The concierge (Rodrigo) and Nick were incredibly responsive and helpful prior to our visit.Our service providers were AMAZING as well. Tracy gives a top notch massage and really listens to your needs.PC was a pleasure to be with for our nail services. She is passionate about the good quality products the salon uses.I loved the experience so much that I am going to try to book the service for the day before my wedding.Thank you all for your amazing service!

Always love coming here, the location is great and the service is very good. Have been getting my hair and eyebrows done here for a year or two, plus getting it dyed a few times(Madison is amazing!). While it is on the expensive side the location and the great staff keeps me coming back!

The location has beautiful views of the Naperville skyline. The facility is clean and classy.They now have a barber named Maurice who does cuts and my personal favorite a hot shave.A good hot shave at a modest price is very hard to find, but youll find it here. Maurice uses superior products, is highly trained and clearly takes his shave seriously.This is a home run. Go treat yourself!

The single worst haircut experience Ive ever had. No exaggeration.The hairstylist working on my hair was not experienced or professional - my hair was chopped in sections and was so uneven I had to get another cut the next day to even it out. Seems like the salon allows even non-hairstylists cut hair so the person who cut my hair just really didnt know what they were doing. Not to mention the lack of professionalism - the haircut was maybe 10 minutes (no time or care was taken in the cut), but even that was too long. The person was making moves on my while trying to cut my hair. It was a violating, traumatic cut experience Id recommend avoiding if you can.

I went back and forth about writing this review but felt it necessary. While the staff was extremely nice and professional, I was very disappointed in my hair after the appointment. I had even gone back a second time to have the colorist fix it, but it honestly just looked the same after. It is not my intention to be rude or mean, but I am disappointed that I spent $200 on my hair for essentially a very little difference and not what I had asked for. I have attached the photo of what I was looking for and showed my stylist (balayage) and what was done to my hair (essentially only highlights by the front of my face).

I am Turkish, and Ive been in States for 1,5 years. I had very long hair and I was anxious to get a hair cut; however, it was my first time at Zano. Meredith was friendly and professional! I enjoyed a lovely pedicure in a very clean, well-distanced space at Zano. The staff is very friendly and great to chat with. I appreciate all the precautions they have in place due to COVID-19. I appreciated the fact that they were taking contactless payments and also either cash or Venmo for gratuity - very convenient!

I came in yesterday for a tinted balayage. I came in early and was very excited to get this done. I have never been to this place, however my sister has, and I drove 45 minutes to come here for the best quality service. I was very disappointed with the fact that my hair came out BLEACHED BLONDE and not even slightly what I wanted. My roots were uneven, and the back of my head had unfinished pieces. When I asked the manager, Allyson, if I could get it tinted a bit, she rudely told me that it would be an ADDITIONAL charge on top of the 130 I just paid. This place is trying to scam you and your money, never coming here again.

I’ve been going here to get my eyebrows done for the last year and they are great! They staff is very good at making sure it’s a comfortable environment and they offer water while you’re waiting. Everyone there has always been very kind to me and they have always been able to fit me in same day even on short notice! As for the actual waxing itself, it’s on the pricey side, but it’s worth it! It’s basically painless with the sensitive skin wax they have and it always turns out looking amazing! This place is definitely worth a try.

Leah is the BEST! She takes the time to listen to you and what you want, and she gives her professional advice. Exactly the perfect balance of what you want from a colorist! My hair turned out great! Can’t wait to come back!

I went to Zano Salon for a balayage and had an appointment with Myla. She was very kind and explained to me what she was going to do. Because of COVID, they do not blow dry hair, so when I got home, Myla messaged me asking how I liked my hair. I explained to her that I was hoping for it to be lighter, and she offered for me to get a touch up within the next few days. When I went in again, she asked me what I wanted and she made sure to get what I was hoping for. I loved my experience...will def be going back!:)

Zano salon gives a phenomenal experience!Being a guy I was not one to go to a salon to get a haircut, but after getting a gentleman’s haircut from Maurice I would go no where else! Maurice has a great attention to detail, is a great conversationalist, and all around delivers a great experience!

When it comes to massages, Tracy is top-notch! She is the only massage therapist I trust to give me a thorough but relaxing deep-tissue massage - as a working mom of two small boys, Ive been to many other places in a pinch, but I keep coming back to Tracy because shes by far the best around. She makes my limited self-care time worthwhile! The spa is quiet and calm, the table is always toasty and comfortable, and Tracys genuine personality and warmth makes her massages the perfect combo of relaxation and rejuvenation! I went in for my massage unable to turn my head all the way to the left, and the moment I got home I realized that crick in my neck was completely gone....she works wonders! Im always so sad when my massages are over because I know reality will set in too soon. I highly recommend booking a massage with Tracy - you will not be disappointed!

I absolutely love Zanos! Dominique is a true artist! She has been doing my hair for about 6 months now and I don’t trust anyone else with my hair. She is all about hair health and always keeps me informed on how my hair is doing. Being an African American woman it’s very hard to find someone who can deal with my thick curly hair and get it really straight. She does just that! I’m so happy with her and the salon as a whole.

