Clean, quick and offer wine, water or soda. If you like a good foot massage this is the place. *English language speaking and understanding maybe an obstacle. I am currently trying not to admit my hearing loss, but tell you 100% my experience. They do smoke on break 🚬and the smell in the salon wafts through, Im a smoker so my sensitivity may be higher/lower than the average person. Wouldnt prevent me from returning. Fair price for service(s).They do use drills for feet manicure portion.

My nails were gorgeous and priced CORRECTLY. Too many times I see people be over charged by nail techs because if you dont understand what your being changed for and ask questions you will be ripped off. I went into Timmy nails already knowing what I want so they couldnt fast talk me and i made sure I got the price before I pulled up. Because I dont have $100 to spend on something worth $40. QT nails got me real good one time and I said never again. They use to be my favorite and the only one I go to. Now tommy nails have gained a valuable customer. I been getting my nails done since I was 13 so I know when someone is trying to play me. When this salon seen I wasnt gone let them play me they handled me differently. Youll get more out of me by not trying to rip me off because I will get more and come more often. So my advice to a lot of nail techs in Montgomery, stop trying to get over on your customers. Dont be greedy and you wont loose customers.

I dont like my toes.. she did a rush job an half polished them wit only one coat of the color I chose ... then I didnt like the fact of her fileing my toenails after they where finished

I think this is called moon nails now. Depending on who you get your nails will be great and last or separate in 2 days. I wont go back. But they are very nice and probably safe to get pedicure but acrylics or gel will be a gamble.

I went here because my nail shop is still closed so to the pandemic. The workers were rude especially the woman who did my eyebrows, she got an attitude because I asked her why she wasn’t wearing gloves and if she washed her hands. Pedicure was mediocre and my nails look like a teenager did them. I will never return. I’ll wait until my nail tech is available.

I will never again go here to get my eyebrows done. I literally told her to follow my arch and do not curve my eyebrows like they like to do and not only did she not listen, she took half my eyebrow length off and said I’ll just have to fill it in. Now I have to once again grow my eyebrows out before I can go somewhere else to get them done. This place has rude service and has not been the same. I would not recommend getting eyebrows one here.

I always have a great time and get great service while I’m there. Tommy does my nails perfect EVERY TIME! I’ve been going to this shop for over 5 years and have always been taken care of.

I went for a pedicure and gel polish manicure today. I’m not pleased with how my fingernails turned out. There are several fuzzies (from the cotton balls, I believe) that were coated with nail polish. The nail tech also cut my cuticles too deep resulting in a pretty uncomfortable cut. I will not visit again.

I went in to get my eyebrows done on a Wednesday around 4pm. It was quick. Got in got out. The woman slayed the hell out of my eyebrows. I have thin sparse eyebrows but she managed to give me a perfect arch and snatch me together. It hurt as expected but she got me together. 10/10 would recommend.

The nail technician was very friendly however she didnt do a good job on gel polish which is one of the easiest things that you can do. The cleanness of the tools was very questionable. Not sure if I would go back.

I went to this shop for a $25 lash install and they stole from my bank account. I used my bank card to pay for the service then got charged $30 according to my bank statement. I will not be going back to this establishment and will be reporting them to the better business bureau. Do not patronize this business because they will steal from you.

Had gel manicure and deluxe pedicure on a Tuesday and by Friday polish on one toe coming off and gel starting to lift on 2 nails. By Sunday it was 3 toes and 3 fingers. Couldnt get in until Tuesday afternoon because of work, by then it was 4 toes with no polish and 5 fingers of lift. They said they would do a polish change on my feet that I would just come back for fill. After doing polish change told me it would be $10!!!!! When I asked why I was being charged was rudely told I would have to pay for polish change on toes and it was time for a fill on the fingers. One week after spending $80 one week prior and a very good tip to both employees, totalling well over $100! Not happening.

This is the worse nails and eyebrow experience Ive ever had in my entire life and Ive been to a lot of places! The lady who did my nails had a nasty attitude. The acrylic was horrible and didnt even last a week. She didnt even paint my nails all the way. I had to tell her to go back a repaint spots on my nail. Then I got my eyebrows done. My eyebrows have never looked so bad!!!! Im from VA so my eyebrow place is there. I figuared well maybe theyll do okay. I actually wanted to cry. Worse decision Ive ever made. She didnt know how to clean me up. All I asked for was a clean up. Now I have to wait for my eyebrows to grow back out and I wasted my money on a ugly full set. This place has made me never want to go to anyone new ever again. This place deserves ZERO stars.

I normally always have Tommy do my nails but this day he wasnt available, so the older guy with the glasses did my nails. He did an alright job until it can to my pedicure. I was switch off to another staff in which I asked her for matte black twice just as informed the nail tech. When she finished adding black polish to my nails, she then added gloss. So I say this isnt matte black, then the guy that did my nails tell me, I didnt ask for matte black. Keep in mind as a customer you know what you wear and I dont care for all shiny black. But what pissed me off is when you know what you asked for even before they get started and they tell you thats not what I asked for.....So Td! They offered to add the matte for $5 more but I was pissed from him tell me I was a lie in so may words. I didnt have time so Im out. Never again.

Horrible service! I got a overlay. The lady Lou Lou put her nail inside of the base of my nail tip and cut my skin open. She said it was because of my nail was short instead of just apologizing for doing it. They didnt let me was my hands before they started. The manager wouldnt listen. My finger is hurting and the showed no sympathy. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Aside from my eye getting very swollen a week after i got my eyelashes put on, i liked them. Im not sure if the woman did not wash her hands, but the glue and eyelashes are something ive had before. Please make sure if you do get ANY service you remind them to wash their hands, and if they say they have, please have them do it again. Simply washing their hands could be the thin line in between them keeping their business and a nice lawsuit.

But they messed up my friends nails and tried to act like it was her fault that it was crooked. 2nd time I came in to get my eyebrows done. I was on a tight schedule so I asked about the wait just to see if it was within my timeframe. Tommy got an attitude and said I could go somewhere else if I didnt want to wait.Will never go there again! I cannot stand bad customer service!

Tommy is amazing. Sometimes its hard trying to explain what you want when they dont speak English but he can decipher it very well & he keeps up with the latest trends

Went to them 3 days ago got my lashes and a full set smh some up this morning my whole entire lash was in my bed looking like a strip I dont know when they started using that cheap glue but I wont be back I make a 90+ minute trip for nothing smh waste of time gas and energy

My experience was horrible. I got my nails did Friday 6/16/17 by Sunday 6/18/17 they were breaking. I went back in Sunday to get them to fix it they were unbelievably rude and did not want to fix my nails after I spent $55 in there. I will never go back to this establishment again and I definitely wouldnt recommend anyone!!
