I am completely happy with my experience they are very friendly and know what they are doing. I went to another salon and was completely unsatisfied. I was turned off of doing my nails but once I went to cloud 9 I will definitely be returning. Amazing experience

I would not recommend for manicures! I was trying to get the chrome gel nails - it didnt work. I wish they just said that its not working, they are sorry, but choose something else. The effect looks ok, definitely not what I want/what they said itd be. The black is showing on the edges of my nails and does not look professional. I got gel and two days later TWO nails chipped. Gel has always lasted at least 2 weeks. They gave me $5 off - it shouldve been free. I didnt have time for them to redo it (only 1 person available even though I called for 3 of us).My sisters nails, regular gel - no effect, also chipped on day 5. They also told her one price when we walked in, but charged her more. We were so confused.

I came in for a haircut and dye by Christina Robinson and she did an wonderful job. I brought a few pictures with me, said i wanted a style in between and she delivered perfect results! She was able to understand exactly what i wanted and was looking for. The color is better than i ever could have imagined! Christina is amazing!

The owners do excellent work. They are always on time. It is a relaxing atmosphere getting a pedicure and/or nails done.

My daughter and I chose this place to get full sets of gel nails. My daughter set up our appointment and specifically asked for gel. They made an exception so we could come in on Sunday together. The girl that did our nails decided dip was better and stronger. In the middle of a pandemic this lady used the same powder that had clearly been used on other ladies! Now I have seen some pretty dip nails, these were horrible. They were flat and the shape was aweful. I asked for a very basic flame design and was told that it would be too expensive on every nail so she would only do it on one nail. I ended up going home and filing my nails and re-polishing them myself. My daughters nails were even worse, the color was terrible and hers broke within a couple of days. I though dip was stronger..ya..no... The worst part was how flat they were.. terrible! We have since been to another salon and had a wonderful experience.. we wont be going back or recommending anybody go to this place.

They did amazing. Everyone in there is extremely friendly. Great prices and they got me in with short notice. Would recommend. Better than any nail salon I’ve been to.

Not a good fill. The white of my French Nails was lumpy and uneven. A big store but not very clean.

I just recently moved here and have been trying to find a good salon for nails and I haven’t had luck until I went in today after a horrible experience (at a different salon) and John was amazing! He helped take off my old nails that were so heavy and thick and gave me beautiful thin perfect chrome nails for such a good price! He’s wife also did an amazing job on my nieces nails as well! Very nice salon they have everything at cloud 9 that you would need tanning, waxing, pedicures, lash extensions, hair, and it’s so cute and nice inside!

Wonderful salon. Ive been going here for almost two years and every experience has been absolutely fantastic. John and Brenda, the owners, are so kind and professional. This last time I went in John recommended me try the dip nails. I love this technique so much that its what I want from now on.

Brenda always does an amazing job with my nails, have known them for 3 and half years. Have tried different places but I always find myself going back to brenda.

AVOID this place!!! Zero stars. I feel extremely ripped off. $135 for hair trim and color and pedi with plain polish. The hair was mediocre at best. The quality of the pedi as far as appearance and shape of my nails is one of the worst I’ve ever had. A second grader could have done as well or better. Also the shelves with the products were all dusty and many areas of the salon were dirty.

It was a blast coming here! Great service and an amazing environment. Will definitely be coming back again considering I can have a conversation with them and still have a good time.

It is very rare for myself to go to a salon more than once. I can never find a place I feel comfortable in, but i will keep going back to this salon! I’ve gotten my nails done a few times as well as had my eyelashes extended, John is amazing and did both my lashes and nails, he’s amazing at what he does! Will always check up with how you want something done or give advice on what would be best. He has no problem with sparking a conversation making the appointment just fly by. Plus the salon is super beautiful and professional. I’ve had my hair done once here and it turned out so beautiful! They excel at everything they do here. And are reasonable priced compared to other places in area! Plus I always decide to do my nails last minute, I’ll send a message on their Facebook about availability and they have ALWAYS been able to squeeze me in last minute, same day! They rock here!

