The building is very gorgeous and clean and the staff all are very kind! I feel very comfortable there! Great experience! If I lived here, I would for sure come back.

I love coming here! My grandmother and I only ever go with Rachel because she is so sweet and truly takes her time. Two of my nails broke off and Rachel took the time to attach two tips onto the nails so that the length could match (without me even having to ask). Ive NEVER had another nail tech take care of my nails as if they were their own until I started going to her. She even took the time to make sure that my nails were beautiful for graduation and suggested a brighter color and added glitter to my nails to match my dress. My nails have grown so much ever since Ive gone to her because she takes great care of them. She amazes me EVERY visit.

I showed my tech two pictures of the trendy swirl design and told her I wanted something similar but trusted her creative instinct to do whatever she wanted. Her designs were to die for - prettier than I could have imagined!

I was able to book an appt last minute and got a mani. She is so friendly and did an amazing job with my nails. Really cleaned up my cuticles and left with beautiful nails.

The place is nice and clean enough, and the staff was very nice but it was possibly the worst pedi and gel nail fill Ive ever had. I had two different ladies. Pedi was super fast and she didnt do the whole process to the nails that I normally get everywhere else, and didnt she scrub my callous. My skin on my feet and nails are not hydrated like they are when I leave other nail salons. The lady who did my gel fill didnt shape the nails well, didnt cover the entire nails with paint and she must have done something wrong with the chemical process because the nails are soft and tacky. I asked her about them feeling tacky and she said I just needed them wiped off with alcohol. But after she wiped them off it took the shine off the nails and they still feel tacky. The nails look like Ive been wearing them a couple weeks already, not nicely finished.

Great place, very clean and always calming music with excellent chair massage during my pedicures. Nana is amazing at pedicures, I recommend her greatly...my feet and calves feel so relaxed and rejuvenated after she provided a thorough pedicure. I recommend you splurge on one of the non basic pedicures, they come with amazing mud masks, or sea salt scrubs, and paraffin wax if you like.I have had only positive experiences at this salon every time that I go and the pricing is very reasonable for the amazing service you receive from these ladies and gentlemen.

Nails Care Of Naperville is one of my favorite nail salons. The owner looks like she knows how to run a business and maintains her customers satisfaction standards; I respect that. They have tons of colors, service is super friendly, its very clean. Great prices and clean relaxing environment. Ladies, I will see you every two weeks!

Very poor customer service

Wouldn’t return. Came with a friend for a pedicure so I thought I would try a full set. I was asked SEVERAL times to upgrade to gel when I stated many times and upon arrival acrylic. The lady barely spoke 2 words to me during my service but when tipped, all smiles. They offer 10% off and when shown a review made after the pedicure service, I was told it had to be made in front of them and to receive it, I would need to make another review. Prices are high and customer service wasn’t great nor did she do a good job. I won’t return.

I needed a fill and pedicure, I called ahead and came in, Vicki was my tech, and she made my experience relaxing and enjoyable, I could’ve hung out with her all day, she had a great personality, I told her the way I wanted my acrylics shaped, and she took her time to suit my needs. Will definitely be back! Thank you Vicki!

I have been going to this shop exclusively for the past six months or so and have always gone to the same technician. I would not characterize the work or appearance of the shop as the best I’ve ever experienced. However, it is conveniently located. Unfortunately, I will no longer patronize this business after my experience there over the weekend.Long story short, the nail technician, who always does my manicures etc., made unsolicited and wildly inappropriate comments about my physical appearance upon learning that I was going to be celebrating a major life event in the near future. The technician “begged” me to do “one thing for me, you need to lose weight and get a little smaller” so that I “looked nice” for the event. In total shock, I let the technician know that I found the comments to be hurtful and tried to change the subject to focus on what I’d come into the shop to have done that day. The technician persisted, going on and on about how I needed to “diet” and “lose weight”. Not sure what else to do, I decided to just focus on returning texts and emails while the technician busied themselves prepping for the pedicure.Upon their return, the technician continued to talk about how I needed to slim down. Noticing my silence as I checked my emails, the technician asked what was wrong. I voiced that the comments were inappropriate and out of line. The technician said “oh I hurt your feelings”, completely ceased doing the pedicure, and continued telling me about dieting and losing weight to look good and repeatedly touched me the entire time. I repeatedly asked the technician to stop touching me and to drop the subject and to please just finish the work that I came to get done. The technician continued to touch me - grabbing my arm, trying to hug me, etc. -and push the issue anyway. Finally I asked to speak to the manager.The manager apologized and explained that there were cultural issues at play. Apparently, according to the manager, the comments made by the technician are interpreted differently in Vietnamese culture than “American culture” (her words). She said that the technician “views you as like a sister” and that, as a result, it would be acceptable to speak to me that way (and repeatedly touch me too, I guess?). I said that I could respect that there might be cultural issues at play and was still uncomfortable with being repeatedly touched and hassled about an issue that I wanted to drop. The manager accommodated my request to have another technician complete the job for me.I think that the most disturbing part for me was the relentless insistence on continuing to talk about my appearance and touch me when I’d repeatedly asked that both behaviors stop. Cultural issues aside, the behavior was completely inappropriate for the workplace and, more importantly, when a customer (or anyone really) asks you to stop touching them and pushing an issue deemed offensive, then just stop. At the end of the day, it was a good teachable moment. However, the damage has been done at this point. I’ve intentionally left out the name/gender of the technician because I wish no ill will. I personally just will not patronize this business and am sharing my experience so that others can be informed as they make the decision whether or not to do so.

My husband took me here for my birthday and we both had pedicures I had the delux pedicure and he had the basic one I feel the girl rushed through mine it was done so quick literally like 5 min and I’m done the polish was done so quick it was all over my toes the girl that took care of my husband took her time and did a way better job.

I wish i knew how to include pictures in reviews so you could see how horrible my manicure is right now. i’ve gone to this place for years & used to have stunning nails after every visit, but the last 3 times i’ve gone they’ve spoken to me disrespectfully, my no-chip polish chips after only a few days, and the shaping is just so bad. i got mine done today, just a basic no-chip mani & they look absolutely TERRIBLE. i kept asking him to fix things and eventually i just gave up paid & left. they lost a loyal customer never coming back.

Ive been here before and was shocked at the pedicure that I received. It was so painful. The nail tech was so rough, I had to ask her to take it easy. The nail shapes were off and the paint job was horrible. I have little scratches all over my feet. There was a gentleman there that did fix the job and I am thankful for that; however, I will not return to the office this nail salon ever again.

First Visit - Visited the salon for the first time. Very clean, was greeted and serviced by Michelle. Received a mani-pedi. Didnt know they had been in this location for 4 years. Will probably return again.Second Visit: I returned to the salon again on 7/17/17 to have a pedi-mani done. Work was done nicely. Gave person my AMEX card she swiped and said the charge did not go through. So, I gave her my Visa she swiped and charged me $70 for the services. When I got home, they call me and informed me they charged on my AMEX for $70 as well. I as if charge could be reversed and I was told they could not reverse the charge. They would apply it to services for my next visit. I disagreed, and wanted to know why it could not be reversed with all of todays modern technology, but received no satisfying answer other than to apply it to my next services. So, they got $140 that day for a pedi-mani. I was not please with the fact they could not reverse the charges, especially with technology today. Unfortunately, I had to get my merchant involved regarding this issue. I was very disappointed, and will probably not return for future services.
