Kellie was amazing. I have thicker hair and a little bit curly and she did an amazing job adding some layers and gave shaping pieces. I will be coming back when they grow out.

I had a facial by Kim and it was absolutely AMAZING. She was very thorough and catered to the needs of my skin. She took extra time afterwards to educate me on the things I could do and products to use that would help my skin. I will definitely be going back.

This is a very nice salon. I am from out of town and chose it because of great pictures of their mani/pedi work on yelp. Yesenia was extremely professional and the results are terrific. My old feet are transformed!

Kimberly does my wifes nails all the time. My wife travels from Boise to Nampa just to see Kimberly and wont go anywhere else. My wife deserves to be pampered and her nails are her guilty pleasure. I am delighted every time my wife comes home because she has such beautiful nails. In my opnion, Kimberly is the best around. My wife has had her nails done for many years and suffered through many people who couldnt figure out why she was in pain with swollen cuticles and finger tips until she found Kimberly! Very nice salon! I went to Adriana for a haircut and really enjoyed the service here. She was friendly and polite, so I will definitely be going back. Love that they are full service, and all the ladies were great.

I had my nails done here exactly 3 days ago on the 16th of October. The gal who did my nails was very nice, but the nails themselves are horrible. The acrylic is chunky and uneven, the polish is sloppy, and the foil decals that she did started to wrinkle and peel the same day I got them done. This was after it took her several attempts to even get them on my nails correctly. I had ask her to redo one that hadn’t adhered right because she was going to leave it as it was and had put the top coat over it already. As a professional, she should have fixed it automatically instead of my having to ask her to. Maybe it was an off day for her or maybe it was because I was lax on the other mistakes and therefore set the tone that it was ok, but I definitely don’t recommend getting your nails done here unfortunately.

Adriana did a great job on my hair cut. She took the time to understand the look I wanted and we even pulled our Pinterest on our phones to compare ideas. We had to work around the masks but it was all good. Thanks!

My daughter paid $140 for a hair color. Alyssa Arnold did not know what she was doing. Color came out gross. Alyssa agreed to re-do it. Color was messed up again. Alyssa agreed to give money back. Now she is not answering calls and will not give refund. This looks bad against her and Signature Salon. Will take to court both of them if I dont hear back and get reimbursement.

I have been getting my nails done by Kimberly. I followed her to this Salon from another place and they are lucky to have her. She just fits better here. I always leave happy and can’t wait for my next fill. She does other services as well. You should check her out. She is my girl! I love the work she does.

Savannah did a good job on my haircut but the experience wasn’t great. A quick wash like what you would get at great clips. Not worth $30. I’ve gotten a haircut downtown Boise for a much better experience for that amount. (This was a short short haircut quick to blow dry) no curling or anything fancy. I really wanted to find a salon closer to home but rather drive the extra miles for an amazing experience.

Nice clientele, the people who go to this salon are normal folk. And the beuty techs are professional and kind people in their own rite. They dont ignore you once it is clear your appointment is with another tech. The facility is ADA accessible.

I have been a customer of Signature salon from when it opened and a client of Kori nne prior to that. I had considered finding a closer salon but they are very accommodating of schedules. Ive had to reschedule for various reasons and it works out. My daughter gets her hair done there and now my 2 yr. Old grand daughter. Ive never had a problem with my cut/style...we review what we are doing every visit. I recommend them to friends and family especially with their expanded services. Great place and reasonably priced.

Kim is my favorite. She is a jack of all trades. I have her do my nails, pedicures, brows, facials and hair conditioning treatment! She has also become a great friend of mine.

I enjoy the clean, professional environment at Signature Salon. They are always friendly, helpful and offer you flavored water while you are there. They have a variety of spa services. I have enjoyed getting a pedicure and getting my hair done. Korinne does a great job with color and listens to what you want. It is a relaxing positive experience.

Sad to say but my experience today was not a good one. I made an appointment weeks in advance for 2 pedicures, I took time off of work for it. I arrived early to my appointment, let them know I was there and the worker didnt go back to let the tech know I had arrived for quite awhile and once she had, she informed me that my tech was still finishing another appointment ( keep in mind at this point it was past my appointment time) I own my own salon & know what good customer service is, I would never keep a client waiting PAST there appointment time. I saddly had to leave cause I couldnt wait any longer, having to be somewhere else.

I had my eyebrows done by Robin, and I loved them! I had previous experienced a bad waxing so I was hesitant. Robin was soft, had relaxing environment and didn’t pull my skin off 😉 I will definitely go back!

I have used several of Signature Salons services - shampoo cut and style, pedicure, and dermaplane with a papaya enzyme mask. Ive found their services to be excellent and the staff to be knowledgeable and professional. I walk out feeling refreshed and like a new woman.

