and the attention to detail on creating a relaxing atmosphere was unparalleled. The pedicure felt like it never ended and the nail tech was considerate of my ticklish-ness. The manicure chairs also have comfortable pillows and was an efficiently fast gel manicure which is unlikely at many salons. It was a bit pricey—I spent 2x as much on my services as I typically spent on the same services in LA, but the service was so great and the salon was brand new & clean, it was definitely the best compared to similarly priced competitors in Nashville.

This place is cute & clean. The owner is so nice and professional. Definitely recommend checking it out and supporting a new nail salon in East!

Im from out of town & during my stay, 2 of my nails polish had come off from a recent manicure back home. I needed to get them done since my nails were fragile & my husband & I are planning on hiking in Gatlinburg this week during our stay in Nashville. I called maximum about any availability & was able to come in this afternoon. I was there within 15 minutes & was immediately serviced. The space was beautiful, clean, & COVID precautions were obviously noted. They had a plexiglass material at the nail stations so that there was separation between you & the nail technician. They had a wide variety of dip powder colors for you (they also have acrylic I overheard from another tech if that is what you are looking for). Max was super thorough & kept up some great small talk during the entirety of my dip service. I also really enjoyed the fact I didnt have to use the UV lights for the dip!Overall the service was excellent, affordable, the atmosphere is very comfortable, & clean. If I lived here I would definitely use this shop as my go to, hoping I can find a shop 1/2 as wonderful as this back home!

Yo I just left here & I am beyond satisfied. I’m visiting from OOT or else I would be back every month. Got a pedi & mani. The pedi- beautiful. Great seats. Massage??? They don’t do it like I get it back home... I was literally hypnotized watching my tech run down my legs. Manicure - quick, clean, & precise. Quickest & best manicure I have ever received. Only downside as the chair wasn’t too comfortable, I like something I can rest my back against. But that is literally the only downside. They had in place COVID procedures and had plexiglass barriers whenever a person was to be in front of you. They had only two people working to enforce social distancing, UNTIL I called & they called a third in just to service me- honestly floored at the lengths they went to in order to help me. YES it is non essential, but the staff here deserves to make all the money you want to give them. Thankful for a clean & safe environment. Thank you Maximum!!!!!

Everyone was so sweet from the minute I walked in the door.I booked a basic bomb pedicure and wow, I was blown away. Read the description of their services...what you get in their basic is what you get in others higher priced services, but with a basic price. Like, fruit in my pedicure soak?? I am all for it.The service was so thorough that I did not even feel like I needed to watch what they were doing. I just could relax in their nice massage chairs. My technician said they usually service drinks with the services, but of course are not right now due to Covid.They have a wide array of polish colors too!I will 100% be back. My feet and legs are so soft and my nails look amazing!Some covid measures being taken: pexiglass in between nail tech and patron, had me wash my hands immeadiately upon entry, masks worn, and thorough cleaning between patrons.

Very Clean, friendly, and quick. Highly recommend.
