I havent been in a while... forgotten how great they are.. will definitely make this my go to spot from now on!

I have visit this salon many times each time the business has gotten worse. I speak so highly of this business to many so it was only right to leave a review today. The tech made me feel as though she did not want my business period. She did my nails as if she was home on the porch and cared less. I asked for coffin she gave me different square like shapes. I said I didnt like she clipped them off and said it was so I could go elsewhere. She kept telling me what was extra even though I said it didnt matter.

They accepted me without an appointment. The nail technician took his time and did an Amazing job on my nails. Prices were very reasonable. I will be back in two weeks!!

My mom and I went for manicures and pedicures today and had a wonderful experience. We both loved the jobs done by our nail techs, and the atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. Nail techs took their time and were very thorough. The salon was very good about following new CDC guidelines due to COVID-19; they provided sanitizer, required masks for entry, and all tools used were new from a sealed package. We will definitely be back!

Too my wife a daughters here for a pamper day. It was our first time and they all absolutely loved it. Theyve been to several, but never one they really want to go back to! Great place, they were friendly, polite, professional, and gentle! We will definitely be back! Only place in taking them from now on!

I have tried a lot of places around east Montgomery for Nails. This place is my favorite! They always do a great job, they never rush and if I ever have an issue with my polish or my nails, they fix it every time! The staff and owners are wonderful and I make an hour drive every two weeks to have my nails done here! Highly recommended! And they always use new files, buffers and their equipment comes out of a sterile pouch each time! Clean and safe!

I had the distinct pleasure of having my nails done today by the business owner of this establishment today and as a business coach, I can assure you, hes setting the standards of his industry. Not only did I have the very best dip powder manicure, but I got to learn about how he came to be in his industry and become a business owner. His establishment has received a perfect 100 score from the health inspector 8 times in a row! Fantastic experience. Highly recommend.

Don’t go. The woman who did my pedicure cut the bottom of my feet with a sanding pad. I can hardly walk today. It’s terrible! It hurt when she was doing it and I let her know. It did not help she continued. The whole pedicure was painful.

I love this nail salon. Their staff are professional, clean, and plus it does not smell like a nail salon. This salon smell delightful, I hate smell of normal nail salon. This will become my go-to spot for any nail services. I am very big on cleanliness and they meet my standard.

I cannot even begin to express what a great experience I had at this salon this morning! I have never had such patience and attention to detail in a nail salon anywhere. Go and get the top of the line pedicure...you will feel like you have reached nirvana! Honestly, I don’t understand how they can produce an end product that is so much more beautiful than other places when it is basically the same process! One of the owners did my nails and I could not be more satisfied. Now, the only downside is that I don’t live in Montgomery so coming back will be difficult. May be worth a trip much more often!

This salon is the cleanest around. Their work is top quality. Personally I always get SNS nails done. They are much better than gel nails. They will last 3 weeks and you do not need to go under any light for your nails. Their prices are competitive. They will take walk-ins as well as appointments. They will do sugar scrubs on your legs and feet for you. They offer hot wax as well which feels really good if you have arthritic feet. Everyone in the shop is very very nice. This is the best nail place to go in Montgomery.

I love them! Great environment and customer service! Came home from school looking for a salon that does SNS which is not very common here but surprisingly they have it! Also got my eyebrows fixed after another salon messed them up! Reasonable prices as well...

I come in town for business once a month. After reading the reviews, I went in as soon as they opened on Sunday to get my nails done. Being a business professional, that is an important detail being groomed well. I waited over 30 minutes in a chair. My nails were bulky and uneven, completely unnatural. They werent painted nicely. And the person doing my nails kept getting up to do other things in the middle of the whole session. I left immediately and went to a different salon that felt so horrible for me, they fixed them free of charge. NEVER again.

The people are very nice, but 2 out of the 3 times I’d been here, my gel manicure started lifting completely off the nail within a week. The gel actually came off the nail all in one piece like a sticker! It was very disappointing bc the lady who did it was so nice and took her time so I give them 3/5 stars.

Pink & White Nail Salon is my go to spot for nails! They offer SNS (powder/dipped) nails and always do an excellent job. The owners are very friendly, as well as the staff. Very professional and the salon is always nice and clean! I highly recommend!

