I’ve given this place a chance a number of times because it is most convenient. There is one young lady that’s usually there and does a great job, but unfortunately she wasn’t there today. I got a no chip manicure and pedicure that I could probably peel off right now if I wanted to. I spent almost $100 dollars and they probably won’t even last a week. The techs thought I had an issue with my color which I loved, but the pedicure was one of the worst I’ve had and it looks like my feet are already a week old. I’m sorry to have to leave this review. However, if you really enjoy and know what good quality nails are I wouldn’t waste money here.

My daughters and I have been here twice already and we’ve had exceptional service! The staff is friendly and take pride in their work. They are very personable and affordable. My daughters and I loved our pedicures. It was a great addition to our outing😊

Since changing ownership I have had tremendous service here. I have had 3 dip manicures so far and all have lasted at least 5 weeks without a chip. The technicians have all taken their time doing my nails and were detail oriented as well as kind. The place is clean and newly remodeled. They just started a rewards program too. I highly recommend this salon.

Tampa did my Pedicure today and she did excellent job since I havent had pedi cure for almost 4 months. Place is clean and safe. They took my temp and asked me to wash hands before I can get started.

Poor job on the pedicure. Wouldnt visit here again. Very chatty, sometimes you just want service and quiet to relax for those few moments.

Ive recently returned to this salon which is under new ownership since last fall. The staff is courteous friendly and accommodating. Its never noisy or overcrowded and my manicurist (Pamela) is superb! I love the organic dip powder vs gel and the array of colors. Costs a little more but lasts longer, nails feel stronger and appear much healthier.

I was a walk-in. Though shorthanded, the owner called technician at her home 10 minutes away to do my nails. Pamela was friendly, courteous, and thorough. She convinced me to use all natural powdered product. It was great. Its nearly month and my nails are stronger and still beautiful! Ill definitely return soon!

I got a manicure, and the guy who did it did such a bad job it looks like I could have done a better job at home. They didn’t even out my cuticles, the polish is uneven and thin in places, you can CLEARLY see the different layers. not worth $15😡🐜

Although busy, they not rush to do my nails. They say they changed ownership more than 1 year, that why i see a lot of improvement. I love this place after bad experience at 2 others nail store in Naperville

Just get in Np nails for the first time, thru a invitation from 2 friends. Very please with the acrylic full set done by Jason. He alSo help me choose good polish for Xmas. Price reasonBle. Good service, good music (relaxing) and good movie there, too. Definitely be back!

My finger nails were 3 inches long and told the man not to cut them and he filed them down against my skin instead. My toe nails were cut and shaped uneven and the polish is coming off already. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Run the other way. In 30 years of getting nails done this was the WORST most unprofessional experience. Ive had much better luck at nail schools. Tech talked in her native language nonstop, literally non-stop, to co-workers. She did not focus on her work at all. Nails were thick, uneven, lumpy, filed the opposite direction of my finger direction, fat at the edges yet some areas had no acrylic to the edges. She went back to each about 5 times and made them worse then tried to hide the mess with globs of polish. There is absolutely no way this person was professionally trained to do nails. I would like to see her state license. I had to soak and remove them and pay a REAL professional to redo them. No wonder the place was empty.

Highly recommend NP Nails for a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and professional. Very clean and relaxing. Located across the new Marianos grocery store at Naper Blvd and 75th. Very convenient stop while running errands! Will come again soon and bring my friends.

If I could rate 0 stars I would! The lady who did my nails yesterday was extremely rude also made me bleed two or three times! Mind you I was just getting a manicure! The nail polish is all over my fingers not just on my nails. She cut part of my nail and yanked it out of my skin and told me my cuticle was dry! Worst place ever! I would not recommend this place at all!

Went yesterday. The woman who did them filed my nails uneven. She did an awful sloppy job and charged me $35. Ill never go back. Also, when I put my fingers under the light (no chip) it was burning my fingers. That has NEVER happened before. Pay the money and go somewhere else.

Got a dip manicure done here and the girl doing my nails seemed to not really know what she was doing and had to keep re-doing one of my hands. 4 days later 2 of the nails chipped so I went back to have them fixed which they were nice about it and of course did it for no charge. She did say to come back if I had any more problems..literally the next day two more chipped. I dont really feel like visiting the nail salon on the daily to have nails fixed.

I was here a couple of weeks ago. I wanted to try a new place.. When I was looking through the nail colors, I wasn’t done looking at them the lady (employee) just grabbed it, took them with out asking me if I’m done looking at the colors & walked away giving it to another customer while I was waiting. The guy who did my nails he didn’t ask me any questions about my nails accept asking me what color I want & he did a very bad job, I was very unhappy about the way my nails were done & after he finished my nails, when he got up & he walked away I heard him call me an a**hole. It also, seemed like I got ripped off.

I think Ive found my new FAVORITE nail salon! I came in for a much needed fill in after weeks of putting it off and neglecting it. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere, the work is immaculate, and they take their time on each client. From my fill in to my pedicure they were amazing!!! Might I mention I had a terrible experience at Zeda in Bolingbrook who left my nails chunky, bulky, and just UNNATURAL! They rushed and took favorites before me. Not NP this will be my new nail home! 💅🏽💅🏽💅🏽

WORST “GEL” ACRYLICS EVER and pedicure. THEY ARE OVERLY PRICED, RUDE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DIGNITY. MY POLISH WAS UN EVEN AND RIGID AT THE ENDS. Worst place Ive ever been! They charged me more for a fill, than what was posted on the price board. Nail polish was so old and thick it never dried. And the fill was horrible! I see why it was completely empty when I went in .Dont go here......stay away!
