Best pedicure I have ever had! Perfect paint job and my feet are so smooth and soft! Amazingly thorough and professional! Highly recommend!

They are very clean. Brought a picture in on how I wanted my nails designed and they did a better design than the picture. Very professional and courteous.

I went there twice to get my nails done and was very satisfied. The nails in the picture below are the same set I just changed the color when I got them filled. The nails have lasted me a long time. I would recommend getting an appointment because they can get busy.

I love the selection of polishes they have. The facility is really nice. They take their time and are very friendly.

Always given great service by the staff, quick and attentive to detail. Does all types of nails and designs and has an amazing selection of nail colors. Prices are a little higher than some of the other salons Ive seen in the area but is well worth it. Is now my go to salon!

Great service for dip manicure, they are very good studio keeping their tools sterile. Nails look natural and amazing, not too much powder on the nails where it looks bulky. Very satisfied.

It was okay! They got me in when no where else could. They were respectful and nice. My toes were perfect but my hands were alright!

Love this place! They layer the dip powder so it doesn’t get super thick and are good about practicing clean habits. I recommend making an appointment because it gets busy, even though they aren’t the best at keeping appointments.

They are perfectionists. Be prepared to spend your time there. They take their time with each client in order to do excellent work on your nails. Super friendly. Very clean. A large selection of colors. Multiple pedicures to choose from. Great place for waxing too!

I love this place. And my nail tech Jenna is awesome she is the best. The first day I walked in a couple years ago they were just so nice and I fell in love with her because she educated me everything she does and she did to my nails. She made me think about embracing bold colors on my nails and I have never had any bold colors on my hands. Years later I’m still getting my gel nails in different colors and loving it💯👍🏾😘

Its so easy to come back here! Best salon ive been to in awhile. Worth the few extra dollars for great service and extra attention. I agree, they are perfectionist. I always get lotion and hand message after nails painted. Very clean place. They take care of their regulars.

So disappointed. Went in for a basic no chip manicure that took OVER an hour! The color was not the same as the sample I was looking at & the design is no where close to the same I showed. When I questioned I was told that’s the best- but I see pictures of the exact same design on their Facebook. And he still charged for this said “design” of a line on 4 nails. Since it took an hour I could not have any of it redone.

I came in for an appointment. I was 10 minutes late and then waited another 15 minutes. While this was slightly annoying, the real issue was the attitude of one of the employees. When I complained about the wait, she came over and told me it was my fault for being late. When I asked her to leave it be or I would leave, she told me that was my choice.I called back two days later to speak to the owner about the negative attitude of the employee. Instead of listening, the owner defended the employee and said they do not want my business anymore. Rest assured, they will not get my business again. They do a good job, but clearly they do not value their customers.

If I could give Magic Nails and Jana a 10 instead of just a 5 I would!!!! Im a nail technician myself and am very particular about my nails. Jana is perfection! Shes so talented and cares so much about her customers....shes like family. I live pretty far away from the salon but I would never consider going anywhere else! Its well worth the trip!!!! All nail technicians are NOT created equal. Do yourselves and your nails a huge favor and make Magic Nails your nail salon.

I was almost assaulted by the store manager. I called 911 and was able to get out of the store in time but I want to warn everyone about the terrifying experience that I had here.My mother and I came for pedicures. We have been coming here for years. The man doing my pedicure cut my nails too short and I was displeased with the service. In the middle of the service, the man saw that I had a large callus and informed me that they had increased the price of the pedicure so that it was an extra charge to remove it. I was not happy with this, and called the manager over to complain about the service and the extra charge. She was a fat woman who had the worst attitude and told the man to stop the service as I was being too rude. I let it go and waited for my mom to finish.Later, my mom called the manager over to speak about the situation. The manager started to become incredibly rude and told us flatly, we dont want you to come back here. We went to the front to pay and my mother dried her toenails. At this point, she noticed that the lady doing her nails had screwed up the job. She called the manager over, and the manager blamed it on my mother. She refused to help us fix the nails and became increasingly rude. At this point, I jumped in to defend my mother, as she was insulting my mother and telling her that the store often had problems with my mother, which is not true. I told her to shut up, and she proceeded to get in my face and yelled Shut up, shut up, shut up, almost like a crazy person. My mother had to jump in to keep her from hitting me. I was harassed by the store manager, and called the police as the manager followed us out of the store and told me to get back in the store so she could beat me up.Save yourself and do not visit this store as I am afraid that you will be assaulted if you come to this store as well. Good luck.

Clean and professional. My manicure lasted for two weeks. Pedicure looks good a month later.

This place is amazing. Nicki is absolute perfection. I have only had nothing but positive experiences here. I am very particular when it comes to my nails and Nicki gets it every time. She listens to me and gives me what I want. I highly recommend this place!

First time at Magic Nails was very nice!! Their nail polish and No chip selection is so organized with plenty of colors to choose from!! I came in for a full set of nails and a pedicure and it was very relaxing! Not to mention the hot rock massage during the pedicures which is just divine! Absolutely loved it!! Of course this salon is pricey in comparison to other salons, but I dont consider this an average salon considering the amazing customer service and relaxed atmosphere! Definitely recommend and will return!!