I moved from South Dakota in July and have been having issues finding a nail salon. I extensively search the work before I go in, I was impressed with the work on the pages I checked out for Cloud 9. I was told by four different people that I need to go see Brenda at Cloud 9. I finally made an appointment. I was VERY impressed with her work. She was fast, efficient, and very friendly. I will definitely be going back and I will highly suggest her to everyone. Thank you, Brenda!Updated review: super bummed to say my nails were lifting the next day, and they came off within a week. I am not rough with my nails at all, I’ve been getting my nails done for a very long time and never had them fall off that fast. The lady was wonderful but I’ll have to take my business elsewhere. I believe if I’m going to spend 50 bucks on nails they should at least last a couple weeks.

One of the best nail experiences I have ever had! Not only are my nails perfect, the owner, John, fixed a previous technicians mistakes. He also is incredibly smart and kind. We had a great conversation while he did my nails. This is now the only nail salon I will go to. I wanted my nails done after moving here 5 months ago and not having a set for a long time, John was a super nice guy who talked to me during the whole set I didn’t even realize how quickly it went by . I asked for a design (a flower and some dots) it came out even cuter then I expected . Definitely coming back again. 😁 also the prices are NOT bad compared to some shops that charge 5 dollars for one design or shape. I had multiple gel colors a design and almond shape for $50, that’s a good deal.

I went in hearing good things about this place very disappointed how they turned out nothing like what I asked for, my nail already broke first week, and they look to thick on the acrylic. Won’t return. The guy who did them was very nice though good customer service

Great place! Staff is really friendly, and definitely customer oriented. Prices are fair and reasonable. This is what you look for in quality service and this is how you keep customers returning. A perfect example of how a business should be run.

Rachel waxed my brows today and she did an excellent job. She was very personable, and her customer service skills were top notch. I had to wait a few minutes, and the gentleman who I believe is the owner chatted with me, very pleasant. I will be back and plan on having Rachel take care of my brows . . .Thank you!!

My daughters received a gel mani here for there birthdays. The ladys who took care if them were so sweet and did a great job of making them feel special. Color changing Gel Polish definitely helped 😂😂

Cloud 9 was able to accommodate me with a same day pedicure and haircut! My cosmetologist was Rachel and let me tell you, she is AMAZING. Not only is but she also fixed my haircut from another salon. Will be back.

Nice people but the salon was disorganized and cluttered. Funky polish, I had to pay my regular salon to fix. The operator blamed it on the hand soap and said I didnt get it all rinsed off but I didnt use any.

John does awesome nails! Never turns me down when I show up without an appointment! Everyone there is so friends & helpful. Mikey does great hair color & conditioning treatments! New tanning beds - actually show color, John never tries to push services either. He is very good at explaining what products work well. I go there for everything and am very satisfied! My nails were grown out and 3 were broken he had an open spot fixed my nails and provided excellent conversation and has a great personality. Price was perfect as well! Morgan provided excellent service while creating the perfect hair style for me! She listened to what I wanted and I am so happy with my new look! She is very professional and friendly. I will definitely be back!One Star Note: a side note that does not have anything to do with my hair. The establishment could really use a good cleaning. To be honest, if it had not been for Morgan being so great I would have left based on the condition of the facility. It has the potential for being a five star looking salon, but really needs to be cleaned.

The people are nice but I’m very disappointed with how my toe nails came out. I’m going on vacation and wanted something nice but now I look at my toe nails and want to cry. The gel is so thick it’s already peeling. I will not be returning.

Went into Have my hair colored and didnt turn out at all as I had shown in the photo of what I wanted done to it $130.00 When I said something they wanted to charge me even more to fix it. Not cool at all, they had me come back in charged me another $54.00 and they fixed it but I sure doesnt at all look like I showed her in the picture come to find out it was the girls first week there. I will never step foot in cloud 9 again. Ive always known that if your not happy they fix it for free.

Had my nails done for the first time and the Asian/Chinese lady was not talkative, when she was she was rude. Treated me as if I should know everything as if I went to beauty school. Good luck to this place. I will not return nor recommend.

Love love love this place! I have been to many nail salons but once I came to Cloud 9 I have not gone anywhere else! Give them one try and you will see what I mean. Always get right in quickly and out quickly with the most beautiful nails.

