Next, we were pampered with relaxing massages by Adri and Adrianna then our faces received a lift of rejuvenation by Catherine (excellent with derma-planing and LED treatment) and Isabella. All services were in a quiet, spa inspired atmosphere!! We will definitely be visiting again!!

I am a medical Esthetician and decided to treat myself with a facial and back facial at Bella Mer. I’m super picky because I know the protocols but I was pleased as punch at Bella Mer. First, the space is clean, relaxing and the linens and table were very cozy and comfy. It’s reasonably priced. They use great products. My treatment was with Bella and she was absolutely perfect! She did a great skin analysis and made sure to pick products specific for my skin needs. Her technique was relaxing and efficient. I truly enjoyed my treatments and rebooked a full day spa package. I definitely recommend them.

This business banned my elderly mother from their nail salon because they were talking to the nail technician about the Bible and what the Bible says is true about sin. It was not meant as “Hate Speech” as the owner called it in her text to my mother to let her know she was no longer welcome there.( “Hi Deborah, this is Samantha at Bella Mer. Im not going to be able to rebook you going forward and request you find another nail salon for your services. The last time you were in one of our clients overheard conversation between you, the gentleman with you, and one of my nail techs that was highly offensive and hurtful to her. It included hate speech about the LGBTQ+ community and that client threatened to write a poor review of us for it. I had to reprimand my nail tech and threaten to remove her lease here. This is an unfortunate situation and one that I cannot allow to happen again. Im sorry for the disappointing news. Please take care.” )I understand that these are sensitive topics to most individuals, but my mother is not a hateful person at all. She is a devote Christian and believes the Bible and what it says is true. My mother even reached out to the owner Samantha and offered to apologize to the person she offended, but Samantha wouldn’t even return her messages. I have no respect for this business owner and her causing my loving elderly mother to cry in my house, because she has never been banned from anywhere in her life. She loves people and just talks about the Bible to anyone that will listen. Last time I checked we do still live in America where we have freedom of Religion and Freedom of Speech to voice our opinions also. Maybe you should understand the definition of hate speech “abusive or threatening speech or writing that expresses prejudice against a particular group, especially on the basis of race, religion, or sexual orientation.” None of that was done by my mother in any way.

My first appointment I had massage and it was great, but my last visit wasnt. I had dermaplane and eyelash tint done. Girl who did it must have been new because after I got home and look at my face closely it had spots with peach fuss still, not even, and patchy. My eyelash tint wasnt great either, tint was all over my eyelid and some color got into my eyes, unpleasant visit. I will most likely will not be going back.... too bad, I loved the atmosphere.
