Vanessas work is phenomenal, she is creative, kind, and caring. By far the absolute BEST experience I have EVER had getting my nails or hair done. Shes the reason I come to this salon and will be there reason I continue to come to this salon. I literally drive 2 hours just to see Vanessa and its more than worth it.

Understand with covid hours are hard. But if your going to only have business with appointments and you can only call to get appointments. Then you would think you might want to answer the phoneUpdate.Matter of fact no one reached out to me. I have called a week in a row left messages as well as called at different times. I also run a business I understand its hard right now. But dont lie trying to make yourself look better.

Brenda is Great! I have been going to her for about 3 years now. I have difficult short hair and she does an excellent job so patient and she is super sweet too.!!!

The people were friendly on the phone but I couldnt get anyone to call me back to make an appointment to get my nails done. I tried for two days, calling several times. I was told that my number was taken down and put on a door and if I hadnt heard anything that there was another girl that could do my nails. So I waited and waited finally I called again. I couldnt get anyone on the phone this time. So I finally ended up going somewhere else.

I do appreciate her working on a Saturday but Cynthia was almost 30 minutes late for the scheduled appointment. It took almost 8 hours to complete our hair. The environment was not professional. I was even charged $25 more than quoted and was not given an option to skip a 15% tip. I stated I didnt want a cut then agreed to a 1/4 trim on my tips only but my hair was cut 2 uneven and step layered another 2. I survived borderline stage 4 cancer and worked so hard to get my hair back just to have it chopped off.Not to mention my daughters hair was not even close to what we asked for. She was even kicked off her cheer team because she had orange hair. Most professionals would have discussed what could happen when you go from a dark brown to blonde or even do a test strand of hair. Now I have to pay for my daughter and myself to get our hair FIXED somewhere else because I will not be returning.

Wonderful and fun loving environment everyone is down to earth and friendly. Everyone in the shop is self employed so each individual person does their own pricing and hours. I guarantee you can find someone here that will match your schedule and budget!

Best day ever! Vanessa took great care of my sister and I for her wedding day. We got mani and pedis then did the brides hair and make up. She made it so easy and she even helped apply makeup last minute using some of her own product just to make sure everything was perfect. My sis looked so amazing I will update with a pic when the wedding photos come back thanx for a great day ladies!

I got my nails done yesterday and I have never been so satisfied! Everyone was friendly and there was no drama! I was extra happy because there was no language barrier! The girls here are awesome and I will never go anywhere else ;]

At first the experience was great, had Cynthia and she took care of my daughters nails and did a great job, so we scheduled to get my daughters hair done Cynthia stated that with the bleaching, coloring and styling it will be about 3 hours and the appointment was made at 10am. Day of the appointment I dropped her off just before 10am and I told my daughter to call me 1/2 hour before she finishes up so I can pick her up. At 12:30 my daughter text me saying she had 30 min. left, so Im on my way. At 1240 she said she was done that Cynthia had another appointment walk in so that she couldnt finish styling but that she was going to giver her a free manicure at a later time. When I got to Eccentrix she by my request had taken 10.00 off the 75.00 Bill and a free manicure, however my daughters hair was still dripping wet, dye on her shirt. I was upset but figured wed give another chance. Today she had an appointment at 1pm, I was there when the time was agreed upon and reaffirmed, however my daughter gets dropped off only to have Cynthia missing, coworkers said she left that we missed our appointment. Cynthia was called and was extremely rude stating she doesnt chase down freebies. This place went from top notch to slum in a matter of days and we will never return and will make sure we tell our friends of this experience as well.

Left my number with the receptionist and no one ever called . When I got ahold of them again the lady was super rude . I understand under circumstances you are busy but I could have called 10 other shops instead of counting on your terrible service . Never been . Never will go . If you can’t return a call don’t take a message . I also offered to call back and was told “no,no I’ll have someone call you “

Well Ive been calling around hair salons here in idaho,,I just moved here about 3 mths ago, I want to get my hair dyed but I want to buy the dye myself and have a hairstylist use my dye. I like the dye I use and know the color. Nobody I have called will do that or allow outside product in ..Ive been going out of my mind trying to find someone who will do it. And idaho hairstylist charge a lot of money to dye hair, it ridiculous. I saw eccentrics and decided why not call and ask one last time. Im so happy they said they can do that for me. I rated it based on only calling in I have not got my hair dyed yet, but I know Ill be going to eccentrics. And after its done Ill come back and re-rate it.

Awesome, great service, fair price

I got my hair dyed black here by Amber.I was quoted a price on the phone of 50 dollars.After telling her it was long she said 65.Fair enough.But after her opening the tubes of color and starting the process, in the end it was almost 100 and its less than 2 weeks later and my hair is faded badly.
