Went here to try something new. It’s very close to my home and really clean. I went to get a pedicure for a rehearsal dinner that evening. The polish was running out so she added acetone to it. This caused bubbles and streaks on my toes. It’s hard to believe she didn’t notice it after she was done painting. I finally got a good look when I got home in better lighting but was leaving for the wedding. I was unable to go back so had to just re-paint them myself. Total bummer as I really liked the spot but it’s probably the worst pedicure I’ve ever had.

My experience here was sadly the worst nail salon experience Ive had. I consistently get my nails done and decided to try Tip to Toe Nails as it was close to my work and I thought I could get them done during my Lunch. I made an appointment for 2pm and didnt get done until 4:10pm. All I wanted was a new dip manicure. I only had 5 nails wit dip polish left and the other 5 broke off as i neglected them and went over a week from what I usually do before getting them re-done. It took the girl, who seemed to be a manager or owner a good 30 minutes to get the polish off as they dont use the tools that other nail salons do to get the dip off. I was ok with that but then she would disappear and come back. Then when i asked for tips or as they called them extensions for my 5 broken nails, she was hesitant and then got a few phone calls and then another nail tech sat down in her seat and started putting them on. They did not however, tell me it would be $2/ tip extra, which I find outrageous. Then as i watched 4 women come and go before i even got dip powder on the nails, they proceed to barely file to top and edge them before being done. The nails are so thick and there is glue all under each nail making it irritated and the top of the nails look like they werent dry before she sent me off. To end the awful experience 2 hours and 10 mins later.... She didnt even say sorry for the wait or for how long it took, instead she says that will be $60... $10for the 5 tips. The least she could do was take the extra $10 off for this one time but instead blind sided me with the $10 additional charge.Im just letting you know do not get a dip manicure there. they didnt have 3 of the colors i asked for and the lady that sat down next to me at the end said hers always peeled off when she did dip there so needless to say Im sure they do great gel or regular manicures but do not go there for dip, they dont like to use the traditional tools you see to grind and smooth them down at the end and it takes a very very long time.Im sad as i thought it was a very clean and nice atmosphere and was excited to have a new place to go but that unfortunately isnt going to happen.

I love this salon! Ive been going here and the University location for 2 years and have never had a bad experience. The techs are always friendly and welcoming.

After moving to Denver I bounced around to a couple different nail salons trying to find my place, and thank goodness I found this one! Facility is very nice and clean. I go to Sophia and she does an amazing job, she’s very thorough and a perfectionist. I had some pretty bad experiences at other salons- bleeding cuticles and drills used on my nails that damaged them- and that is NOT done at this salon. No drills or aggressive cuticle trimming here. I would highly recommend!

I’m new to Denver and searched around for a nice nail salon. Booking the appointment was quite pleasant but the technician who did the actual pedicure was not so pleasant. I will say I had to take a call at the beginning of the service but she was pretty rude from the beginning. She had her headphone in and seemed like she didn’t want to be there in the slightest. When it was time to pay, the charge was higher than we had discussed and she didn’t explain. I didn’t want to cause a scene but even when I asked her, she didn’t say much. If there’s one thing I hate at nail salons, it’s overcharging for basic services. I give generous tips at salons because it’s hard work! But this is not the way to go about guaranteeing a tip for yourself. Perhaps a different tech would be more professional but I don’t think I’ll find out. She did a good job on the paint and massage so that earned an extra star on the review.

Of all the salons I have patronized in Denver, Tip Toe Nail Salon is the cleanest and the best! The atmosphere is pampering and peaceful. I love Michelles professionalism and my dip manicures look fresh for weeks!

Great service, the staff is always very accommodating, and professional. We love to come as a group of girlfriends on some Friday afternoons. One of my biggest complaints is that you don’t get what you pay for at some nail salons, but this salon ALWAYS delivers! My nails and toes are done to perfection and last a very long time. Even the most basic packages are luxurious and relaxing - very much like a spa when you are here. I will keep coming back!They do take walk ins but they are popular so call ahead to schedule!