Great service. Love my nails. Will be back. The only negative is that I had to wait 45 mins between my pedicure and manicure.

I wanted to try somewhere new and glad I did. The staff was very polite. They had many polishes to choose from and the basic pedi was worth every bit of the $26. I will be back.

Went to them because they were the only ones they offered the sns nails. They are amazing sweet people and they did amazing job. Prices are very affordable for service. Salon is quiet and has a very open feel.Had to go back to nail I broke fixed and they didnt charge me. Have this cute area also for kids to get pedicures with moms. Too cute.

I have gotten both the SNS powder and acrylic sets done here and they are always long lasting and outstanding quality! The staff is friendly and all around amazing.

Im visiting from Atlanta and I thought the prices were a little high. No music or tv playing, a little off-putting hearing skin being scraped all around me. They also didnt massage my feet but did my legs.

The nail tech cut one of my toenails very low, even after I told her that I had recently clipped them. It was very painful. She also did not massage my feet for long nor did she adequately exfoliate the callouses on my big toe or heels. I got a gel pedi 2 weeks ago and already my feet look pretty bad. The skin on my big toe is peeling.

It was a great pedicure, up until I realized it gave me a toe infection due to improper cleaning on the parlors part. I wouldnt recommend going to this place; Unless, of course, you want to spend hundreds of dollars on doctor appointments and medication and have unbearable toe pain for a month.Update: I have now lost my toe nail, thanks to the infection I received from this place. If youre wanting to treat yourself to an OVERPRICED pedicure, you would obviously want to keep your toe nail that you paid to get fancied. Dont go here.

Ive been to several nail salons in the east side, this is by far been the best one I went too. No wait time, even if I do have to wait ill be back. he took time with my nails and they honestly look so great. very personable as well! (hii was his name I believe) deff will be back!

Visited today. When I arrived a technician was available and started promptly on my basic pedicure. While I was receiving services, approximately 6 customers came into the shop. Two were seated next to me and they were receiving more extensive services and the third was seated on the opposite end. The employees began speaking in a language other than english and then let me know another tech would finish my pedicure. The older male technician working with me left and started on the pedicure of the woman on the opposite end. A young male technician (with a mohawk) that was working on the new customer seated next to me scooted over and did a messy rush job with my polish. He then went back over to the other pedicure. I told him about the mess and he said it wasnt the polish, it was my nail. I told him to take the polish off and reapply it. After waiting on him to work on the other customer getting the more extensive pedicure, he reapplied it without the mess and left again to work on the other customer. After waiting well beyond an acceptable amount of time, I proceeded to gather my belongings to leave and he then asks that I wait and hed finish. I let him know he had one minute. He again began speaking in a foreign tongue and continued working on the other customer. He eventually came over, finished and went back to the other customer without saying a word.

First time here. The service was excellent and the staff was very kind and professional. Will definitely be returning.

I first went to Pink & White about 2 weeks ago for a mani & pedi. What a treasure! I was a walk-in & Gina did the most fabulous job. The salon is spotless, sanitary, and the staff is just so nice! Plus only today did I see a tiny chip. Ill be going back this week. The prices are reasonable for the great service, and you wont be disappointed.

I travel frequently and have been a customer of many nail salons across the South. I would highly recommend this salon, excellent pedicure, SNS color selection and great walk in service.

Overall the best nail salon I hv been to get in the Montgomery area. My cons would be the massage chairs are old and kinda hurt. Lastly, the salon furnishings seemed older and slightly dirty. Basically, salon could use new customer furnishings and a deep clean. Pros are prices are very good, customer service decent, deluxe pedi came out amazing, mani also well done. Lastly, they do hv a military discount.

This was my first visit to Pink & White Nails but it wont be the last! The owner/technician was very cordial and professional, and I received the best mani-pedi Ive ever had. The atmosphere isnt luxe, but the quality of services and hospitality are on par or better than other salons Ive patronized. I was a walk-in an hour before closing but was treated like a loyal customer. Speaking of which, the number of repeat customers there last night speaks for itself! Theyre a little hard to find tucked in the alcove at Peppertree next to Jalepenos but worth the effort!
