The tech I had was sweet.. very nice.. she actually held a conversation with me.. usually when I get my nails done at other shops.. they hardly talk.. all business.. I hope she has a happy healthy baby.. and stays healthy herself..😊

I have been going to this nail salon for years. Amy has been my tech for years. So I went in as a walk in and the tech asked me what kind of pedi I wanted and I said I dont know what Amy usually give me. I said ask Amy. She stormed out the room. The owner said she mad at you so no one would do my nails and pedi. I had to go somewhere else.

I now understand the 3 star rating my acrylic full set done on the 29th of May, 2020 at 5:45PM came out uneven and crooked! Instead of finishing my nails my tech decided to leave to do eyebrows and then say there’s nothing wrong with my nails.... My acrylics are pointing out the north, south, east, and west and the index finger is round not coffin at all.

I like this nails salon. Every time I go I get great services, I usually get full set/Pedi. I go to him every two weeks and wont miss an appointment.

I went to go get my nails fix and they didnt have the color I had on my nails. They then asked me what color it was so I told them. They begin to talk in their language and thought it was funny. So I pulled up the nail polish online to show them. They are very rude and unprofessional I will not be going back. They nail polish is old and I can go spend my money somewhere else.

The WORST! They are rude, they don’t know how to polish nails, my nails are so ugly and clumpy . Prices too high and doesn’t even match quality. Do not go here unless you wanna leave angry!

I had a terrible experience. They are very expensive and the service isnt worth the price. The nail tech didnt clean they tools. Also after the service I just realized 2 of them dont have licensed.😔

I had to turn my translate app on my phone. For the woman was complaining how i was about the shape of my nail. She didnt take her time but rushed through doing my nails. I asked for rounded nails like how the tips of my finger are round and after telling her three times that she is bringing them to a point she finally gets it right. The telling wasnt the issue the complaining about how i was being picky was. She ended up with a clumpy polish and instead of putting a thinner in it and rolling it around she kept shaking it up and trying to apply it to my nail which was leaving clumps and debris on my nail. I asked her to start over instead of using a tweezer to remove the clumps but she only got frustrated. I get my nails done on a reg. And i usually go to people i clearly see takes their time and hear their customer out about their concerns.

Very rude and extra pricing. Nails were not the same length and popped off after 3 days, and i also know the FACT is some of there nail tech dont have LICENSE.

I was in Montgomery from out of town and decided to get a pedicure. An older man doing my nails cut my left big toe and later I realized he cut it so badly that my nail bed had split. It’s been 2 months since this happened and my nail bed is still growing with the split in it. I would not advise anyone to go here I’m worried that I might have permanent damage to my nail bed and it might not grow back the normally.

I didnt like the way my lashes were done but my nails were done great the gel polish last longer than anywhere else I got them done at will definitely return to get nails done and I will try they pedicure but I will pass on getting lashes done didnt last long and one lash was higher than the other.

Me and my stepmom went on a Saturday and our nails started coming up Tuesday and 2 of mines popped off😡

If i could give it 0 stars i would. Ive never had to leave a nail shop and take the polish off my nails. Looked like i let my little brother polish and design them. Paid them because i didnt want to be ugly, went next door to Sallys and immediately bought nail polish remover and more polish.

Ive been going her for about 4 years the guy in the front chair messed up my nails about 2 years ago and got a attitude because I said my nails are not looking like the picture you said you could do. So I stop getting my nails and toes done there...I continue to get my lashes and eyebrows done there. This past week I was going on vacation so I get my lashes done the day before and the day after my eyelashes started coming from under the glue poking in my eye which has never happened. I called the man in the first chair with his bad attitude answers and I tell him what happened and that maybe the glue is old he gets mad and say the glues is not old you not supposed to swim with them on....which I havent he was very rude I had I have spent sooo much money in there.