I literally just got out of the salon when I got home and took these pictures. I went in for a simple French tip, dip manicure. I have tips already on my nails so all they needed to do was the dip aspect of it. I had white dip underneath and I kid you not when I say this, she literally didn’t file all of the white off. She left it there and did a whole new set on top. I’m beyond upset and saddened by this place. I paid $60 for something I could’ve gotten done at Walmart for $25. I can not stress this enough, DO NOT GO HERE FOR DIP NAILS or nails in general. This place is a joke clearly!!(The other hand looks just as bad if not worse.)

Very poor quality. There were bubbles all over the nail polish. When brought to the attention of the salon, they added another layer of clear polish and said “you need to be more careful”.The manicure polish looked as though there was a layer of glitter mixed into it. When I called to address the quality and the comment about “being more careful”, was told I’m with a customer and you’ve told me “that” 5 times when I stressed I didn’t appreciate the blame being placed on the person, instead of their service and product. Ended the call and said I’d be sure to leave a review!

Amazing!!!! Love this place!!!!! My manager was telling me about a new nail salon that opened and I’m so glad I found it! Beautiful place to get your nails done, Theresa was awesome and very sweet she did an amazing job on my nails!!! Everyone including the owners was super friendly and professional I would definitely recommend all my friends this place.

Tip to Toe Nails gives excellent quality and service. I have been a customer for Tip to Toe Nails in Southglenn for many years and never disappointed! I work in DTC and I’m so happy that Tip to Toe Nails is now open in Greenwood Village. This place is beautiful and clean and all the workers are very friendly. Highly recommend!

Clean salon and friendly ladies! I tried a few salons in the area and nothing compares! They have great recommendations for every occasion, they always fit me into an appt slot. They have amazing attention to detail. This is my new home salon!! Sophia does my nails regularly now and has a great eye to know exactly how to help my nails look great! I used to bite my nails my whole life and she helped me find the right solutions after years of struggle! I havent bit my nails in over 8 months now!!!

Absolutely love this salon. I have been coming here for all my dip manicure needs and the occasional pedicure for over a year now. The staff is extremely friendly and the salon is exceptionally clean. I always call ahead to make an appointment as there are limited technicians who can do dip and they are always busy. All the nail technicians do an amazing job. So, make sure to call and book an appointment for all your salon needs!

Seriously this place is grreat. I’ve gone to various nail salons throughout Denver, and this is the first time the polish didn’t peel off in the first week. It’s been exactly two weeks today and still looking good. Michelle was super sweet and nice and detail oriented. Reasonable price, luxurious interior and friendly service.

A week and a half ago I got my nails done at tip to toe for the first time. I asked for matte dip nails with extensions. The next morning the matte top coat was already chipping and falling off. I went back in to get them fixed and asked for gloss instead. Since then, five of my extensions have broke off....I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the quality of my nails especially for the price I paid. I have never had this issue with any other nail salon. Although this nail salon offers free fixes for your first two weeks, I dont have the time to get my nails fixed every other day...If I could get give this salon zero stars, I would.

I have been going to Tip to Toe for the last several months for their dip manicures. The staff have always been so kind and professional every time I have gone, and the manicures have looked amazing and lasted several weeks! My most recent dip manicure had several chips just a few days into it. I was able to see Michelle, who graciously fixed it, with no hassle. I am amazed at the wonderful customer service and have a great looking manicure again! Highly recommend this place, and Michelle, Amber and Krystine for your nail needs!

The customer service is amazing. As soon as I walked in, the workers greeted me warmly. The interior is also very clean and beautiful. Im so glad that they made another one in Greenwood Village, so I could go more often. The workers there are very kind and help me feel comfortable. I got gel nails done there and it lasted for a long time. I loved the colors, and the workmanship is great! The price was very reasonable as well! I would 10/10 recommend and will be back!

Have had great experience at Tip to Toe Nails for the past year! They quality of the gel manicure is awesome and my nails are still very healthy! My gel lasted almost 2 months during COVID without one nail chipping or peeling!!They’ve really stepped up the safety measures with COVID too - wash hands upon entering, plexiglass barriers between the nail tech and customer. I don’t go anywhere else!

