Just visited for the first time and had a really great experience! Prices are very good in my opinion. I had a no chip Mani done and a special pedicure and boy, I would come just for the massage with the pedi 😍. Probably the best I have experienced. Both nail technicians were very professional and very detailed. For the pedi he really took his time to make sure they were done nicely and neatly and as I mentioned the massage was divine. My mani tech was fast and neat and she was very pleasant. Our appointment was at 6 and they finished with us even past closing, not rushing and making sure they did a great job.10/10 would recommend!

Grace did a beautiful job on my dip extensions. I asked for ombre French extensions and she delivered! I cant stop looking at them. This is my third visit to Grace and Aidens salon and they are the best kind of small business owners, ones who value their work, do their best with what they have to give the customer what they came for. And the prices are very reasonable!

So let’s just say, you have to treat every customer with respect when they’re coming into your establishment spending their money. Their level of professionalism is very poor. I came in at 2:45pm for a mani and pedi didnt leave until 6pm. No they were not busy when I came. I got into the chair and they started working on my pedi. they stopped working on me and worked on another customer while my feet were soaking in a mask. Which she burned me while smashing the mask into my foot. I did tell her it was to hot, she did apologize,Which is fine however they left me there and two to three customers that came behind me ended up leaving before me. I didn’t complain even when another worker noticed she forgot about me. I laughed it off because I’m a very patient person so a different person finished me up and started working on my nails. As she’s finishing my nails she gets upset because I asked if it was ok if I got another coat because one hand didn’t match the other. She slams the polish down and say she has other customers “a third coat” rolled her eyes and gave another coat with a attitude ( remind you they were getting busy and it was only three workers working so thats why she really had a attitude) me shocked, and disturbed because I have been very patient with them today and I didn’t feel as though asking for a 3rd coat of polish should have been a issue. After all they had me sitting here for 3hours and I didn’t complain. So after my gel set she basically rushed me out the door didn’t say anything didn’t moisture my hands or anything however she took my payment rushing the other lady to go and have a seat and didn’t say bye have a nice day or anything. Me still remaining calm walked out. Because you never know who’s coming to audit you😉

I recently got a manicure from this salon. The nail technician was incredibly friendly and meticulous. She took her time and I loved the results. I would highly recommend this salon! They were following all necessary COVID procedures, which made me feel safe throughout the entire visit.

Visiting Chicago and was overly excited to find businesses open! Grave and her hubby were welcoming and beyond professional. He gave me the best pedicure I ever had. I’ve been getting them for like 20 years now. I love my nails feet and hands and the service is outstanding, I would travel here from philly once a month for them

OMG!! The best service ever! I went their with 3 of my nieces as a walk-in. It was relaxing from the soft music playing in the background, the sound of water and the foot massage, we all fell a sleep. People are kind. If I am ever in the area again, this is my first stop. Had appointment at a salon near the hotel but was running late from Ifly so we had to find another option and so happy we ran across this place. I encourage you to go make an appointment if you want a day of relaxation. Still relax and I left over an hour ago. Thumbs Up!!

They originally told me that they could repair my nails the way I wanted it was a simple task one was broken so I waited a half hour and decided might as well get a pedicure and not until I waited an another half hour after the pedicure she told me she didnt have my polish I told her I had polish then she said didnt know how to shape them the way

I recently went here and i had got my dip nail polish taken off. when the lady took it off, she did such a bad job at it. i now have a damaged thumb nail and my nail bed is utterly ruined and looks like it’s dry but it’s not.on top of that, i got regular nail polish painted and the lady rushed way too fast. beyond fast. it only took her 5 minutes to paint them when it should have taken 15 minutes. it chipped off not even 24 hours after i got them done!! never going back to this place again. for gods sake i could have painted them myself and they would have looked better.the only thing they are good at is the pedicures.

I am so impressed with the owners Grace and Aiden and their techs. They are all very friendly and grace does amazing work . The customer service is excellent. I told friends about this place. its worth the drive even though I pass about 4 or 5 other nail places on the way there.

I came in for a full set showed what I wanted and the rude woman in the first chair waits until she put some nails on me to say she can’t do the design I want she has been rough since I sat down I will never be back

Relaxing time at Us Nails. Called ahead for an appointment and got the Special Pedicure - well worth it! Very clean use of tools and gloves. The salon is quiet and cozy with friendly staff. Looking forward to going back already!

They are slow! They dont have enough workers to take care of customers promptly. Its around my house so its convenient but everytime I go they tell me 15-20 minute wait and Im waiting way past that time. I can go right down the street to Nail Tech 2 next to Dunkin Donuts and get in right away for just as good service!

Ive been coming to US Nails for over 4 years and love them. They are very careful to ask the right questions so you get what you expect. Fast, courteous service without feeling rushed at great prices.

I see all the positive reviews and I am confused honestly. My Daughter and I came in on a Friday about 2 weeks ago. Not only did the “no chip” polish come off right away but I kept mentioning a couple of nails were crooked and they wouldn’t correct them. Also within a day, the nails were severely lifting around the cuticles. Just beware when you come..

I came to US nails by chance and I have never had such a terrible job done on my nails. The gel is cracked around my cuticles and the paint job was horrific in the sense that the polish wasnt evenly distributed. After a few days I had to reshape my nails remove the polish.. To add insult to injury the tech asks for her tip right in front of me. I tipped her but I will not be back! #horriblejobNever stray from your normal nail salon people!
