I went here because she had such great reviews. She indeed did a good job. Unfortunately, my second appointment was on a Saturday and she called me several times trying to make me come early so she she could get off early. It was an appointment she herself gave me and when she felt like she didn’t want to stay in the shop till my appointment time she began to continuously call me asking if I could come in. I offered to just cancel if she didn’t want to honor my 3:15 appointment because I couldn’t come earlier. She said no I’ll wait. Then she continued to call me back and ask again. When I arrived at 3:15 she was not there. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone that needs to stick to a scheduled time. She likes to change your appointment last minute to get off early and that’s not okay. I’ll stick with a nail tech that keeps set hours unless it’s an emergency. Tracy has no respect for other people’s time.