Very nice, clean salon. Staff was very sweet and the tech did a beautiful job on my nails, but within just 2 days all of my nails are starting to crack? I have had many many dip manicures before and have not had the issue previously. This was my first time coming to this salon so I unfortunately may not be going back.On the plus side, my nails do look beautiful.

This is an amazing nail salon. I had a group of my friends go here to get our nails done for my wedding and the service is out of this world! They were accommodating and kind. In addition, they went the extra mile! We could not all get our nails done all at once, but we were able to set up a table for our snacks. Furthermore, they handled our loud group with so much enthusiasm. The salon even set up balloons to make my day even more special. I highly recommend them! Overall great staff, amazing mani pedi service, wonderful nails, clean, and they followed the COVID guidelines and precautions!

I went in and asked for a manicure and removal of my acrylic nails. They denied me and said I should go somewhere else since they did not use a drill and did not want to spend time letting my nails soak....even though I was willing to offer them business.. They did not make me feel welcomed. Luckily, I found a nail salon nearby that helped me.

Wow the lady I had was so rude!!!! I got a pedi and a Mani and during the pedicure I noticed she started to huff at me and murmur things under her breath. Then during my manicure it got worse. She kept grabbing my arm and getting angry at me because I couldnt understand how she wanted to position my arm- it seemed like everything I was doing was somehow wrong. The woman that did my mothers nails was perfectly lovely- something was clearly wrong with this other lady. The shellac I got lasted for a couple weeks, the toenail polish however lasted less than a day and chipped right away :(

I like Tip to Toe Nails a lot! A friend referred me to here and they didnt disappoint me. I did my gel manicure and regular pedicure during lunchtime today. Both girls worked so fast and detailed. I showed them the picture I like and they just did the same. Highly recommended.

This is a new salon and you can tell by the beautiful interior. They really put a lot of thought into the salon. I went to get gel/shellac nails done and why not splurge a little for Christmas! The techs are very meticulous and nice and I the atmosphere was so relaxing. No rushing in and out. The pedicure massage chairs alone make you want to stay forever.

They are nice and the place is clean. It took longer for my toes to dry than my pedicure lasted. It was literally like slapping product on and then removing. She didnt even scrub my feet! Not worth the money, gave 2 stars because she was friendly

They need more than 2 technicians that can do dip nails. Twice that I’ve tried to get dip nails done and have been told it will be a 3+ hour wait. This is only the most popular nail technique now. Seriously disappointing.

The best nail experience Ive ever had in 10+ years of getting my nails done regularly. Michelle, the owner, clearly takes pride in her clients experience.I was a bit worried when I heard they didnt use any mechanical tools (i.e. drills) but my nails left in fantastic shape. Additionally, they had tons of colors for my dip nails which was a nice departure from the usual 20 or so measly options at other salons.Even though my dip nail refill took a little longer than usual since they dont use drills, I will be coming back here and establishing this as my regular salon due to the exceptional care they took and experience I had.My nails have never looked better and because they did an actual manicure around the nail, I wont be snagging the back end of my nails on my hair as they grow out since the product was able to be perfectly placed.Really, really impressed with this nail salon. Cant say it enough

I was visiting from Memphis and needed a mani and pedi. My daughter in law (Surbhi) recommended this nail shop because this is where she gets her nails done. This was by far the best mani and pedi I have ever had in my life and have been doing this for 25+ years. The shop was so clean. The staff actually greeted me with an open door. They were so professional and friendly. Yuki was the lady that took care of me on this visit. She is by far an excellent nail technician. I recommend anyone that lives in Denver go see her for your mani and pedi needs. It was worth every dollar I spent. Thank you for making me feel awesome yuki!!!

I went in on a Saturday and had an appointment. The woman bella who helped me seemed a bit abrupt and rushed and very concerned with all of the future customers entering and the timing rather than trying to build a relationship with the customer in front of her. Actual service was ok, although there was some debris on my nail (under the gel) that i didnt feel until after i got home. I will give this shop another chance but would like to try a different tech.
