The ladies were amazing! I came in, no appointment, they put me in. I sat down immediately! The lady was very sweet and respectful! They even let my husband and 6 month old daughter come back to sit with me. The lady who did my toes talked to my daughter and made her smile! It was a fantastic experience 😍

I got THE BEST gel manicure and pedicure from Lala today! If I lived in Nashville I would be there every 2 weeks faithfully! Check this place out, you will not be disappointed!

I don’t normally get my nails done, but went to start trying styles/colors for my wedding. From start to finish my experience with this salon was so welcoming and professional. Cindy was phenomenal to work with and blew my expectations out of the water today. I will definitely be back for my wedding and more.

DO NOT COME HERE. I am new to Nashville and looked up nail places nearby. First, you won’t find parking in the parking lot. But the bigger issue is how RUDE the people are in here. I’ve been to a lot of nail places and I’ve never given a place less than 5 stars. I come for my appointment, sit down and wait for 30 minutes past my appointment time, and then when I sit down and ask for what I want (a simple design) a woman comes up and says “we just don’t have time for this.” Additionally, gel was $55. Which was ridiculous, especially for them to say I can’t do more than one color. I was taken aback by the rudeness. Extremely unpleasant experience & location. Save yourself the time.

I had been going to East nails for several months for dip manicures. They were always able to see me even when I called last minute, and the best part was I never waited more than 5 min. They also respect my time as I’m very in/out and don’t like to spend over an hour at salons. I’ve had several nail techs, they are all so nice and gentle. I definitely took them for granted because I moved further away and can’t find the same service anywhere. It looks like I’ll be taking a longer drive but it’ll be worth it! Nails were also always perfect and last 3-4 weeks but never broke, just grew out.

Ive been here multiple times now for pedicures and its a joy every single visit. They really take their time making sure you are comfortable, and relaxed. The skill of their technicians is second to none. If you want it they usually even have great conversations. I always feel comfortable bringing some friends to have a nice hour or two getting pampered.Do think about calling ahead and making a reservation especially for multiple people. its not the largest location and they stay busy. Plenty of parking in the lot or behind the building. If you are having trouble seeing the door its on the ground floor directly below the stairs to the 2nd story.

Easily one of the best nail places i’ve been to. The quality is amazing and worth the price. I haven’t had a bad experience.

Love the atmosphere. Ive only been here one time, for a pedicure. I wasnt as pleased with the pedicure as I have been in other places; my feet werent fully serviced, in other words. However, the staff is just lovely and I would definitely come back for my hands.

This salon is my go to. All of the staff is friendly and professional. They go above and beyond with everything you ask. They run on time the majority of the time and do an incredible job with nail care and they do amazing nail work/designs. PLUS they have a glitter floor.

Very clean, time efficient, and the staff is so friendly! I get a specific vintage style, and it has been exactly what I wanted each time. They are a little pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for!

I’m extremely disappointed in my manicure and pedicure. I paid $160 for a set with a gel design and the design looks terrible! On top of that I had two different nails break in less than a week of getting them done! I’m not sure how this place has 5 starts because this is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I will not be recommending this to anyone, nor will I be returning.

Since it was my first time going to get a manicure, this was a treat.Sandy was absolutely exceptional, the service and cleanliness of the facility was awesome. Conversation was great and the work on my nails even better.I would highly recommend heading over and seeing the team.

I’ve had a great experience all five times I’ve come! Everyone is incredibly friendly and does a great job. The fact that they’re open on Sundays is the icing on top!

This little gem is tucked away in the corner of a tiny strip mall. The person who designed the set up did a great job of making use of the space. Nails is their passion. High marks for cleanliness, extra friendly, patient and respectful customer service and interaction. Just an awesome experience.

I am very picky so I was so glad to find this place. They do a fantastic job on ombré dip manicures, pedicures, and waxes and I highly recommend them. They would be worth a trip across town if you don’t live on the East Side.

I am extremely pleased with my experience here. After my first visit my top coat began to chip on my dip nails. I returned about 6 days later and they kindly fixed the problem. They Basically redid my dip and applied a new top coat! Amazing friendly service, very easy to understand and a clean environment.

I am so happy I have this nail salon in East Nash! They play great music, pretty chandeliers everywhere and my nails always look 100% when I walk out the door. CJ is my favorite nail tech!

They are amazing! We called far in advance and asked about making a group reservation for a holiday. They agreed and opened just for us!! They even let us set up a charcuterie spread for our honored guest, and helped by providing trays for the treats. Perfect choice for a group mani/pedi!

Hands down, the best, longest lasting manicure Ive ever had anywhere. And this is huge for me, bc I am so rough on my nails. I work in a hospital and am constantly washing my hands and running around Mani/pedis chip right away on me, within a matter of days, gel or not. I am thrilled with how long this gel mani lasted and I am going back. They were also very gracious and considerate. And theres a nice variety of wine options! My girlfriend got her nails done at the same time and she was thrilled as well. The pedicure was perfect as well. 10 out of 10, would recommend 😘
