Timp Rental has taken fantastic care of us in our hour of need! We had searched high and low for a moving truck to no avail. Not a single moving truck to be had from U-haul, Budget, Penske, anywhere in the state! Timp Rental rounded us up a 16 box truck that did the trick. Their prices were very reasonable and they really went the extra mile to make sure our needs were taken care of. I highly recommend Timp Rental for all of your equipment needs!

I reserved an excavator a week in advance and provided the delivery address and received a quote for delivery and pick up of the machine. I called the morning before the rental and confirmed everything was set and paid for the rent. I receive a call at 6:30 pm cancelling because they would not deliver to the address provided. This left me with a logistics mess to rearrange and no excavator.

Very helpful and friendly staff at every turn. I rented a mini excavator and the reservation, check out and hook up was fast and easy. At each point of the rental, I encountered friendly people willing to help. The equipment was in excellent condition. I am not a contractor but when I have equipment needs, I will return.

I was happy with the rental process, however the truck roof leaked on the items we had inside. Many items may be ruined. The whole reason I chose to rent a truck was because of the bad weather and it didn’t do me any good. Poor product!

I am remodeling our basement and it is very convenient to rent tools instead of buy them. They have a lot of tools that are expensive to buy and some I have only needed once so there os no reason to buy them. The staff is helpful and courteous and explain how to use any tool you have never used. I would highly recommend Timp Rental.

This is my go-to place when I need to rent equipment. Theyve always had what I needed (even done pretty uncommon types of gear), the staff is efficient and helpful, and their prices are always as good or better than the other options in the area.

Rented trucks here for local use a few times now. Always helpful and friendly and even when renting at last minute they have something that will work for you. Make sure you bring the truck back full of gas, but hey, you agreed to do that up front!

The equipment is always in great working order, and their low cost delivery options makes it so convenient. Ive been around and needed equip rentals for a lot of years. These folks are the best! Very friendly and genuine. They run a good business. Its locally owned and have really good all around customer service! A lot of the employees have been around there for a long time. That says a lot. The owners are always there to help out or to talk to. They arent afraid to get their hands dirty and wear different hats.

Rented a warehouse forklift worked great till I got it stuck on my lawn. They came out with another piece of equipment to get it unstuck and when above and beyond to help me. Didn’t charge me extra either. Great people!

I rented a stump grinder. They have the best heavy duty grinder available. Worked great and was easy to use. Dont rent a light duty one somewhere else that will take 2 hours to do a 20 minute job. Service was great and price was less than anywhere else.

Heather, Gary, Paul & Tom were all very helpful today as I returned the aerator I had rented. Great, customer-focused experience at time of rental and return. I am very happy with Timp Rental. I rented a fan and dehumidifier to dry out my floor after my water heater leaked. All the employees were knowledgeable of how their equipment works and were very helpful and friendly. Their pricing is fair and the equipment works great.

I have rented things from Timp Rental in Orem a few times over the past several years, moving truck, post hole digger, hammer drill for an eagle project and so on. Their staff is friendly and has always told us everything we needed to know to work the equipment properly. Their prices are also very reasonable. If theres a tool to make your project easier or faster I definitely recommend renting it at Timp Rental.

I am a Boy Scout, working on my Eagle project. My project is at the Timpanogos baseball field. I will be re-sanding and re-finishing the benches in the dugouts, and painting the railings in front of the dugouts. I have a lot of volunteers helping me so I need to have many tools available for them and Timp Rental has been a great partner for me to get this project done.This project will give new life to the baseball field and help restore it to the way it looked when new. Seeing as baseball is Americas pastime, family, friends and fans will be able to come together and enjoy games on an improved field. Players will be more positive as they take more pride in their field and help them to take home a state championship. Community spirit will skyrocket.

The few times Ive rented equipment and vehicles, Ive had nothing but positive experience. Ive rented Saturday afternoon, and returned things by 8am Monday and had no issues with extra billing. The vehicles have been solid and worked well.I cant think of a lot of other things to say. They rent equipment that Ive needed. Ive used it successfully. The prices have been fair. I just got ripped off for 1 gallon of diesel! The shop assistant told me not to fill the diesel to the cap and the “manager” told me it didn’t matter what the guy said. I’ll be renting from Ace from now on. Just an FYI Ace’s prices for this machine were within $1.00.

Friday evening at 4:00pm I walked in the store to rent a floor scraper. I only needed it for 4 hours and they said I could do that and then return it Monday because they close at 5:30pm. They decided to charge me for a full day, but I was okay with that because I was getting it for the weekend and the price was still agreeable. I returned it Monday after work and they tacked on a fee of another days use because they claimed it was late. The scraper sucked and I regretted renting it at all, but Im not reviewing the quality of the tool rented nor the choice of tool, its their service and how they treat you like dirt. Its too bad because I liked their prices at first, and they seemed so helpful and nice, but when they have your card information they turn into nasty people and dont care at all about you. I will never rent from them again. Home Depot is so much better, and they are not lying sticklers.

I rent as much of my equipment as I can from Diamond Rental and go elsewhere when it is more convenient. I went to Timp Rental this time because they have a block splitter that is rarely available elsewhere. I rented it on Friday morning for a day and they charged me accordingly. My guys werent done with it on Friday afternoon when I was leaving the jobsite and so I decided to just let them finish and I would return it on Monday morning. I did so and the manager charged me for Saturday as I expected but he also charged me for Sunday when no one was using it and their store was closed. That is dishonest in my opinion. I told him that we would not be making that mistake again. If they are going to treat someone like me that way then it is hard to say what their policies are on other things. Stay away from these guys if you can.
