She will tell you to come back and when she make appointment she doesnt go by them. She have certain customers she will take care of anytime

Tina is a great business owner and manicurist! She works hard and provides quality service to her customers. Make sure to go in and request Tina every time, I promise you won’t be disappointed! I will be a repeat customer after my experience at VY nails today.

I remember going to this salon years back an stopped going, i couldnt remember why but recently i was reminded. Why Their customer service is horrible. Everytime i go in they are rude & act like you are bothering them. I will never ever return. (To yell at a woman that was going to spend $100 +) no thanks!

I really enjoy this place. The people are friendly and I really liked the quality. I got acrylic with gel and they look so nice and natural. They really listened to what I wanted and my nails look great! Ive also gotten a pedicure here and the polish lasts a long time. I wanted to try getting my eyebrows waxed and they look fine. The prices are fair and staff is nice.

I love my nail tech Elizabeth and since she is only working a few days a week I appreciate the standing appointment every two weeks. Everything is very clean and the recent updates are very nice. Its bright and friendly... give them a try!

I was looking for a new nail place since I had moved from the north part of the state. The Gal who did my pedicure did an amazing job. My SNS nails on the other hand is why I only gave 2 stars. He was preoccupied and rushed through my nails. 3/4 of the way through he got up and somebody else finished. I have scuff Marks, craters, and no shine to my nails. Would NOT recommend. On to the next place. PLUS they didn’t tell me their credit card machine was down until after my nails were done. Had to rush around and find an ATM

I have been getting a pedicure here since I was 15 and Im now 22. I absolutely love it here they do such an amazing job. Never had a single problem they give great pedicures and manicures that are truly relaxing. I get my eye growls done here as well and they do such an amazing job with waxing my eyebrows. I would recommend coming here to every one. I will not go anywhere but here! The shop is also very clean all the time and you can tell. i love Vys nails

It was great. They opened up for me at 0845. Appointment was at 0900. They helped me to the chair, as I am in a wheelchair. Will go back

Horrible...Im a master nail technician....they use old product old primer old files...the nails are not shaped correctly..old polish..they glue loose acrylic and put new over it ..gross...I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE...NOT ANGRY JUST CAUTION...

The eyebrow wax AMAZING .. but the nails, not so much. i’ve been going in there for about 2 years now. i used to go for my nails & stopped due to them looking that bad. one day, while in there for my eyebrows, i decided to try them again. after 3 days one popped off, i went back in there & the lady told me she couldn’t do it, come back when her husband was there . i come back an hour and a half later & she tells me he’s not coming in. i ask can she do them and her response “i’m busy now”, whole time a whole other employee is watching this conversation go down. a nail shop but only one person knows how to do nails ??? the work and selection are terrible. i even regret not going baxk for my eyebrows but i’ve spent too much money in there to be treated like that.

Nail shop is very racist. Every time I come, there is something always said about me among the workers. They welcomely greet every individual but soon as an African American walks in, they go silent. I’ve seen it happen several times. This time when I pulled up to the nail shop, all employees were sitting outside and Tina ( the owner said her name was ) covered her face with her phone and pointed to the other employee and said ‘ you do her ‘ . I’ve sent several friends to this nail shop and they’ve had the same unwelcomed experience. It’s like they don’t like to be bothered with blacks or something. The owner does a good job on my nails which is the only reason I continue to go back but after this time, this is my last time. Will be contacting BBB about this issue as well

In this place right now. Worst pedicure Ive ever gotten. Looks like my 8 year old painted my toes. I am not a satisfied customer! Will not come back and recommend you look elsewhere.

Nails had to be redone because they smudged. Technician did not seem to appreciate having to redo nails.

My nails and toes are painted terribly, I had gel done and it was terrible and they rushed through my pedicure. Worst experience ever.

Its kinda hit and miss.sometimes good other times not.