Go see steven! He did an amazing job on my full set of nails :) as many times as I have gotten designs done on my nails, steven gave me my favorite! I got a beautiful purple nail with pink foiling and its a show stopper! 🤗

BEWARE! Do not give your business to this nail salon. My daughter and her friend went in for a manicure and were told it would cost $22. When she went to check out, they charged her $45!!! They took advantage of two young girls in an effort to increase their profits. I called the owner of the salon and he refused to honor the price they were told. Now I am having to dispute the charge....STAY AWAY!

I would steer clear of this salon. Ever since Jenna sold it and Michelle took over it has gone downhill. They are not upfront or honest about thier fees and tack on additional amounts without telling you. There is never enough help and even tho you have an appointment you have to wait. I had a pedicure there with callous removal and they sanded right down to my skin causing sores and subsequently an infection to the point I could not walk. The owner offered no restitution only lame excuses for her inept staff in broken English. This place is so far less than professional and with all the competitors out there I am sure I will find someplace well beyond this so called salon.

Scheduled an appointment for a manicure for my upcoming birthday party. I opted for the CDN polish that lasts for 7 days ($4 more, which was fine). Very disappointed, every nail has tons of bubbles, which i couldnt see until I left the salon. I will have to go elsewhere to get them redone. I will try to upload a photo to show the bubbles.

Bad experience. Felt like I was ripped off with being charged extra for things. Not good quality pedicure—not fully cut for each toenail and some toes are only painted somewhat. Also rude where you can only pay for tip in cash but mad that you won’t give them a tip if they don’t take your card. Felt rushed with certain favorite customers coming in and wanting to be helped the second they get there even though they’re almost done with your pedicure. Lots of people seemed upset that I was asking questions to them like when are my feet dry? Didn’t feel very welcomed. Also got lots of stares as if I was weird for wanting to get a pedicure. Not coming back.

I have tried twice to visit this salon. The 2nd time I made an appt. I arrived early but I was told I had to wait until my appt time. Two women showed up late for their appt which meant I had to wait longer. I was treated rudely both times. This salon does not have the same great service it used to. I will boycott it and recommend people go elsewhere.

I took my elderly mother for her very first pedicure. I explicitly told them that her feet are fragile and to be very light. But they very having a pretty heated argument with each other, AND THEY BROKE HER TOE!!!!!!!They have it on video and only said they would return the $80 they charged her. No apologies, no money yet either. Dont pay extra for nail art. My 5 year old grand daughter paints better flowers.

Two of us came in as walk ins on a rainy Saturday morning for pedicures. We were in Naperville for a wedding. We made the right choice! The pedicures were well worth what we paid for them ($30), and we were seated right away (although it was a pretty quiet morning). We chose regular, not the long lasting nail polish. The hot stone massage was really what set it apart. Cant complain about friendliness - they did a good job. I will definitely return if I find myself needing nails done in Naperville again.

Just stopped in here tonight an got an excellent manicure and gelish from Nam! Everyone was so kind and they squeezed me in last minute. They stayed 30 minutes after closing to finish my service which was definitely going above and beyond. The place is very sanitary and I even watched the owner spend extra time cleaning the outside of the pedi tubs. They heat their lotions so there nice and warm on your skin. LOVED this place and wish I had something similar back home. Visit them if you havent already!

Favorite place to get a pedicure. Everything is sanitized and clean. My coworkers always bring a bottle of wine - lovely hot stone massage.

My mother is a regular here and I stopped in as her treat. I came as a walk-in and the staff was very kind. Missty took great care of me with my pedicure and eyebrow wax!

They cater to who they want. I went real quick for a soak off on my lunch break and no one was in there. The owner has me sit down and wait, while at the same time he’s standing around looking at the ceiling. I understand a soak off isn’t much money, however, I would’ve came back if the service was good. I walked out after over 10 mins of sitting when he was free because it just didn’t make sense. Don’t want to make it racial but this is Naperville in the corporate plaza....soooo

Me and my sister went one day very last min for no chip manis and pedis and they took us both in and even though they were closing they still stayed 30mins after close and took there time with our nails. they also put like 4 or 5 coats on our no chip manis we were very happy walking out. 😆

Came in looking forward to getting my nails done had two people go before me and no they didn’t have appointments set and I was told to come back tomorrow. First and last time!

I was in 3 weeks ago for the first time. I was able to make an appointment to come in same day at 11:30 but didnt leave till 2:30!! Theres no way it should take 3 hours for a mani pedi. The guy who did my pedi was very persistent about getting a gel mani instead of full set acrylic. I kept telling him no thanks I prefer acrylic but turns out hes alergic to acrylic and he wanted full tip. Pedi was nice and he did a great job but wouldve been more relaxing if he didnt try to convince me to change. Another guy did my full set and I showed him a picture of what I wanted. Came out nothing like it. My nails were inconsistent in length and shape. All my fingers were stuck to the nails. He cut me so many times and was really rough. My fingers nails were so sore for a few days. NEVER ever going back!!
