Peter did a great job and gave me exactly what I requested from the reference picture. He was very professional, kind, and made sure that I left with exactly what I wanted. Christine also was so kind and helpful in making sure that I was happy and sure of what I wanted. Everyone here was very nice and talkative! Will be coming back:)

Peter did my abstract acrylic set today! He is very creative and did a beautiful job. I came back to have my thumb designs redone and he was very accommodating and the thumbs are now my favorite! I am very happy with everything and I couldn’t recommend coming here more. I will definitely be making my next appointment with Peter :)

Peter did my acrylic set. He did an absolutely amazing job helping me pick the right color, perfecting the nail shape, and nailing the design. I showed him a picture of what shape and what design I wanted and he replicated it perfectly, making sure that it was what I wanted along the way. Will definitely come back and would definitely recommend!!

The technician who did my no chip manicure was very good! One of the best manicures I’ve gotten! He was very thorough and detailed. My nails look amazing

I was feeling quite generous the day I came in, ready to give someone a nice tip, only to be disappointed. I had set up an appointment with Mimi and she greeted me in a rude tone as I walked in. Brushing it off I told her I had an appointment and she told me to get a color. They didnt have the holographic opaque color I was looking for and when I chose one similar she sampled it to asked if that was what I wanted. Not knowing it was more transparent than I thought, I decided to switch the color. Her attitude heightened throughout the service even though I apologized for the inconvenience of having to get up later and grab another color. It got to the point where she was scraping my skin as she harshly filed my nails. I also told her to give me the almond shape, which every other place ive been to got correct. She gave me round and asked if have every been to a nail salon before. Not pleased at all, I left without giving her a tip and crust on my hand.

Mimi is amazing! In the last two years due to COVID I had to go elsewhere and No One can Match Empress Nails! They are the best!

I have traveled and lived all over the US ( Dallas, Tampa, Phoenix, and now Chicago) and my favorite pedicure is with Hugo. He does a great job of making sure my feet are soft and neat and polished pretty. But the best is his foot massage!!! I often feel like I need to tell him to stop... it’s been too long. (But I don’t). Go see him. Tell him I sent you. He is the best.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hugo is the best pedicure I ever had, and May the best for non chip manicure. Her manicure lasts almost a month and she removes cuticles very well. I like the color selections.

I rarely write reviews but this was such a bad job and what made it worse was the manager arguing with me telling me that I am wrong. The audacity! Never again!

Wish I could leave a good review because Kevin and Lewis were amazing. But NEVER let Hugo do your nails. He did a sloppy job on my friends nails and kept telling her “we don’t have time for this”. I’m sorry but if we’re paying $50 for nails then we want them done properly. Not to mention he grabbed my friends arm and threw it aggressively onto the table to make sure “she didn’t mess them up” thank you Kevin for taking you time and fixing my friends nails. I won’t be coming back because of Hugo though. DO NOT LET HIM DO YOUR NAILS

Probably the best pedicure I have ever had. Lewis spent over 90 minutes perfecting his work to help smooth calluses and soothe tired feet. Very detail oriented in his work. Even though my appointment was the last of the day, I did not feel rushed, and Lewis didn’t watch the clock and he went above and beyond expectations. His sister who owns the shop was very friendly, and you could tell there were many repeat customers.

Great first time experience. Lots of laughs and a few jokes. Very happy and loved the hand massage at the end. May did a nice job. I’ll definitely do this again.

Awesome experience coming here! Please ask to get your nails done by Lewis, he is absolutely amazing and when I got my nails done for homecoming my nails were perfect. Very friendly people and they treat you well.

Dont bother making an appointment unless you are the VERY first of the day. They take everyone who comes in which delays every single appointment. They also dont call you when associates get sick and wont be available for your scheduled appointment, even when youre a long-standing loyal customer for years and have had the appointment booked for weeks. If you want a relaxing, spa-like experience this is NOT the place. The staff are very loud and even eat at their stations. Go elsewhere.

I dont get my nails done often but Im glad I chose here when I needed to! Wonderful service and very nice staff. Definitely going to come back!

Went there last week off a spontaneous decision to drop by after shopping at Trader Joes. Was able to get seated fairly quickly even though I was a walk-in!The pedicure I got was super relaxing, and you cant beat service with a smile. Would definitely come again in the future!

The Staff are sloppy with their finishing. I left with a no chip manicure that already had chips, it had to be re-done twice. My pedicurist gave me a leg massage that had zero care, and was so repetitive it became uncomfortable. Ive come home to damaged polish already. There was no conversation, pleasantries or communication from either technician toward me. Expensive, unclean, and waste of time. Ill not be returning.

Love this place!! Just got my nails done by cindy and she did an amazing job as usual!!

So I got a no chip and the paint itself was very nice but all of my cuticles were bleeding. The people were nice but if Mimi had paid more attention maybe 7/10 of my fingers wouldn’t be bleeding.

Croudy and unsanitary place. Name of Empress is not for them. Asian Farmer Nails would be fit better 😆
