Marissa was great!! My daughter and I came in for pedicures. Marissa was kind and careful while she did our pedicures. While we were there I asked her if the salon did haircuts. She said yes and that she did them as well. Marissa was able to fit both of us in for haircuts. Her prices are very reasonable and she takes cards, not just cash. I would definitely recommend her and plan on seeing her again.

Justin is amazing! He is knowledgeable. and does a fantastic job. I tell everyone I know that compliments my nails to go see Justin at one stop nail shop! I have never had an issue, and have always been satistified with my nails.

I had a great experience here! Whitney was so understanding of an injury I have and was so patient and did an amazing job on my nails, she did great on a hair style too! The people here are very nice, caring, and professional

My boss and I made appointments to go get our nails done. We had 1 hour. When we showed up the guy said he can take one of us at a time. I told him that we made appointments but he wanted both of us for himself. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I love going here. I have always had good experiences here. They always take their time and do my nails exactly how I want them. They take good care of me and always help accommodate for my busy schedule. They know me and know exactly how I like to have my nails done. I will never go anywhere else after going here. Oh and they are also super fun to talk to. It is always a great experience! :)

Justin got me in for an appointment the day before my trip. He was super friendly and did a great job! He explained everything he was doing and the products he was using on my nails. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Justin did my nails... Gave him three stars merely because the design looks good. Mostly just upset because the appointment cost me $50 and yet the acrylic was down my side walls and attached to my skin… And was so far away from the base of my nails that I looked like I had a week of grow out after just leaving the salon. Wish he hadn’t had another client already waiting, so I could have asked him to fix the flaws. Overall they were just a mess. Not impressed. ☹️

Ive been going to Justin for years. He used to even have my nails on this website. They were PEACOCKS!!! HE HANDCRAFTED THEM LADIES!!! JUST ABOUT ANYTHING YOU WANT HE CLD PROBABLY DO. HE HAD DONE MY NAILS FOR QUITE SOME TIME B4 THAT N I WAS AMAZED THEY WERENT JUST DRAWN PICS ON MY NAILS. THEY WERE HAND DONE 3-D BUBBLED ART. N THATS WHAT U WALK OUT THE DOOR WITH EVERY TIME LADIES N GENTS TRUE ARTISTRY. I know I sound like the ad I promise Im not. I JUST HAPPEN TO HAVE GOOD TASTE N WANT TO SHARE IT!!!

I have gone to One Stop ever since they opened and have had the most amazing services! My nails have not looked better! I have tried many other nail salons in Missoula and One Stop has the best highly skilled nail techs!

As I was visiting from out of town, I didnt know what to expect. Jessica did my mani/pedi and she was extraordinary in every way. Highly recommend Jessica. The facility was clean and comfortable and welcoming.

I love my nails, done by Nicole! This is the 2nd time she has done them, and both times they looked amazing!However, my daughter had hers done by someone else there and hated them! My daughters & I will be back to see Nicole!

We had to wait because we just walked in, but when the provider got to my wife she did a careful and quick job of trimming my wifes fingernails.

The lady was nice but these were the worst nails that I have ever had done. My mothers turned out great, mine unfortunately were pretty bad. The acrylic was not shaped correctly and the gel polish that she had used was wearing off by day one. Giving the nails a dirty look to them. Very unpleasent. As this is the one thing I do every year for myself for my birthday I was very disappointed. I will not be getting my nails done here again.

Outside the shop was a sign Pedi $37 I was getting a gel pedicure so I did expect to pay more than 37, maybe 47. Stupidly I didnt ask before the woman began. The pedicure cost 60. Never again.

Worst manicure Ive ever had. Nail polish chipped just 2 days after I got them done. I left messages asking if I could get them touched up, and no one will reply. Ill never go back, and after my friends saw my nails they wont either.
