I’ve been going to Diva nails for a few months now and have loved my nails every single time I’ve gotten them done. They’re always on time with friendly service. My mom and sister have joined me a time or too also and they’ve been happy too! Can’t wait to go back again!

We called in to see if they have an opening and they asked us to come in 20 minutes. We got there in 20-25 minutes but the nail tech wasn’t there yet. My friend had to sit and wait till I was almost done with my pedicure till the nail tech came it. Once she was there she was rushing to finish (maybe because she brought her little kid with her?) I used to go here all the time but I think now it’s under nee management. Probably won’t be going back after this experience :/

I came in for a pedicure and a manicure this morning. The whole salon looks like it was decorated and deep cleaned. They have over 400 colors for you to pick from and the summer collection is very beautiful. All the staffs were friendly and helpful, they did a wonderful job and I will definitely be a frequent customer!

I got a mani pedi from here about 1.5 weeks ago. The actual experience was nice and a small family business. Unfortunately both my manicure and pedicure have chipped since then, though 😔

I went in for a full set and pedicure, everyone was super friendly and I’m very happy with the results. Definitely one of the best sets I’ve gotten.

They were previously at Northville nails - so glad I found them! They all do a wonderful job every time & pricing in great.

I have been a frequent client since they changed the ownership. I tried 3 staffs already and they all did a great job with my mani pedi, the salon is very clean, everyone is very friendly and helpful. This one is definitely a hidden gem!

Graciously giving 3 stars to this place. I had a pedi and a full-set done there today that was sub-par. I dont get my nails done often and im not super picky about my nails. The women that did my pedi did a great job. She took her time and you could tell she cared about the work she did. The 2nd women who did my full-set was rushed, staring at her phone WHILE filing my nails and angry. She was angry bc her other store was not open at the time it was supposed to be. I know this bc she took a call and was yelling at the manager of her other store. As someone also in customer service I understand not being in a good mood all the time. But the OWNER of the nail salon needs to also recognize the customer in front of her, at least put on a happy face and PAY ATTENTION to what shes doing. My nail shape looks terrible bc she rushed through it. The salon must be brand new bc their polishs and supplies are in boxes everywhere and the place is a mess. It has a lot of potential if she hires more staff to replace herself since shes busy manging more than one location and cant do someones nails at the same time.

Very disappointingA young man did my pedicure and didnt seem to know what he was doing he was going between me and the girl next to me I had an appointmentg Needed to remind them I had an appointment was there once before on a weekend and the only woman there did a decent job but I didnt see her this time.

Took my hubby out for his first mani/pedi - pedi was really nice but simple manicure was too simple. The dont soak your hands, treat your cuticles and massage hands with lubaderm...odd

Very friendly professional, I will go nowhere else, they are very accommodating, I would highly recommend this place.❤️

The pedicure was amazing with the younger lady, however, my nails turned out well but it was a terrible experience. I left with MULTIPLE cuts on my fingers that bled throughout the pedicure and I also thought I was going to end up with broken fingers. Do not recommend for nails.

I was desperate for a dip manicure as I was leaving for out of town in am. It was already 6:30 pm by the time I got there cause of my job. She did my nails beautifully and stayed past her closing time to finish them! My new favorite place.

Went to Diva Nails on 6 mile and newburgh for the first time for a gel mani and pedi. The nail tech was extremely nice and did a great job. However, the salon appeared to be in need of a deep clean. Sinks, floors and the nail equipment were very dirty. The gel UV light dryers were covered in old polish and just looked filthy. I wish I would have realized this sooner into my appointment as I would not have stayed after seeing the state of the salon. Also, it did not appear that the nail techs used new or sanitary tools between clients. Very disappointed as the nail tech was very nice and took time and care to do my nails.

Went in for an acrylic fill and was pleasantly surprised. The workers were so nice and my nails came out amazing. I’ll definitely be coming here again.

Not open on a Saturday and very slow with service. Two hours for a fill and pedicure after making a appointment
