My first visit wasnt great. However i just got done with a different tech and i love my nails!

I dont know the guys name who did my nails but he was amazing super kind and did such a great job. The place was clean and sanitized everyone was friendly.

I was able to get in for a last-minute appointment, same day, for a fill. She mot only did a fantastic job, she was friendly and engaging as well! My nails look great and I will totally be going back.

I have been seeing Kieu at Amore nails for the last few months. I have small fingers and short nails. They are not easy to work with, but Kieu has been doing a terrific job.

Was worried about going here because of the bad reviews but they fit me right in, the girl who did them was super nice and social. They turned out great. Anne did them and I’m picky and would go back to her anytime.

First couple times were good, but not this time.

If you don’t make it to the end, I need to stress that you should not go here. I’ll start off with asking… was this guy even trained to do pedicures??!! I had gel on my toes that needed to be taken off and I requested that he soaked them off instead of filing them off. After my feet had been soaking for over 25 minutes (which shouldnt be done until after my gels are put on to prevent fungus growing on my nail), he finally moseyed on over to my station. He took the cuticle clippers and began to PEEL THE GEL OFF OF MY TOES. This resulted in part of my toenail being torn off, which he kindly super glued back on. Why did I stay after this incident, I dont know. Partly because I needed my toes done and also, maybe he’s good and is just having a bad day?? As we continued he filed all of the gels off of my right foot and trimmed my toe nails. He cut them way to short, all the way down to the eponychium, and now my feet really hurt when i walk. By now my cuticles should definitely be soft enough to push back, but yet he still globbed on enough cuticle softener to push back all the skin of my foot to the back of my heel. Then shoved my foot back into the water. Again. Once he got to my left foot he decided to FINALLY soak my gels off. Instead of the usual time it would take, it seemed that he thought it would take 30 seconds like a polish. He tried rubbing it off; it’s a gel, thats not going to work. duh. When he started to file my soft toe nails and burning the nail bed thats when I finally stopped him. This is very long winded I know, but I need to stress that no one should ever go here. Im a trained cosmetologist and these people should of had the same training as I did. Through this whole experience I was treated like a nuisance and he seemed upset the whole time. I got my money back and explained to the manager the events that took place. I asked if the other girl sitting next to me would do my toes and finish my pedicure the next day, and he said that they wouldnt provide “free services”. As a person who runs a business, I would like to consider this as making things right. I left a picture of how they let me leave their salon. Horrible horrible horrible!!

Called ahead and scheduled an appointment for roughly twenty minutes later. By the time I arrived (15 minutes after calling, 5 minutes before my appointment) they told me that I had no appointment and would have to wait 3 hours for the next slot. When I asked to speak to the technician who scheduled me (to figure out why my appointment wasnt honored) I was told no. Will not be going back.

Disappointed with my pedicure. I’m from out of town and popped in for a pedi before a family reunion. Half of my cuticles are flooded with polish and it’s smeared on my skin and the other half of my nails are not fully covered in polish.

Every time I visit, it’s a great experience! They are fast, and do a beautiful job! Make sure you make an appointment, they are typically pretty busy! I highly recommend

I absolutely love getting my nails done there. They do an amazing job and are super friendly. They are clean, gentle, reasonably priced, and more than willing to try things to see if you like it (example : was unsure I would like a design/color choice so Annie suggested that she do one nail to see if I would like it on all of them.) Again amazing people.

I seriously love this place. Ive gotten my nails done by MANY nail salons and they are my top choice. I asked my lady for something shes never seen before, then looked at it for literally 5 seconds and then did it better than i wanted. I would definatly suggest this poms. And plus they are super sweet and super soft.

I’ve rarely found a nail salon I enjoyed going to, and liked my nails. Annie is so kind, she makes you feel comfortable and does good quality nails!! I will definitely be back!

Didn’t get his name but the guy who did my nails was super friendly, did an amazing job and asked me multiple times if there was anything that I noticed that needed to be fixed that he may have missed to make sure I loved them! Definitely recommend them! Will for sure be going back

I appreciate how clean the place is but whenever i make an appointment to get my nails done here I always have to wait 30+ minutes after my appointment time to even sit in a chair and after I’m in the chair they let me sit for another 15 minutes. They’re really nice people but that only goes so far when that situation happens to you over and over again. I most likely won’t be going back again.

