This is my go to nail salon thanks to Vutti and Nema 💜 however, this particular female nail tech is EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. Her customer service is terrible. She gets snappy with customers all too often.

This nail salon is AMAZING!!! The ambiance is perfect!! The techs are the best and provide excellent customer service! Their work is TOP NOTCH!! You will not be disappointed!

This was my first time coming here and I really loved the atmosphere, amenities, and inviting nature of the salon. I was a walk in but didnt wait very long.Bao did my manicure and he was very professional. I loved my pedicure and will definitely be coming back :) The only thing I would recommend is they could wipe down the massage seats between clients. otherwise, i was really impressed with everyone in the salon being respectful of mask wearing.

I am happy they were able to fit me into their schedule so last minute. Facility and bathroom seemed clean. The nail technician was nice and did a lovely job :)

Currently sitting at 1 complete hour for wait with no communication of if and when I will be servicedCertainly hoping this experience improves ASAPWell...update. As I sat and continue to watch the nail salon fill with people seeking services and no word on wait time, I left. At least I got a chair massage for the sit. Went to Body Serene Spa, less than 1 mile away. Total difference......save yourself that 300 feet of driving and aggravation of waiting and wondering do not go here!

I went two weeks ago I was over charged for a pedicure I didn’t get and they gossiped about everyone. I went again today only to be very loudly disrespected by the male “owner” because I brought my grand daughter who I had with me the 1st time we both got our nails done she’s a very good kids which everyone complimented her on her behavior even the workers. On how well behaved she is.Only to find out today they don’t accept kids no more. I will be buying nails from the beauty supply or supporting black nail techs which I should have continued after not going to the nail salon for 2 years.

I feel like I may have somewhat high expectations for nail salons, possibly because I rarely go and when I do its really to treat myself. But also I feel like I have been treated poorly at salons before, maybe because the technicians value their regulars more, which is somewhat understandable. But I came in 1 week before my due date, 9 months pregnant, and desperately needing some foot care. I asked for the V.I.P. pedicure and I was NOT disappointed. The salon was clean, the technician was attentive, and I really felt like she made the effort to give me a relaxing experience. Granted, she couldve been a little more sympathetic since I am just so incredibly pregnant, but either way I thoroughly enjoyed that treatment and I WILL go back. I think at $48 the V.I.P. pedicure was SO worth the extra $20!!

Just got my nails done on Wednesday and nails started lifting on Friday. Vy/Vy was my nail tech. I spent $160 on services and totally displeased. He was rushing because it was approaching closing time. My nails were slightly lifting prior to repair but he did not take the time to properly to repair and shape my nails. He completed my nails in 15 minutes which speaks volume to the work that was performed. This was my first time visiting this location and will not be returning. The services were below subpar and not worth 1 star.

I’m giving this review because me & my family were asked to leave and not be serviced b/c my child 3 year old child was standing up! Not bothering any one, Not making loud noise, not making a mess.Just standing up (in the mans option not sitting still) Mind you it was packed and no more seats were available for sitting. We politely left and made no comment about him asking us to leave. But I’m making it known here that I’m very unhappy about not being serviced over nothing.

Felt like they didnt reallly want me there. They gave me a poor experience for my first time. My toes already started to chip and i got it done 3 days ago. Highly disappointed. I never had this issue at my normal spa

We showed up at Luxury Nails late on a Sunday. I needed my nails done before morning. They graciously allowed us to come in close to 5 on a Sunday. They worked til almost an hour after close. They never once rushed us or made us feel we were in the way. They did a beautiful pink/white ombre on my nails, and a gorgeous rose gold glitter on my toes. My daughter had amazing decorated nails. Designed with glitter and assorted matching colors. Again, these things took extra time, but they were so accommodating.I highly recommend Luxury Nails in Montgomery! I cant recommend 1 person, because we had 4 different, amazing nail techs .