Just went to Zano’s for the first time yesterday for highlights. Had Myla and she was great! Knew exactly what I wanted and made it look so natural. She is the only one that has colored my hair and will continue to be. Definitely recommend going to her.

Ive been getting my hair cut by Cassandra for what seems like forever, but in reality its been probably 15 years at least! Shes super sweet, easy to talk to, listens, and simply knows what works for my hair. I trust that when I go in to see her I will come out happy with a great cut. She knows my hair and I really value her opinion. Love her!

I worked with a colorist and a stylist.The colorist had half the time she needed for what I wanted so we discussed options for getting as close as possible in the time crunch. My choice was a little crazy and vibrant and she was as exited as me. The color ended up beautiful and exactly what I wanted. (Ombre + vibrant multiple colors)The stylist seemed to read my mind. I prefer to leave my hair cut to the stylist. The cut she chose is a fantastic length for me. My layers are exactly how I like them and she double checked with me about my bangs length which was one of the few things Im picky about.Overall, it looks amazing. They communicated with me. The salon was beautiful. And they can do both complicated and simple hair related things.

I beyond love this place. I get both my highlights and hair cuts here and I have yet to leave unhappy. My highlights are done perfectly by Ann and I just recently went there to get my haircut. I told her I was so unhappy with the style of my hair and had no idea what to do with it, just that I hated it. She easily came up with a new style, a new look, cut it and styled it and then later taught me how to style it so I’m happy with the cut! I’ve never walked out of a salon as happy as I did. I have always been happy with Zano in downtown naperville for hair cuts color and nails. Yesterday just sealed it!Lawrence is a miracle worker 🙏. He completely transformed my damaged hair (from a bad smoothing treatment at a different salon ) in one sitting. He explained what happened with my hair, suggested a treatment plan, was not at all pushy and explained every step of the way as he was working on my hair. My almost waist length Hair that I thought I would have to cut off is almost back to normal just with one treatment. Can’t wait to go back for my 8 week follow up with Lawrence

Amazing experience today at Zano with Myla. She had a good reviews from other customers, so I decided to book my appointment with her, couldn’t have made a better choice!!!I had blonde hair until Dec 2019 when I decided to do a quick touch up at home for my grays and my hair turned out super dark... so I had to wait a few weeks to color agaiin, and here I was todaY, with virtually no hope of being blonde any time soon! I figured it would take months to get anywhere close to being blonde again.... well, I was wrong!Myla was on point with the time of the appointment, she sat me down and we discussed what I wanted and expectations for today. She listened to everything I wanted and told me step by step what she was going to do.To say I am pleased with the results, it’s a major understatement!!!To say it simply, Myla has been one of the best I’ve ever had doing my hair. I see Lauren for my color and Kennedy for my cut. My hair is extremely fragile but I never worry when Lauren highlights my hair. They both make you feel like you are part of the Zano family. I always look forward to my appointments and I go a lot! I wouldnt trust anyone else with my hair.

Niki was super helpful when I had to reschedule my appointment last minute for later in the day. (traffic from the city was horrible!) This was my first time at this salon with Niki and it was everything I want in a salon experience - relaxing, fun, welcoming, chill. The salon is beautiful with many things that elevate the overall experience - citrus water, up-to-date magazines in plastic covers, great brands (that smell really great!) and everyone being friendly. Im a city girl, so it takes a LOT for me to drive to the burbs - I will be going to Niki and Zano salon exclusively. The salon and Niki are worth the drive (just not at rush hour)!

I will never return. I went to Zano the first time for a color, cut, and eyebrow wax after seeing a promo for 50% off new services. The colorist did a decent job and was really friendly but the balayage ended up just looking like a meaty platinum blonde dye job with a half inch of the roots grown out. I had shown her a picture of the warmer honey blonde I had wanted and it was absolutely nothing like that color when she finished. Then, the junior hair stylist that cut my hair was not friendly and butchered it past the point of no return. Then, when I went to check out, the woman told me that the promotional offer did not apply to all the services, only one. This would be understandable if the person I booked the appointment with hadn’t guaranteed me that it would apply to all services. The woman at the desk proceeded to “call a manager” whom she claims agreed with her it could only be used on one of the services. I paid and left very frustrated by the haircut and checkout process. A half hour later, I got a call from the woman at the front desk saying the promo actually should’ve been applied to all services “according to a manager” and I was refunded. While I appreciate them calling and processing the refund I should’ve gotten in the first place, the overall experience was tainted by the curt attitude of the hair cutter and the terrible cut as well as the failure to provide good customer service at checkout. With so many options in this area, I’m not daring to risk returning to this salon.

I have thick, textured hair that often stumps stylists, but they have never failed to amaze me with the haircuts they give. The whole staff is so personable and fun to be around. My whole family loves Zanos!

Zanos downtown Naperville is the first and only salon that has actually made me want to stick around and keep going back! From the moment you walk in, everything is so clean and professional. Starting with the great welcome desk, and waiting area. The music playing in the salon is on point, and every stylist and associate is welcoming. Youll never feel out of place or like you dont belong there. I get my hair cut and colored, and my eyebrows waxed at Zanos downtown Naperville location and I always look forward to my appointments!
