I will be returning, everyone was so nice. My granddaughter enjoyed getting her toes done and I enjoyed my medi/pedi.

I’m new to the area so I decided to try this place out based on the reviews. I will NEVER go back. I requested pure white nails and chose it based off the samples they provided. The color was off white when he started to apply it and I mentioned it didn’t match the color I picked and they did nothing about it.After less than a week of having them on they got more discolored and were cracking all through my nails. I assume the dip powder is either cheap or was expired. When I called they told me there was nothing they could do because too much time had passed. I ended up going to a different salon to get them removed a week after I got them done. A complete WASTE of $50.

You be the judge. This was supposed to be redo because the following day that I got my nails done, the top coat started coming off when I paid for a dip manicure and its supposed to last 2-3 wks. I should have just gotten my money back but instead I wanted them to make it right. I guess they dont want me to come back and for sure I will not be coming back.

I started going to K Nail Spa back in 2017. After my first visit... I knew this would be the place I would always go. The atmosphere is so friendly, the music is relaxing and the conversation is always positive.The owners Tracy and Danny are always friendly and always treat you like family. No matter what time I call or show up they always find a way to fit you in. Customer Service is fantastic!! Definitely recommend K Nail Spa!

Very good service! Been going here for about right years. The owners are very personable, know their clients by name. If you are going for A dip ask for Tracey. Lin also does a phenomenal job!

The owners are really, really nice but it seems as if they freelance workers and the workers are terrible. Every time I visit, I get a different guy and my nails always look a mess. I went in for a no chip manicure 3 days ago and you can already see the color changes in my nail. The paint coats are uneven and my ring finger has a strand from the brush caught in it. When the guy was doing my manicure, he cut me twice and I had to make him put the stuff on to help the bleeding. Not only do the workers suck at their job, they dont understand customer service. At my last visit, before the guy started on my pedicure he held up my foot and loudly exclaimed What is wrong with your feet? Ugh! You dont come here enough, you need to come more. I was mortified and beyond embarrassed. I think that was my fourth visit but I know it was my last. The quality of my nails and the humiliation I felt is enough to keep me away.

I was in the area visiting my great uncle. My mom and I decided to get our nails done and have some bonding time. Great atmosphere. The quality of work was exactly what I wanted. The nail color selection is abundant and people cant stop asking where I got my nails done! Not bad for being out of town and heading to a salon that takes care you! I will def. have to stop in again when I am back in town. Thanks a lot!

I have been a customer of K nail spa for 13 years. I followed the owners, Danny and Tracy to Naperville from their original shop in Minooka. I cannot say enough good things about these people. Their service is tremendous and I always feel welcome when I come to their shop. The reason I kept coming back was because from the 1st time I came to their shop for services they remembered my name and remembered the services that they provided to me I would not go anywhere else.

K Nail Spa did a really great job on my gel manicure and pedicure. I made an appointment ahead of time and when I arrived they were ready to take me. The salon itself was clean, the tools and pedicure tub were clean. The nail technician who took care of me was very friendly and professional. I am pretty particular about my nails and they didnt seem frustrated when I wanted them to trim the length and round out the edges more. I would definitely go back.

Great Experience! Ive been going to K Nail Spa for about 10 years and Im so pleased with the service and quality of work. I normally have a pedicure, manicure and eyebrow wax. Tracey does my nails and shes great!!

I loved this place. From the minute you come in you feel welcome. They take their time with pedicures. Tracy who is very sweet and personable helped my sister in law but held a conversation with everyone. You must come here.

I started going to K Nail in 2013. My First impression was an outstanding one. The Spa is Extremely Clean and the staff is extremely courteous. The Spa was packed with happy customers and I was fortunate enough to get, (and I didnt know it at the time one of the owners) Tracy. My Manicure and Pedicure was one of the best that I had ever received. Needless to say, I am a customer for life. I highly recommend K Nails in Naperville.

Be careful when getting full sets!!! I went in to get a gel set, only to have to go back 3 times because of a broken nail. Everytime I went back they insisted they were gel nails. I ended up going to another salon and they told me they had put on acrylic instead. I was ripped off and had to pay full price for gel, when in reality I was getting acrylic. Only giving this 2 stars because my nail tech got the perfect coffin shape. Make sure you are actually getting what you pay for!

Very friendly staff! Not uncommon to here them call customers by name when they walk in the door. Clean facilities and reasonable prices. My favorite spot to get a no chip.

Worst place ever the girl who did my nails had no idea what she was doing I chose regular white coffin acrylics and I’m sorry but she didn’t even know english?? I had to pay 30 dollars for nails that my top coat turned yellow and my nail shapes are all different ?? Yeah your 4.3 stars is fake as hell

The staff was extremely friendly but the salon itself was dingy and slightly dirty. My mother and I went in for a no chip manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure was sub par due to the chairs not working properly and lukewarm water. It has been less then a week since our no chip manicures and both of us have already have 3-4 nails chip. No worth the $72 we each paid.

Nice staff!But worst experience ever.My nails cracked(all of them) after 10 days of deep powdering.Went back, and they fixed it FOR NO MONEY,but next day 2 of my nails fall down(deep powdering) completely.

Always there for all my needs.Doesn,t always need a appoitment.Good techs for nails pedicure or anything you need.

Never will I come to this place again! My nails turned out horrible, hate the shape of them! I told the guy to make them coffin shaped and he didnt know what that was therefore my nails turned out really bad. I would not recommend coming here.