My experience there was honestly awful. what seemed to be the manager had a HORRIBLE attitude and was literally arguing with me about pricing and continued to pull out the pamphlet and i was right. it’s not right to be rude to the customer if they’re literally paying. never going back again!

People were nice and quick service( in 10 minutes) I was seen, but I got a mani/pedi and the pedi could’ve been better. Clean place. Would recommend for Mani/nails!

Scheduling a pedi apt via website showing available times; when I asked if they are taking covid precautions they pretended to be completely booked until June. Rude and unprofessional: no consideration for customer concerns or safety.

Luxury nails was great, the first nail place we went to said the couldn’t do the pedicure for my mother because they didn’t have the tools to do her toe nails because her toe nails was thick. But luxury nails did my mother pedicure and my pedicure with no problem, they offer us something to drink, they were professional, thank you luxury nails.

Sorry.The guy who did my pedicure did a good job.My gel set however, I asked for round nails.. he could only do square Or only wanted to do square, and my actual skin next to my nail has been so raw that it started to bleed from all of the filing down that was done.Ouch

The woman who did my pedicure was great 10/10 but the woman who did my nails was rushing the whole time and so rough and heavy handed .. I wouldn’t go back simply because I HATE when nail techs rush! She also talked the entire time to other people .. kind of rude and I believe she was the owner I’m not positive tho .

My experience here was very horrible. I received gel polish and I washed my hands and the polish started to come off. My entire nail wasn’t polished. Looks like a three year old did my nails !! They also has a very low rating which is 90. Nothing is luxury about this nail place . Worst experience ever

I’ve been coming here for at least 7 years. Service is consistently excellent. Lynn, AJ, and Lewis are my regular technicians, but everyone there does a great job. They do not rush and I’ve never been hurt, unlike other salons that have rushed and cut my cuticles too close. They do a great job on eyebrows and lashes, too. I highly recommend this salon.

Not enough Stars for my 1st time there today Easter Sunday!! They are kind and very interactive with their customs and their needs! I have gone to Many Many places lBut this place is NOW my New Favorite! You have to give them at least a chance! 😁

Luxury Nails and Spa is an awesome salon. The staff is friendly. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. It smells better than all that I have been since being a customer for six years. I feel that every one has an opinion about their experiences. However, some appear a bit exaggerated because there is absolutely no way that I would stay anywhere without ventilation alone let alone with anyone else. If they stayed and it was so horrible, those nail techs must be World Class Luxury....Thanks for being awesome. Keep up the great work.

Not cheap, but my favorite nail salon. I will never go anywhere else. They remember who you are, what you like or dislike, and treat you with respect. It is always busy, but worth the wait. Dont pass up your opportunity to have a luxurious experience.

DO NOT LET YOUR TEEN DAUGHTER GO THERE!!!!! It alarmed me. They kept her in there four hours. My daughter had to experience a four hour simple fill in because the incompetent lady supposedly did not know what she was doing. She messed up three times and had to redo the nails. WORST PLACE ever! I had to call because they had not finished at 8:15 pm. I was worried something weird was going on even after I called. She got there at 4:15 pm. Also they charged her more at the end than they told her for her fill in when they started. HORRIBLE!!!

I enjoyed the experience just not sitting in the water over 45 minutes waiting.

This place was a let down. Im sure they do a great job, but it is not ventilated well and my whole group and I left within 20 minutes of getting set up in the pedicure chairs. We were all light headed and feeling sick. It is really unacceptable to have the toxic fumes be so strong that guests cannot tolerate staying there. I have never been in a nail place that smelled so bad:( I feel bad for the workers who have to be there all day!! If they fixed the ventilation the place has great potential to be a good experience!

Very disappointed! This is the second time I get a poor service in this place. First time they messed up my eyebrows. Second time, today went for a manicure they charged me $30 and not even a massage I got! My recommendation: DO NOT come to this nails salon!
