I’ve been coming to magic nails for a couple years but stopped going during the pandemic and had just been doing my own ! I decided to go back and get my nails done for my wedding two weeks ago and I was NOT disappointed! They came out almost exactly like the inspo pic I had! Forgot just how good nails look when you get them done professionally at a great place 😁

Ive been here twice recently. First time for a pedicure and a full set of acrylics. I was pleased with the pedi, and and design of the nails. However they chipped the next day (paid $75 for no chip).Returned for a fill - and was completely ripped off. A base coat was NOT applied (Ive been getting gel for years, I know theres a base coat). I asked the tech and he mumbled in their native language. Again, started chipping the very next morning. $55 for a fill is crazy. Also waited 40 minutes after my set appt time. Whats the point of making an appointment days in advance?

This is the nail place with the nicest workers in the area. They took me even though it was late and they did a phenomenal job. They always do. I get a no chip full set or a fill normally. The place is really clean and sanitary and they are seriously so so sweet. Worth the money

This was my first time at this salon, and will definitely not be my last. A little more pricey than other places, but well worth it.

I came in for a pedicure a month ago. I opted for the number 4 pedi. I had been coming in every month since a long time. I must say the person who did my pedi was in a rush. She did not get rid of my calluses. I paid $48 plus a generous tip for nothing. I told the manager. He and the lady talked in their native language. She told she couldnt get it out. Guess what I went home and scrubbed it off. I had to do the rest of my pedi myself after spending $50 plus here. I loved going there. But now I am so disappointed.

Went here on our girls weekend and it was amazing! The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was relaxing and the service was exceptional. Loved how clean it was and how they are handling everything during this virus. We dont live close but we will definitely make the drive to come back!

I booked a reg pedi and no chip manicure. Walked in on time, no one checked if I had an appointment. I told the technician I had an hour and a half, literally she spent 45 mins and gave me a no chip pedi after I told her I didn’t want it and didn’t book it. I went to get my nails done and left with no mani and a no chip. They also charged me for the no chip I said I did not want. Not professional and hard to communicate, will not be returning

I got my nails done today for the first time since quarantine and I was very impressed with the safety and precautionary measures that all staff at Magic Nails utilized. I loved Magic Nails before quarantine and I love them even more now seeing how hard they’re working to protect their guests and themselves.

I had a wonderful pedicure while enjoying father-daughter time today with my two daughters. It was only my second pedicure ever, but I am now hooked and will return for another soon. The foot message was unbelievably therapeutic and relaxing. I would highly recommend requesting Nicole if you go here.

I was a very loyal customer here for over a year, until my last visit. There’s only one girl I tried to go to but her schedule is very limited so whenever I wasn’t able to go to her, my experience wasn’t the best. I got a dip manicure a few weeks ago by someone else. Less than a week later, a few of my nails started to chip which had never happened before with the dip. If anything, they would just pop right off. I realized that the guy didn’t go up high enough with the dip (my fingernail was basically above the dip) which is why it was chipping. I went back in as soon as I could (I think It was 10 days later) and spoke to the female manager, whom knows me very well. She even remembered exactly who did my nails. She basically admitted that they were messed up and said I should just have them all done again. A lady that overheard saw my nails and even said that hers have never done that before. Instead of standing behind her work and factoring in the time and money I was gonna have to spend again (2-3 weeks earlier than I should have) she only offered me a 20% discount and wasn’t the friendliest. She rubbed me the wrong way and proved that making money is all she cares about so that was my last time going there. It’s close to home, which sucks, but I’d rather give my business to an owner that truly cares about their customers and I advise everyone else to do the same!

Visited this place a few times. First I was excited, the atmosphere was pleasant. People were nice, but have a lack of skill for their service. Out of 8 visits, 3 went completely wrong. I tried the dip technique, the layers were to thin and the dip coat cracked. Went back to fix and they did not redo but drilled and dipped on top and it still cracked. Second time I asked for pink dip, turned out purple! The technician was clueless why this happened. Had an important event and had no time to redo the nails, was stuck with no manicure, had to do a clear top myself. Third time has no chip and it chipped just after 2 days... Did not go back to fix...