I chose to go to this salon after reading the great reviews of the services and how the owner tried to make poor experiences better. I had a full set done Saturday 7/16 and by the time I had a few minutes to gander at my nails they looked HORRIBLE. Polish flooded my cuticles along with the acrylic there where brush stroke lines on my nails.. I finally got the chance to call today and try to resolve the issue by either getting them fixed or getting my money back.. seeing as I paid 50.00 for a set of nails that I had to reshape and fix myself because it was just totally EMBARRASSING to have my friends want to look at my nails and see how bad they looked. John told me that he would fix the lifting and re polish my nails today 7/19 at 7 and that he would stay late and take care of the problem I had. I got there at 656 pm pulled up the lights where off. The open sign off. I got out of my car and tried to open the door and the door was locked..the salon doesnt close till 7. at this point I was already upset that I had to spend time and come back to the salon, when i have a family of 5 kids and a husband that i had to tend to after work. I tried calling while waiting outside twice. No answer. Got a voicemail. I would NOT recommend going to this salon.. high prices and very very poor work.

I had never gotten my nails done before and i always wanted to but never got around to trying it. For my birthday it was a gift for me to go and do this, imagine my excitement as i called around for a same day appointment and luckily called cloud 9 salon in nampa. I was nervous having never done it before but that all went away as soon as i walked in. The owner did my nails and they turned out beautifully! He pretty much chose everything from length,color,detail since i was a deer caught in headlights trying to choose. Id say a perfect everything for a first timer! Loved it and i am definitely going back!

My hair took three hours and it is ombre red to blonde. But it was sooo worth it because my hair looked so cool after i was done. I really recommend people to go here because the results are amazing. And on top of that the staff were so kind.

They were able to get me in same day and was very pleasant. Brenda did exactly what I wanted and the pedicure was so relaxing. Thank you, I will be back!

I made an appointment online a day ahead of time, for 10:30am. when I got there they said they were running a little behind (which is totally fine) so I waited about 10 mins and then they started taking my gel polish off and said I would let them soak for about 10 mins and they would get started. Fast forward to an hour later and no one has touched my nails. I had to leave. Not only did they not get done, they were worse than when I left because they had only partially taken them off.

Finally found a great place to get my nails done. They always do a great job and Im very happy. Their appointment book fills up fast so book a few days ahead.

I have been coming to Cloud 9 for a few months for acrylic nails, and have never been disappointed. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. John always does a great job with my nails, they have consistently been the right shape and length. I wont get them done by anyone else!

I just took my daughter in to get a pedicure with me and was really dissatisfied with the quality of service. The staff was indeed friendly but did not do a quality job. My daughter was left with polish all over her toes. I was never asked if I wanted my nails cut nor were they filed. My cuticles were not cut at all and my polish looks awful ( I too was left with some on my skin). My daughter was asked if she wanted the salt scrub, I was not. So my total was 50$, which in my opinion was way overpriced. Usually a pedicure can take up to an hour. I think we were done in about 30mins even after drying.

I get my hair cut here exclusively. It is what I like and done well. I recommend this place!

Took myself and my daughter to this place to get our nails filled. Sure, they were friendly enough, but Ive never seen a more sloppy job done on anyones nails!! It looked like a kindergartner painted my nails and within 3 days of having them filled, two of mine came completely off, and my daughters were lifting! Weve both taken our nails totally off now and its only been 5 days since having them filled!! Biggest waste of $40 Ive ever spent! Will never go back!!

I got my Haircut and Eyebrow wax by Anali! She did an amazing job, I will not go anywhere else, everyone there is friendly and made me feel so welcomed! I am so glad I finally found a place I feel comfortable at! I got so many compliments on my hair she did exactly what I asked for! So professional!

He says he can do the designs Ive asked for and never can after 2 attempts to give him a chance I wont be foing back.However the ladies who do hair are amazing!! And I will be going back to see them in the furture!!

John and Brenda (owners) are the best. They will try to accommodate my crazy schedule every time. Brenda usually does my nails and pedicures. She is excellent and very talented. Heather is the best stylist around. I would never go anywhere else and have taken several friends and relatives there for pedis and manis.

I have been going to this salon for years! I love the service and the friendship that I have created with Jon and Brenda(owners)! They have a fantastic and fun atmosphere! They strive to provide excellent service and will fix/correct any problems that you have! I have never had a bad experience at this salon, and on the chance that I did some damage or a chip in my nails, Jon or Brenda have been amazing at fitting me in to fix them! I even love bringing my young daughter in with me to have her nails done! So they are Fabulous with kids manis and pedis!! No matter what your salon needs are, be it your nails, toes, hair, wax or tan, I HIGHLY recommend going to Cloud 9!!
