I came to the Midnapore Salon on Thanksgiving weekend. My first time at this location. The original woman i booked with was not available and they placed me with a different stylist. Salon was super clean, very very friendly staff, but extremely busy that day. I paid about $175.00 roughly for my hair to be only colored a medium brown from a light brown/blonde Ombre.The color did not last at all and I ended up with extremely dark roots and basically blonde ends.She also did not know how to style my hair, when I asked for loose curls she flat ironed my hair and tried to use the flat iron to put curls in the ends, which looked ridiculous and insanely frizzy. Now I usually do not say anything but once she was done, I said I was not happy with the style at all and just wanted to leave. She made me sit in her chair while she rushed and put curls in my hair with a large curling iron, which would have worked had she made an actual effort. But it looked horrible, I ended up putting my hair in a messy bun as soon as I walked out of the salon. I had to flat iron it myself once I got home and at that time was able to tell my hair was now 2 different colors of brown. sadly it took only 2 washes of my hair for the majority of the color to fade off and wash down the drain.I would absolutely go back to the salon, but with a different stylist. I do not like the fact i paid almost $200.00 and ended up 2 weeks later (after hoping the roots would fade), to color my own hair again completely a darker shade just to cover the massive mess i ended up with. I wish i was informed that the ends would not darken as much, as I was open to having a fill done on my hair to ensure that my whole head of hair stayed one complete color. but this was never mentioned to me at all during the 2-3 hour process of me being there.

I love this salon. I have been a client here for many years. I am always completely happy with my services. A professional, well trained, and talented staff that enjoy their jobs!!

Great experience at Lisa Renee Salon! I have been going for 5 years to Lisa Renee. Not only do they style my hair great with color and cut, but it is so heathy now. I use them for special events and have never been disappointed. Jeannie and Kim are master stylist. If you havent gone you must try them out.

This is the only hair salon Ive ever gone to in my life (aka the past 18 years). My whole family loves it at Lisa Renes and everyone is always so friendly and they always give me the haircut that I envision. I literally wait until I get back from college just to go to this salon.

I found the Lisa Rene Salon by word of mouth after going to another famous Naperville Salon for 15 years. Since several of my friends had such great color and haircuts from Lisa Rens Salon, I decided to give it a try. I found Stephanie and have never looked back. Her advice, along with Lisas and Kims, is always helpful and appropriate. Even though they listen to what I want, and all of my needs, they still have the courage to dissuade me from something that probably would not work for me. This is refreshing! Believe me when I say that these ladies not only know hair, they know style and pay attention to the details. Give them a try, you will be so happy.

These ladies truly know what theyre doing! I had regular highlights and cuts from KIm and totally loved them. She did such a great job! However, I made the mistake of (just one time) letting another salon do my color and it was horrible. I was saved by Marissa - she was able to get my bad dye job (from a different salon) back to a natural blonde color without frying my hair. I learned my lesson - Im never going anywhere else again - these ladies are miracle workers!!!