Worse nail salon I’ve ever been to. I walked in yesterday after making an appointment on the phone specifically asking for the marble nail design on my acrylic gel nails for a fill in. The receptionist clarified with her co worker and confirmed they would provide the service needed. On the phone I was told $25 but the technician started the process and tells me it’s $45+. Then he proceeded to attempt to paint my nails white and randomly add black strokes on my nail to call it marble? It wasn’t very professional for the price I was willing to pay for the nails that I asked for. I told him to wipe my nails clean, still paid $40 because arguing with them clearly wasn’t going anywhere and left super unhappy. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 3-4 years and I’ve never had such bad customer service. Super disappointed.

Love this place! They provide quality customer service and offer water or hot tea. Great atmosphere, nice music and elegant ambiance. Staff is always friendly and very personable. I lost my wallet and couldnt remember were It may have been. The same day I received a friend request on Facebook. Turns out the manager of this place went out of his way to find me on Facebook to let me know my wallet was found! They are not only fantastic but very honest and ethical! I recommend them 100%.

Ive really had good experiences here overall but since December theyve raised their prices and service is just average. Previous visits were above average service with highly competitive prices.

Great place. The staff is polite and courteous. I find the afternoon in weekdays are the best time to go as its not that filled and the girls there give you more attention. You have good choices of nail colors and the place is clean.

If i could give no stars I would. Kevin is amazing got my nails done with him and made a appointment right after he was done. Something told me to call a day before my appointment to make sure and I did. The woman said i don’t have a appointment so i made the same appointment. I get here on time for my appointment and they say i don’t have a appointment. The manager is a real b**** and didn’t even care to try to fix it. Wouldn’t recommend because Kevin is the only one who is actually good.

I loved Magic Nails Spa! Nicole did a great job on my pedicure. The salon is very clean, tools were new out of the package and I was taken as a walk in on a Friday night right away. I look forward to coming back!UPDATE: I’m sad to say I really liked Magic Nails spa but after tonight I won’t be returning.While getting my manicure my cuticle was cut so badly that it bled through countless cotton balls (which doesn’t seem to be the correct way to control bleeding). Also was rudely asked if I was bleeding so much due to medication I was on..my response being no I am not taking a thing and that you cut me very badly, that’s why it won’t stop. My middle finger nail was unable to be painted due to this which isn’t a problem..I simply asked if I could get the nail polish to take home to redo it myself for the inconvenience. After trying to explain that I am leaving for vacation and won’t be able to return tomorrow they finally gave me the bottle. After all of this I thought I would get some kind of discount..but nope. Yes I was apologized to many times but to charge me full price after something like this just doesn’t seem right. Unfortunately won’t be back.

If you go to this salon, I would highly recommend to not have Cherry do your pedicure/manicure. Cherry did my pedicure today, and for the duration of the service, she was watching something on her phone and had an air pod in her ear. She was impersonal and did not say hello or one word to me throughout the service and did not even massage my feet or legs, which was suppose to be part of the service I paid for. She put many different lotions/oils on my legs and only rubbed them in. While she was doing this, she was looking away the entire time watching her phone. She was distracted, unprofessional and failed to perform the services I paid for.The salon is very clean, and staff seems to be professional, however I do not think Cherry fit in with the rest of the staff. My Review is not based on the whole salon, just on Cherry who performed my pedicure.

First let me say that we showed up at 730 and they close at 8. The guy at desk wasn’t sure if anyone would stay late but we lucked out and got John and Nicole. The place was very clean and bright, equipment was well kept. The duo was friendly and talkative and professional. We got the #4 so it was the awesome minus the hot stone massage. I have found my new pedi place and my husband was pleased as well. They didn’t rush or make us feel like we inconvenienced them. They took very good care of our feet!!

Best variety of colors and techniques. They are a bit more expensive than other nail salons but you definitely get what you pay for. They are very clean and friendly.

Sat down for a dip and the technician began to rush through removal process while managing to cut my finger with the drill. My finger was cut so deep it was bleeding immediately. This could have easily been avoided with attention to detail and focus. Then he proceeded to pour acetone on it causing extreme burning. Wait then the owner walks over looks at my hand and says something in their language and both chuckle and she walked away. This happened more than once while I let the removal process continue. I finally asked them to just leave my nails alone and let me leave. Terrible & very unprofessional service. And they charged $10 for removal ✅ there are plenty of other salons in Naperville, don’t waste your time or money here.