I had a dermaplane and brow waxing done with Robin. First of all, she has a beautiful, quiet room so you feel you are escaping everything. This makes your experience feel luxurious! Robin is a truly caring aesthetician: she is concerned about your comfort (the hot towels are amazing!) and her gentle calming personality (mixed with an awesome sense of humor) make you instantly feel at ease....and her detail and expertise in this field are obvious. My face felt smooth, looked good, and I was impressed with the results! You will be glad you chose Robin for all things aesthetic. She also does reflexology and I plan to try this next.

Korinne is great! She does a great job on my hair and always goes out of her way for me. I appreciate the appointment reminders. Everyone at signature salon is friendly and professional. They offer a lot of types of services including skin care, massage, nails and hair. Very reliable staff with a lot of experience! Great prodicts available as well.

Terrible service. I stood at the counter completely unnoticed. I finally asked for someone to check me in and was told that my appointment was for two days later even though I had told the person several times that I would see them today at 4 when I made the appointment. If you cant do a simple job like write down an appointment correctly,why would I trust you with a massage or hairdo? I will never be back.

I love this place! The people are fun & friendly. Cindy is always warm & welcoming. I am a client of Robins in the Spa. I cant say enough good things about Robin. She is so knowlegable & caring. I have had dermaplaning done 2 or 3 times. It is amazing. I love how healthy & smooth my face feels. Robin uses some really good fruit enzymes afterwards & my face just glows. I have also had the brow microblading done & I love love love it! I have very light brows & as Ive aged my brows have gotten thin, so having this done has made a huge difference. I rarely wear makeup anymore. I feel confident enough to go without it now. Also, I have Robin do lash extensions for me. No more MASCARA! Wash my face & go. It is so nice. Im hooked. My hubby loves my lashes too. They make such a huge difference from my blonde lashes.

The first visit was a good experience with a cut and color, but two months later I scheduled an appointment for a bang trim and went in telling the owner I was there for my appointment and immediately felt as if she was irritated and acted as if she was really putting herself out for my benefit. It wasnt the best trim and felt rushed to push me out as fast as possible. I will be finding a new stylist for the future and suggest you go somewhere else.

Not A Happy Camper. I went to this seemingly beautiful, professional looking salon for the first time and was assured by the staff member that the gal they were booking me with was familiar with cutting wavy hair. I brought a photo with me of the style I wanted and Adriana (20yrs) exp. described what she saw in the style and said no problem. Although a very pleasant gal, she was unable to complete the task. When she was finished, my hair was cut 4 inches too short leaving me with bangs once my hair dried instead of wispy lengths that should have touched my mouth when finished styling it, not when pulled tight when wet for the cut. I grew my hair out for 5 months in order to get the style in the photo. They now sit right at my eye. She also did not do a recheck of my hair, which I had to point out that 2 inch strands dangling beyond the finished style, in front, were still needing to be cut. All I pretty much could say, well I certainly dont want it any shorter than it is. Damage Done! I contacted Corrine, the owner and described my scenario and expressed my disappointment, and all she did was offer up excuses in terms of client, stylist communication as though I had somehow miscommunicated to the stylist what I wanted. A photo is provided to avoid just that or any misinterpretation of what the client wants, there can be no excuse imo when it comes to utilizing photos, as in the case of a stylists book left in the waiting room for women to select a style they would like. I told her to cut it just like the photo. Otherwise, what is the point of bringing a photo? Disappointingly, that is not what I got and the owner offered nothing in order to regain my confidence, she didnt even offer to try and fix the hair, but what could she do, cut it shorter? Unfortunately, I will have to regrow my hair and try again. It was more about her indifference to how I was feeling as I tried to search for any type of empathy from her. My CC company refunded the money to me as a courtesy and at their expense, in lieu of my first time charge-back dispute in wishing to help resolve it as painlessly as possible and for being a long time client who does not ever do charge backs. I accepted and the salon sadly gets to keep the unearned spoils of this botched job.... My haircut may have been free, but they lose on the customer side with poor service and care of my concerns. My only advice is, if someone is looking for hairdos for special occasions, a simple trim or any old haircut will do, then this salon will probably work. If you are wanting something classy and different, then I believe the level of education is lacking to accommodate a client with these types of requests. Experience in years and congenial smiles mean nothing if they cant even look at a photo, determine the texture of the clients hair, and then get the cut specific to that. Wont be returning or recommending, and dont be dazzled by the modern design of this salon because it means nothing if experience and a desire to make a customer happy when they leave, is not part of the total package.UPDATE: 9/17/2012 In response to the owner. Although you basically recapped what I stated in my initial review, please note that I went to Danae Valle of the former Studio D, Now Studio V3 of Meridian, back in July since I had to allow my hair to regrow, and showed her the exact same picture and the cut was perfect. She is a Master Stylist and it shows. Continued education is paramount to keeping up with creative styles. I conveyed nothing to her except showed her the photo so as far as communication, the photo conveys accuracy.... Result was a beautiful cut exactly like it showed in the photo....Styling afterward is another story. Bottom line your stylist over cut my hair leaving nothing for correction and you refused to make it right.
