I cannot recommend Luke (L.A.C. Hair) enough! He did my original balayage a year ago which grew out beautifully. I followed Luke from his previous salon to Salon Concepts because he is such an amazing stylist and always fun to talk to! This was my first time going to a Salon Concepts and I really loved that the setup was more private than a typical salon—especially for social distancing.

Luke is very easy to communicate with and his scheduling was flexible, prices are very fair! I scheduled for my 16 yr old son, like many teens, is extremely picky about everything—especially his hair...after leaving the salon he was smiling and actually said “I really like it” and “I want to go back to Luke”!

I had my hair cut and styled with Luke Arrick! I mean, LBH, I always have my hair cut by him! Very smooth and soothing process. Great precision! My fade gets tooooons of compliments. I dont let anyone else touch my hair.

Jenni was amazing doing my Brazilian wax. Her place is beautiful and very clean. She is a professional, uses high quality wax and makes the whole procedure less painful. Extremely satisfied with her services. Located in a nice plaza with plenty of parking. Highly recommend.

Stylist Toni Wright of Salon Concepts Totally a scammer!!! We do business with her ( once and never again ). She order from us Nails furniture and try to trick us send her item and then taking back the money. Salon Concepts by them-self is legit and professional business but not Toni and her business here. If she order something from you, dont be tricked and customer shouldnt booking from her ( a scammer ).

Luke Arrick Cassell is a really great stylist. He listens to me when I tell him about my hair, how it behaves, and how I like to style it and creates a cut that is flattering and manageable. He cuts my hair in a way that works with it instead of trying to fight against my many natural cowlicks! Ive seen him twice with another stylist in between, and I can confidently say that Luke is the stylist for me. I think he has really good intuition for hair and Ill keep seeing him for hair cuts!

Great experience. Very nice studio setup that felt comfortable. This is my second time ever getting a wax and this experience was better than the European Wax Center. Plus a groupon is available(as of right now) to make the service cheaper. Amazing!

I bought a Keratin treatment offer in Groupon as a gift for my wife. The results are not satisfying at all, it like there is no difference before and after the treatment.

Well they say walk-ins are welcome. However there is no receptionist there is a doorbell to ring and when you ring it no one arrives to welcome you. I stood there for 15 minutes trying to get someones attention until finally leaving. I have been very interested in the salon and have been wanting to stop in for some time. Cannot believe how disappointed I was. I will not return.

When I came in she was with a group of people (different ages) that looked like a family getting their hair done. I told her I was here for my appointment and she pulled out her book and looked through it to find my name. She said I wasn’t scheduled today and said I must’ve called the wrong number but I didn’t. I called the number on her Groupon and spoke to her. I timed my hair appointment with my trip to Mexico. It was EXTREMELY ODD and unprofessional.

Scam. Rescheduled 3 times from a groupon. Everyone in her family apparently had to go to the hospital on different occasions. Groupon couldnt refund the amount paid because it was put in as redeemed. Her and her whole family is either very unlucky or she just didnt want to do it for the price on groupon and/or she scammed us.

Julianne Schumann is fantastic! She does my nails and my daughters hair and I cant say enough good things about her and her craft.

Ive been with Koree Thatcher for at least 3yrs. I have a standing 3 week appointment. I would not trust any other beautician to take care of and style my natural hair.