The manager (the woman manager) is not nice at all. It seems like she doesn’t want to be there and doesn’t want the customers to be there either. The nail technician rushed through finishing my nails because her next appointment walked in. She broke the skin as she clipped my cuticles!! Ouch!! This is a nice looking nail Spa but the service is not up to par. If you are looking for a good nail salon/Spa...keep looking. This isn’t it.

I am very disappointed in this salon. I have been getting my nails dipped for over a year now and this salon DOES NOT know what theyre doing. They rush through you and do not give you the time of day. My friend and I have both gone here since April and every time we have issues with the dip chipping after a week! The past time we went in, I requested a thicker dip or an extra layer at the tips to provide more strength as other salons have done in the past, and the tech laughed at me. Literally laughed in my face. Well, low and behold here we are 9 days later and ALL of my nails have chipped or broken in some fashion. I work a desk job and do not do anything strenuous on my nails for them to all break when Ive had no issues in the past. I will now be driving 30+ minutes to go to the Willowbrook Magic Nails salon who actually knows what theyre doing and knows how to provide proper customer service.**I have read other responses and I am reviewing the right magic nails by the movie theater and will NEVER return.

After I got home and really looked at my pedicure it was horrible very sloppy job and my no chip had a chip in it within an hour I called to go back in they said ok but I was 40 mins away and had to work the next 3 days then leaving on vacation so oh well I just wont go back.

Buyers Beware———Everything is a matter of preference. And it’s in my opinion that if you want quality work that lasts go somewhere else. Despite the positive reviews this place while it looks very nice on the inside it is a complete waste of time and money. My first time here ended up in 3 visits for a “gel” overlay that cracked each time I left after getting my nails “repaired”. The blame was place on me the customer because I requested for the product to not be placed to thick around my cuticles. I was told they were meeting my request. Ultimately I went home with unfinished nails after the third unsatisfactory visit on the the SAME DAY. My appointment was at 9:30 but between then and 12:30 I had already been in this shop 3 times. Later that day while I was home a manager called me STILL not taking accountability for the lack of quality work on his business end. He said that I could come in the following day to have my issues fixed which I did. However what I initially paid for the very 1st time isn’t what I got when I went back the next day. I’ve been getting my nails done for the last 16 years of my life and I’m WELL aware of how my nails should look when I request certain services. I’m a person that pays attention to detail and like to get EXACTLY what I’ve paid for. So trust I know when I’ve been ripped off. I even bought it to the attention of the person doing my nails that the “gel” she used today wasn’t what I received yesterday and that she had to have used acrylic instead and she looked me dead in my face and lied as if I’m incompetent. I didnt even have the energy to go back and forth with her because at this point it’s clear that they won’t take ownership for their shortcomings. I’ll NEVER return here. I came back to have a issue created by the initial nail tech fixed to only leave unsatisfied still. While their voices remain pleasant the service I received was less than. Also I sat for an hour being serviced while people called and walked in to get nails repairs because the product/service didn’t last for the length of the time promised by the nail salon. This was MY personal experience. So with that being said Patronize this establishment at your own risk. Good luck to you if you do.

I been coming here for the past two years, recommended the place to everyone I know, always with great service. Until today. The nail tech was pleasant as usual, and always does a great job so I didnt think to look at my nails until after the dip was fully applied, when I did look, I saw that my cuticles were still overgrown and it looked like my nails had been growing out for a week. I thought I could be okay with it so I tipped him, paid, and went about my day. Over the course of the day the appearance of my nails really stressed me out as I have a big event this weekend, so I went in to have them redone and even offered to pay the difference for the removal. The manager was awful. He was incredibly condescending and argumentative and brought me to tears. I am heartbroken that I had such an awful experience. 😭😭😭 I guess all I can do is take my business elsewhere.

Magic Nails is one of my favorite salons! It is so clean and everyone is very friendly. I’m so glad they opened up a location in Naperville. I had been to others in the area and I’m always very impressed!

Last Tuesday I went in to get a full acrylic set, this was my first time at this nail salon and will be my last without a doubt, with in not even TWO days they had started to fall off and I paid $35 for this set. The manager who had actually done my nails, rushed through them as they were short staffed and was continuously distracted and trying to talk to other co-workers and put my nails on crooked and even messed up the paint. I am so disappointed in their customer service skills as I found myself back in the store asking for them to fix them, they said they could not repair them as they would only give me a 30% discount as it’s not their fault.

