Ms. Voncille shampooed, conditioned, applied a strengthening treatment, and clipped my daughters frayed ends. Her silk press and style is perfect for an eleven year old. This was the hottest day of the year so her curls fell a bit. Did I mention, that she was a walk-in?

The Older lady brushed my hair while blow drying it so hard that I had to go to another salon for a trim afterwards . The roof fell in while she was doing my hair, she was not nice and told me she was just going to put my hair up so I can go somewhere else. She was heavy handed at the shampoo bowl then talked about natural hair as if I wasn’t there. She was behaving as if she didn’t want to do it and made me feel bad for coming. Terrible customer service and very bad hair care. I’m tired of people lying like they do a silk press and don’t know anything or hate doing natural hair!
