Amazing service and my nails always look flawless! My tech is the best at what she does. She does a really great pedicure and she is super sweet. ​I will never go anywhere else.

Ive been at least 5 times for pedis and SNS. Im NEVER disappointed. Its always bright and clean. Service is always fast and they are ACTUALLY ready for you when you get there!!

I wanted to get my nails done today on a whim and I happened to be in the area, so I decided to give this place a try. I showed her a photo of what I wanted for nails and she helped me decide to do nails and the result was great!!

The quality of the services is top notch. I go to Rose for dip manicures. I had my first pedicure and they were kind and gave me a superb foot massage. Be prepared to spend a little bit of time, I recommend making an appointment and leaving adequate time in journey schedules. They are particular about their work and every minute is well spent. Glad I found this salon.

Let me start by saying this is by far the best experience Ive had within nails salon!! She was very detailed & amazing with my pedi and full set! Everyone else are also super friendly.

Ive always lost nails in the past ...but not with this place set! I went in for my fill today ...she is so fun, warm, inviting, honest, and talks the whole time ! First time getting nails done there, but I will be back! :)

They were following all of the COVID safe guidelines. They were very nice and polite and my nails look just like I like them (nice and simple). Would definitely recommend.

-RECEIVED BACTERIA INFECTION. ZERO stars... UNCLEAN AND UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT RISK IT.- nail tech continued to snip after I complained of pain. I developed a SEVERE BACTERIA INFECTION from this shop and have been to the doctor; emergency room; and podiatrist to treat it. When tried to contact shop- they were very passive and careless. They also would not provide me any information ( licensing, owners, insurance).-talked about and laughed me as a patron while in shop because I told the nail tech it hurt.

My tech was both a great converser and a great listener. I hardly ever post reviews the fact that Im taking the time to do this speaks for itself when you get your nails done!

Ive NEVER been let down on getting a pedicure here! Im on my feet all day and a great foot massage is super important to me. Four just have me the best 45 minute foot massage Ive EVER had! Perfect pressure and intensity. Hands of an Angel!

I LOVE this place! My nails look amazing every time I go here. I get lots of compliments about them, even from complete strangers! Staff is very sweet, kind, and talented. Last time I was there Rose did my nails and did a cool red and black french tip. Looks totally bad ass and flawless! I had them for two weeks now and NOT ONE CHIP! Using their no-chip manicures I have been able to grow my nails out long enough so that they look like they could be fake nails! They have TONS of cool colors and designs. I cant wait to go back!

I been coming here for over 9 years and havent had any bad experience. Today Winnie did my nail and it was the best one I ever had. The other staffs did my nails too, and they also did a great job! They are friendly and nice services. I loved them all.

This place has a lot of options for both manicures and pedicures. I usually get the massage pedicure options; I really like the hot stone massage. The staff is friendly. They do a really great job with kids as well. Weve taken our 5 year old here several times to paint her fingernails and its always been great.

Number #1 Nails Salon in town, I would highly recommended to all galsI always got my nails done by Winnie, the manager did my nails, its looked amazing, and it last seven weeks, never chip at all. You just see the out-grown only, no wonder why she was the manager. VERY PROFESSIONAL WORKS. My friends always compliment my nails, I felt so excited!

Great place, clean and price is comparable to other places. I have been seeing Winnie and Rose for several years. The gel nails never peel or chip. Its been 2 months and my gel nails are in great condition just grown out. I will not go to anywhere but Empress on 59 in Naperville. Excellent place, you will not be disappointed!

I drive from downtown Naperville to see Winnie at this location and she does a fabulous job! The dip manicure is the only type of manicure that works for my dry brittle nails and I am in LOVE! They last for at least two weeks, but I have gone much longer. :)

They treated me really badly there. I complained and they laughed at me, didnt acknowledge me and pretty much dismissed me. I had a person who didnt speak any English, and as we were trying to communicate the rest kept laughing and commenting in their native language. The whole experience was humiliating. Not to mention she burned my skin with the product they use to fill your nails. They are good at doing gel,it lasts, and they know it. Thats why they dont care to make more business. It is totally fine. They are not worth it. Paris Nails by Jewel on 59 are so good, nice and always care to keep customers happy!!

Winnie and Lee are wonderful and they know customer service! Do yourself the favor of trying their state of the art dip n gel manicure. It lasts MUCH longer than the regular gel manicures and lights are not used.

THEY NEED TO KNOW BASIC RULES OF CUSTOMER SERVICE & THE PLACE NEEDS A GOOD CLEANING.They do a decent job, but they’re constantly talking about customers in their native language. It’s pretty rude and gets uncomfortable at times. A customer can ask for something new to be done to their nails and they say okay, then start talking about them with a snippy tone to the other co-workers.Another problem there is that their pedicure chairs and foot baths are dirty and the area around them are never cleaned. Lots of dust and often, an employee is seen sleeping in one of the pedicure chairs while waiting for a customer to come into the shop.

I got my nails done here twices, I knew this place because my friend gave me the gift certificate on my birthday. I like this nice facility, extremely elegant, and clean. The pedicure was awesome with parafin and hot stone, I felt so relaxing, which I never experience like that before. Love it a lot. Give it a try! You will be hook for sure.

Best gel Manicure in Naperville.I have been to almost every nail salon on Route 59 and they are the best. My manicure NEVER Chips or peels and sometimes I wait a full 4 weeks in between visits. They take their time so do not go when you are in a rush, because they are worth it!

Oh my God.At this moment this salon did the worst pedi that i ever had! Didnt tiped for the first time in my life!I was a walk inn, the lady who did my nails was chewing gum very unpleasant from the point i noticed that she didnt cleaned my dead skin and didnt cut the nails the same size and line.That was looking so bad, that was feeling very bad, i got my skin peeled, it was stinging. Tried to tell her a couple of this things but she kept saying that this is the color that i choose...i got that she doesnt speak English well..I mean my English its not perfect, but you have to understand basic work related words at least.With 2 kids, working at home mom, i need the service what i am paying for, even if i am a walk in.

I get the no-chip, dip and this place does the best job compared to any other salons I have been. Never have my nails looked good for 3-5 weeks, not to mention the people are so friendly! My mom, Sister, and myself all have been going here for 1.5 years :)

I have been going to Empress at Springbrook Square since they opened. I previously went to Empress Nails on Gartner. I get fills and peds. and couldnt be happier with the service provided. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I enjoy going there and just relaxing for a short time, its usually a quiet place. I feel their pricing is comparable to other nail places in the area. I usually ask for an Empress Nail & Spa gift certificate for birthdays and other gifting holidays. I had a fill done today, I was finished in 45 minutes. If Im running late, I can have my nails filled and my ped. done at the same time. Its harder on the tech., but they just want to satisfy the customers. I have recommended Empress to my family and friends. Patty

No one to assist and the front person does not care at all. We were walking out and all she could say is okay bye.Garbage service!!!

I lived near by the Nails Salon, and I got my nails done here with my friends on Valentines days. They did good job. The gel manicure last over six weeks.
