Love this place. they do exactly what i ask for every time and it’s very good quality, my nails never lift, chip, or break. Lexie is excellent. 10/10

Rip Off for “no chip” and to make matters worst, they are unprofessional and RUDE. Cheapest quality polish material in Naperville. I took my daughter there and unfortunately her nails chipped 6 days after the service but because of my schedule I took her in 9 days later in which I was interrogated about but finally agreed told correct them. Meanwhile I run a couple errands to return to hear my daughter tell me they harassed her the entire time and demanded payment. They painted over the chipped polish and asked her to pay. Mind you she’s 14!! I will NEVER support that local business again and highly suggest no one else WASTE their money. I have no idea how they are in business as RUDE as they are.

This is my second time here for their pedicures and absolutely worth it compared to other places Ive gone to! Lots of pedicure options and they take their time not like other places that are rushed and fast with their massages. Staff is friendly, they offer water, and the ambiance is so relaxing. Worth the drive for me. I cant wait to get my nails done here!

It was odd that there was only one other customer in the store, but was delighted I did not have to wait for my manicure/pedicure. The nail salon is clear, but the work was horrible. I left with some nails round and others square. My manicure/pedicure looks as if I did them myself.

Beautiful and clean place but unfortunately very unprofessional service. Rushed and poor quality for the price. I asked for french manicure with light blue tips. She put two coats of transparent color and rushed to finish quickly. There was an hour left to salon close. After all asked me if Im happy with it and petted my back pretending thst she misunderstood. Very disappointing.

The owner is a horrible. i paid $70 for nails that i was not even happy with & all she offered to do was change the color. i would never recommend this place to anybody. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I think it’s unfair to give them a bad review. Yes, sometime my nails chipped. But, after telling them at the front desk they’re always happy to fix it. I’d ask for warm water to drink and they are happy to get it for me. Sometimes the wait is long that’s because they spend time doing the best they can on the nails. There are also people who want to upgrade their service and try something new. They can’t help it. I always talk to the person at the front desk and tell them what I want so they can set me with the nail technician that can do what I want. They are so nice and I feel welcome every time. I also don’t mind paying one or two dollars more for a sanitized service.

They did a fantastic job! Lived here for 15 years and have tried every place. This dip was perfect!!

I have been a customer for the past year with my six year old daughter. I walked in this weekend for a pedi appointment and the girl took another customer over me and asked me to wait. I walked outside and waited and she shut the door when I was waiting outside. She asked me to use hand sanitizer to sign in when I had new lates gloves on both hands.

They all do a great job here. Great service and great customer service. The owner ensures you have a good experience. Nice, clean facility.

The last two times I have made visit to have my nails done, I am walking away within 2 to 3 days with actual chips coming off the top. I go back to have it fixed they fix that tune one or two nails in it repeats that process. I been going to them for years but I am going to change at this time apparently they are using a product or their nail specialist are not doing what they used to do . I have attempted to talk to this so-called manager I have never never talk to someone who is single and caring about their business everything I told him got thrown back on me that I apparently did something wrong and wouldn’t even talk to me paying when I pay for my nails for these people no way am I going to continue . So at this time they get no stars for my loyalty I have been treated with total disrespect thank you!

Very friendly detailed oriented staff. I actually walked in with the owner and im assuming his daughters. Very nice guy. This salon is really beautiful too. I felt like i was being pampered in a palace. Highly reccomend.

I went in there just to take my gel nails off and the lady that was taking care of everything that day did an amazing job, she was very very nice and gentle, funny and even got me to get a pedicure, I wish I could remember her name but this was a clean and friendly environment. I’d definitely come back.

I’ve had acrylics on for months. Occasionally one will break here or there, but I got my nails done on a Thursday and by Saturday TWO had broken doing everyday tasks. They don’t offer refunds, which is understandable but they are incredibly rude saying “well it’s your fault you broke it”. They are not professional and I will never be back and would never recommend this place to anyone. Rude workers.

The service here was superb. I’m not saying this just bc I’m a first time customer and a gentleman/male customer at that. The staff was very warm and welcoming, Offering water and sign in at the door. They do take walk ins and appointments. They are and can be a little busy but if you are patient they will fit you in and will deeply appreciate your patient . I was a walk in and I waited for a few. appointments walked in but they still found time to fit me in and the thanks for waiting appreciation that I got was at an abundance. I was very comfortable here they did a great job at making me comfortable. The ambiance is really nice and cozy. Very clean nail shop. Great personalities and conversations. No one should go in or leave here disappointed . The customers are even friendly. Very nice environment kid friendly as well. Be sure to tip these ladies very well they do an awesome job here. I tipped 10$ Mani and pedi a piece bc my service was great I wish I would’ve tipped 20$ a piece now that I’m realizing how great the service was. Most definitely will be a frequent visitor.

I got a mani- my nails look fine but the service is horrible. The water was cold and my hands maybe were massaged for a second before I was rushed to pay. Prices are high, not worth the money!

Both times I have went, I really liked my manicures. Loved being offered water and everyone is so friendly!

Never had a bad experience at Liza they do fabulous work, show them a picture of what you want and they bring it to life...❤️ It...!!!!