I love the customer service and thoroughness in which my services are completed. I’ve had multiple technicians and could not be more impressed.

I called and made an appointment, when I got there I waited for 30 minutes and ended up leaving without getting a full. They have one lady that does a pink and white fill. Very unhappy and won’t be returning.

I always went to the one in Willowbrook until I moved. This location has the same quality of work, atmosphere and customer service. They even paint my 4-year-old’s nails (for a small fee) so that I can squeeze in a quick manicure for myself on the weekend.

Let me start off by saying I should have read more reviews before I came here. Came in to get a fill on a saturday night. More expensive than nail salons in the area but I really loved the outcome so I didnt even care. I got home and my pinky nail broke immediately. Was leaving for a work trip early Sunday morning so I sucked it up. Come Wednesday another nail breaks while Im sitting at a desk. This has never happened from any other salon. I come in Saturday afternoon now that Im back in town. Im shuffled between 2 people, my nails dont match and Im being charged $10. Every other reputable salon Ive been to fixes nails for free if done at the same salon. I asked if they didnt offer a guarantee on their work. She goes and asks who Im guessing is the owner and come back with We do. But its been a week. Soo.... Reading other reviews it seems like this is a pattern here. You arent taking care of your customers unless the service is consistent in all situations. Definitely wont be back and will be correcting the recommendations Ive given for this place.

Horrible experience! The girl who painted my nails was sweet so i tipped her well on the day of the manicure. However, in 6 days my no-chip was chipping from all sides . And when I showed it to them, the lady at the counter said there is nothing wrong !! Only a blind person would say that!!! I told her i am giving u a feedback and looks like there is something wrong with the paint they had used, i didnt even ask for a re-do, nor for a refund or for them to fix it ....the woman very rudely said, I cant help you if you tell me my paint is bad ! I thought we were having a communication issue there, so asked to talk to the manager and she said she doesnt have one ! I asked her her name, she said, I dont have a name i dont have a manager and turned around and walked away leaving me staring at her back !!I was being super polite to the woman at the counter, will not even call her the lady as she did not behave like one !! I have never met anyone this rude in my life!!I dont know why they are in a business like this if they dont have the basic manners and decency.Thoroughly disappointed and plan to take this to the better business bureau also.

I had a dip manicure done by one of the guys it was terrible . Different lengths on the nails2 looked bubbled kind of milky in areas .When I pointed it out to him tried to tell me it was my nail basically blaming me for it . When I asked why it didn’t it look like that when Kathy did it he didn’t have an answerI was referred there by a friend who knows Nicky apparently that doesn’t really matter.I guess they think they are busy enoughI won’t be coming back or referring if anyone asksI also called ahead for appointments . Once they said they didn’t have it the next time said I would have to wait 45 min anyway . Once againFront desk person that took the call was not understanding what I was sayingAnd put wrong information down or not at allVery disappointed .

If there was zero star, I would give this nail place. I went in a couple of weeks ago for the first time to do a no chip pedicure. This was supposed to be a new place with better quality products and I went. Even with a 20% off my bill ended up at almost $70 for JUST the no chip (turned out to be cheap no chip) pedicure they gave me.The pedicure started chipping from the first few days but because of my extremely busy schedule I was hoping I could carry it for at least a whole month. It turned so ugly and bad that I wanted to stop last Friday the 20th but I finally squeezed in the time to stop today. The humiliation I experienced was totally unprecedented. The girls didnt believe me and the receptionist stopped short of slapping me when he was saying this is the last time you will come in and say your pedicure was bad and all the gibberish... they talked in their language rudely giving me the bad eye as if it was my first pedi and first no chip. The guy at the reception was so aggressive I felt he could slap me if I was a little closer. Please dont go and waste your money as I did in this place. It is in a new location but I think they are the same Magic nails across the road. The staff is extremely rude. I am in customer service and I cannot imagine humiliating a customer after over $70 and barely 2 to 3 weeks of no chip that has been chipping from week 1, my only fault being my lack of time to show them their incompetence. They are rude and incompetent and their only differentiator is that they put plastic in the bowl before each $70 pedicure. I was humiliated over my money by these ignorant fools who kept speaking their language while giving me the look after taking my $70 plus pedi only money plus tip. They could have just said sorry after all the polish is barely $5.00 as they wont exhaust I whole bottle on a customer. Naperville women stay away from this overpriced rude and incompetent folks.