Waste of $40

They get you in quickly... But the work is sub par and they are really impersonal. All you are is another pair of hands. Prices are reasonable.

Usually Im very happy with my nails. They fit me in with short notice and do what i ask for. Last time i went in, an older man did my nails. I showed him a simple picture of what i wanted. Halfway through i noticed he wasnt doing it like i asked, so i reminded him politely. He said he was doing it. Then continued to do it incorrectly. He stood up and was irritated and rude as if I had done something wrong. Another nail tech had to finish them.

Easy to get in. Nice atmosphere. Nice nail techs. Its not fancy but theyre fast.

Worst manicure of my whole life. I wanted my cuticles taken care of and she didnt even touch them. Wasted my money here. Bubbles allllll over the gel polish and its all over my fingers. Looks like my kid did them. Im frustrated and unfortunately too shy to stand up for myself in person... Asked for black, got navy blue. The gel is see through in lots of places. Had to go home and slap glitter Polish on top to make it look better and clip my nails. I hope i can figure out how to add pictures here. Im so disappointed.

They treat me the way I should be treated. With consideration, pampering and respect for my feet! Im always happy to return and get pampered. The Vietnamese man--V I think-- is the best.

Went in and came out with nails that are uneven, lumpy, different shapes. The girl talked way too much to the other patrons in the salon. She made my nails at least a quarter inch from the cuticle and it looks like Ive had them for over a month. I asked for a cute design as an accent nail and all she did was paint it a different color. Never going back there. I miss Linh. She always did Such a great job.

I went in as a walk in, They squeezed me in, Even with appointments, The girl that did my nails was Neana, Super sweet, Talkative & Asked me questions throughout the entire process, Everyone in the salon was nice & They have a ton of colors to chose from!! I was very happy with my outcome.

Felt rushed, lady was rude, they knew they had 2 5:30 appointments the one lady didnt seem like she wanted to do it was hiding out in the bathroom, doing everything else under the sun. Lady was on 10 aggressive. I showed her what I wanted and she tired to get me to change my mind? I will never go back there. Too much disrespect.

First time going there and will not go back. I made an appointment, but still waited another 30 minutes before I was even seen. The lady I had wasn’t very professional. Her language was very obscene for “professional” nail salon. I went in for a regular gel polish. There are bubbles in the polish and she left a big lump of polish on one of my nails I ended up just filing down myself . It is very uneven. Some parts are thicker than others. She clipped my nails shorter than I normally have them. After the appointment she said my gel polish was going to chip cause my nails were short. That was the first time I’ve heard of gel polish chipping. 2 1/2 days later they started chipping and have started to crack. My fiancé called and told them what was going on and she still continued to blame me for having my nails too “short”.

They got us right in, stuck to their schedule and did a great job!

Went there for the first time on my birthday. The salon is nice, clean and pleasant. The people working there seemed nice and the lady that worked on my nails did a good job. Language barrier was a problem however. I have both of my toes ingrown and I asked her twice to not cut my nails on those two toes because it will hurt now and after. She said yes, yes and then chop she cut my nails off pretty deep. Im left now with lots of pain in both toes as the nails grow back. The nails looked nice the day of, but the very next day my polish peeled off from 4 fingernails and two toenails. I wasnt even using my hands much, didnt wash dishes, didnt clean that day. It was my birthday afterall. But the polish didnt even last 24 hrs. Very disappointing. I dont think Ill be back.

Best place to get pampered. My mom and I go there once a month for pedicures and are very pleased with them.

I had my appointment at 3 pm and another lady came in and had her same appointment at 3 but I was the one who was there first and they pass the other lady and Im not happy at all. I wont come here any more. They made me wait for 35 minutes when I had my appointment at 3pm what the whole point of making appointments.

Do NOT EVER have Ronnie do your nails! Shes been doing nails for 17 years- well apparently not very well. Extremely rude- I went in for pink and whites, squared- she gave me clear and white jagged coffin shaped nails with no smile line- white was flat across- Ive had them on for five days and two have popped off. Worst nail tech Ive ever been to.

I got a gel pedi here before I went to Florida on vacation. It looked great at first but in less than a week, the polish faded to nothing so i had to buy polish and redo. The pedi felt great, but honestly, a waste of $60.

I walked in for a pedicure for the first time at this location, the staff was very unprofessional. They rudely stated they didnt have time. Didnt bother telling me when a better time to come back was or anything. I will be taking my business elsewhere!
