I had my eyebrows waxed on Monday and this is the result three days later. The older lady that waxed them is not friendly but she usually does a decent job since Shayla left. The wax was put on too low on my lids and she ripped my skin off. I hope there is no scarring. Needles to say, I will not be returning.

I am very happy with the time spent on my pedicure. The vibe was calming, the message chair did its job, lol. The lady not only did a great job on my Gel French Manicure, she did a deep message on my calfs and feet then finished them off with hot towels. It was all needed and appreciated. Thank you. I am not sure of the ladies name who did my pedi; I will learn her name at my next appointment.

Be ready to wait...Nails look nice but tech took 2 smoke breaks while doing my nails. Eyebrows were waxed way too thin. I love the work, but the speed at which they work requires a full free 3 hours, which I rarely have. I enjoy the service when I can. 🤷‍♀️

May have to wait for a nail tech, but worth the wait. Very good prices.

I drive 90 miles to Shayla Nails because they are the best. Yes, l said the best.

Sometimes they double or triple triple appointments which also delays your time when you schedule your appointment you want to be seen

I LOVE this place! Great customers service & attentive. Need your eyebrows done go see Shayla, she do them once & you will be hooked. Need your nails done see Kathy, if shes busy you can see the other nail techs. Need your feet done this is the place for you because not only did the tech scrubbed my feet she also massaged them and my legs, she had my feet looking & feeling like a million bucks.

Been going here for years. Typically good service. But the place isnt as warm, welcoming as it used to be when Shayla was around. Also, not as clean either.

I like going here because they are friendly and the location is convenient, however whenever I go to get a fill-in they ALWAYS charge me a different price, which goes up every time. Dont get me wrong, they do great work, but they need to be more consistent with pricing. I got charged 35 for a fill-in one day then 50 another! Not sure whats up with that, but Ill have to say something next time otherwise I dont think I can continue going to them. BUT if by chance you do go ask for Tony! Hell do your nails right!Overall on what to possibly expect:Pros: Lots of great nail colors, friendly, they do good work (Tony does the best!) The pedicures they really do great work and you can opt for hot towels or not. When you do get a chance to get your nails done after waiting they get it done pretty quickly and fix anything wrong with your nails if needed without a problem.Cons: Long waits due to small staff (depending on when you go), Different pricing for the same service so always ask before-hand. The massage chairs for pedicures arent very comfortable sometimes, so be prepared if you have to sit for an extended period.

Shayla does the best eyebrows in town. The pedicures there are wonderful. Sometimes there is a wait but it is so worth it!!! My thoughts are that you can go somewhere with no waiting time but trust me...(Ive done that before) but you wont look as fabulous as you would have if you would have stayed at Shaylas.

I use to enjoy myself at Shaylas. She always walks through speaking with a smile on her face. I appreciated the young guy tech that did my pedicures as well. He was attentive, had a great personality and was never in a rush to get me out the chair even if he was overdue for an appointment. After going in 3 times and not seeing him in the shop, (no services were rendered) I was told he no longer works there. Which brings me to why Im reviewing today. The woman tech was extremely unprofessional, said nothing to me and put 3 coats of polish and a top coat on my toes. She didnt massage my legs or feet. She only used the scrub and lotion to my ankles but then wrapped the towels on my legs 😒. She immediately left after she didnt receive a tip from me. My nails wouldnt dry because they were to thick. After telling Shayla, she was kind enough to change the polish for me. She engaged in converatation with me as she always does but what surprised me is she charged me again for polish change (discounted) but yet charged. Because she was kind, I paid and didnt dispute. I dont understand why I had to pay an additional charge because her tech messed my nails up? That wasnt my fault. If I go back, itll only be for eyebrows. Nothing else!!😕

Ive been going to Shaylas nail for bout a year and today was the worst experience I got there at 9:45 am and didnt get waited on until 3hours later.. meaning I didnt leave until bout 3:15pm so disappointed.Tony does outstanding job and hes the only one I will let do my nails . but the wait was Trouble!

She did the best job Ive ever had on my eyebrows!!!! So happy that I went to her!

No one greets customers as they walk in and only having 3 techs working on a busy Friday afternoon makes for an extra long wait for customers. Not a great first impression.

Shayla is always great with a sweet personality. But her nail tech the one with a husband acts like she hates her job. She is always frowning. No personality at all.

I got in at 2:15pm finished ar 6:00 🙄🙄 need more workers....they where a little all over the place at first but they got it together...i like the younger guy he takes his time an dont rush you i didnt get his name...but that short one tony i think thats his name 🤔 but other than that it was ok...will be goin back and they are very busy aswell an its very convenient to me since i have moved...

Came to Alabama from Maryland to visit family and messed my nails in the process smh. Googled nail salons stopped at two (that had excallent Google reviews yet horrible customer service) before I found this one. Walked in and was serviced right away I got a manicure with gel polish. The nice lady did my manicure and her husband who sits right next to her polished and designed my nails. Im very picky when it comes to my nails and the way they are polished and I dont particularly care for real elaborate designs. My nails came out perfect. To top it off on my way out the lady who did my manicure gave me a scarf for free! Everyone was so nice I forgot to tip!

Ask for Linda! Moved to Montgomery temporary and was very hesitant on trying a new nail shop. Went there once and never went anywhere else while staying in Montgomery.

Shayla did my nails and they were AWFUL a day later my gel polish was peeling off so I went to get a refund they refused to refund me because the nails were filled in so I let her repolish them and the were still AWFUL she half polished my nail and filed off some polish causing the gel polish to lift I WILL NOT BE RETURNING !!!
