Today was my 4th visit here over the summer getting everyones hair fixed and ready for school. Of the times I have been there has never been a wait and they always do a great job quickly.

David is fantastic at his job, and he always goes above and beyond with my cuts and styles.

Very disappointed. I made an appointment for a hair service. The day of the scheduled service I was called by the salon to see if I could come in early, that the appointment before me was cancelled. I could not. Upon arriving on time for my scheduled appointment I waited 40 minutes before I had to get up and tell the girl behind the counter that my time was running up and I would need to be leaving soon. As it turned out, they did fill that appointment that was cancelled before me and that made the stylist run behind....which just wasted my entire afternoon. You see it took me 45 minutes to drive there, 45 minutes back then the 40 minutes in the waiting room. For someone who does not have a job, this may not be an issue...but it was a big issue for me. I have basically taken off work to get my hair done for a special event that weekend. I now have lost out of money that I could of made at work (and money that I truly needed) and my hair was not done. They did reschedule me for the next day, so again I took another afternoon off. The next day I was given a call a few hours before my scheduled appointment telling me that they needed to cancel again. The owner got on the phone and told me I had two choices #1 go to another salon or #2 come in again, tomorrow at 4:30. I of course could not take off 3 days in a row, in reality I could not take of the two days. I told him thank you and goodbye.

Won a gift certificate at a biscuits game a couple of years ago for a cut with David. Have never been so pleased. Will not use anyone else now! I live an hour away and its more than worth the trip! Very nice atmosphere and great staff. Thanks to David! He has done wonders for my hair! Highly recommend!

David is the actual best hair stylist I’ve ever been to. I have super thick, light blonde hair that hadn’t been touched up in about 4 months, and left with the best cut and color I’ve ever had. He really listened to what I wanted and made it happen! Also, David is just great! He is so fun and uplifting and truly made me feel beautiful and fabulous!

I had always wanted to try a Brazilian wax & tried a place that was cheaper the first time. . . needless to say, it was a horrible experience. I came to Josephs Salon& Spa, & it was a completely different experience. Jennifer is a licensed Esthitician, & made the entire time enjoyable, light hearted, & even educational. She answered all of my questions & totally put my mind and body at ease. The environment was very clean, professional, & welcoming. I will definitely be a regular at Josephs for all of my waxing needs.
