It’s a nice gym. The equipment is like new. But if you are joining in order to do the 30 minute express program (which I did) you won’t like it.There is a sign that says the equipment is only for pf express 30 and that it is monitored regularly by staff.This is false. It isn’t monitored. And it used constantly by people not doing pf30.You have people doing multiple sets and holding machines for 10-15 minutes. Others sitting on machines between sets on their phone. Jumping from machine to machine.People doing pf30 have to bounce around to different machines as they open up. You have to skip the step exercises to grab certain machines as soon as they are available.It’s frustrating.Every machine in there has multiple machines of the same function out on the main floor. There is no need for people to use these pf30 machines.My recommendation is that if you want to do a 30 minute circuit, go somewhere else.

This is by far the best location Ive been to. The staff are amazing,the gym is huge and immaculately clean. Ive been a member for three years and in multiple states, this is definitely the best Planet Fitness youll find ! The members here are incredibly friendly as well.

Brand new....nice, clean and spacious. My second day visiting....Staff could use some customer service training and at least say Hi to members coming in or, have a nice day when leaving. Staff just look at you and NONE of them say a word to the members. Maybe on my third day theyll say something nice or welcoming???

Its a very clean and highly energetic with good positive and motivating people around you... I love the no critics rule its so perfect 😍

I didnt realize how much of a difference there could be, between locations. I just thought they were all the same. But we tried out almost all the ones around our county, and this is the best one. Best locker room, best showers and change rooms, and its the newest-looking, cleanest one Ive seen. Great place. 👍

It’s a great gym that has most machines, but I hate that there is a ridiculous amount of cardio equipment. This franchise focuses mainly on cardio machines. They also only have smith machines for weightlifting.

I’m a customer of the gym and I really like the atmosphere. The equipments are in good conditions and always clean. The staff are very kind and friendly. I recommend the service provided by Josh, who goes out of his way to resolve what I request. I recommend the gym for everyone who wants a respectful and well-organized environment.

In town on vacation and got to use my black card. Brought my wife and went to this awesome PF, one of the best Ive ever been to. Its in a beautiful location right across the street from the beach, had a great time.

This is the perfect gym for me only 1 mile from my house and convenient to the grocery store or dollar store. My favorite is the 30 minute workout area.

Incredible place with no Gymtimidation- Tons of Satellite Beach kindness, smiles and a willingness to show you around! Great cardio machines and plenty of them with no wait! The massage chairs and hydro massage beds are the perfect Cherry on top!! Brett, Josh, Chris and Christian are helpful, happy and very informative. Cant Wait to the Total Body Enhancement MACHINE-it claims to Boost....well, EVERYTHING! Regardless of its abilities, Ill be back to rock the machines, evebtually the weights and enjoy a massage or two!!

I was in the middle of a workout in the PFX area. Like actually working out, not just playing on my phone.A Planet Fitness trainer walked into the PFX area with a huge gang of people and kicked me out. Didnt ask. Commanded me to leave. Mid set. WHILE I was exercising.I improvised and moved to a different part of the gym to finish my curcuit. When I came back to the PFX area to put away my mat, they WERENT EVEN USING the pull up bar I was using!So much for no intimidation. Im extremely disappointed with this gym.

This is my favorite Planet Fitness and gym. The staff are always very polite and helpful. Sonja is incredibly personable and does an amazing job with her hiring.Youll love it here.

1. They rip you off with changing contract terms2. Duplicate Charging happened to me twice, I LEFT after being ripped off a 2nd time3. The require people to wear a mask in the gym. If u like working out with a cloth over your face this is the place for you.

Friendly, helpful staff. They keep a close watch to make sure things stay clean. Even the people who work out here (for the most part) are conscientious about wiping equipment down after use.Equipment is in good condition, showers are clean, as are bathrooms and lockers. Overall, a great place, and I am happy to go there to sweat off some weight.

At planet fitness in satellite Beach, only the employees wear mask during the COVID-19 epidemic. The members are not required to wear mask. Therefore I called to cancel my membership of two years.In order to cancel my membership, I have to go to the gym and put my health at risk or mail them a detailed letter explaining why I want to cancel for a supervisor to review.Obviously, this club is more interested in the $10 a month they then they are in safety and health requirements.Beware. Be careful if you sign a contract with this gym.

The gym is very nice however it’s nearly impossible to cancel your membership. My husband cancelled his membership months ago and is still being charged. We have called several times and the manager, Sonia will not call us back or take our phone call...we are told she is too busy.

This is the best facility Ive been to and Ive been a PF member for years! Always clean, the machines are in perfect working order and the staff is nothing short of AWESOME! I live 8 minutes from a PF location and this one is worth the 20 minute drive!!

I have been a member of various gyms beachside since the 90s. I never considered a franchise company so I was hesitant at first...but when I went in, the equipment was new, it all functioned (unlike some other places locally...) and they are constantly cleaning and wiping down the equipment, even more so since Covid...The staff is amazing, friendly and always smiling and helpful...Cant recommend any ways to improve it--its awesome...and the hydromassage chair...awesome...Two thumbs up to the Sat Bch PF !!

Brand new facility with nice equipment and a great setup. Perfect for both weightlifting and cardio. Best of all, the employees are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Its a newer location so they have nice equipment to work out on as well as the massage chairs and so forth. They seem to have enough cardio machines so you wont be waiting around on their busiest days.

Very clean facility with excellent equipment, for a total body workout experience. The staff are very friendly, customer service oriented, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend this establishment.

As a former Marine fitness instructor, I am completely impressed with the amount of variable equipment they have. Everything is new organized and friendly staff. And at ten bucks a month oh, its a no-brainer to join

Great 4th of July workout!!!

Gym is new and clean, staff is friendly but the setup of the equipment is awkward, the cardio machines are facing the weights and you are forced to look at everyone working out. I wish they would change the set up like the other PF in the area.

I used this facility while vacationing in Florida. The staff was awesome!, but the gym is a tad in the small side, with outdated cardio equipment.It gets the job done, but the gym needs to invest in some new gear.

Second time in the past month this place hasnt opened on time. Its 10 past 7am and there still not open. Get your staff together or get new employees. If this happens again I just go down the street to another gym.Additionally: 7:30 still not open!
