Amazing experience. They worked my whole family of seven in and we had such a fun time. The staff is like family and they treat you like theirs. The owner and all other technicians are positive friendly and helpful. Mind you, we had an insanely complicated assortment of requests.

Staff is more interested in talking amongst each other than to the guests. Some staff do great work. Others, not so much. Dani, doesnt.

I am from Massachusetts and I have to say the technician I had did an amazing job anfd what an low cost in Massachusetts its like double the pruce than it is here. Um back in the keys and goung back to see them again

I am seriously impressed with the acrylic fill and reshaping I had done here yesterday. She improved the shape of my nails to make it more narrow and elongate my hand and did an impeccable fill job, there was zero extra acrylic under my nails and my tech was extremely precise. The experience was also 100% pain free (which should be a given but we all know it isn’t always that way!). If you are visiting key largo and need your nails done go here!

Was in town visiting. Great Quality, very busy would recommend booking an appointment. Everyone very nice, lots of locals and they all seemed very happy.

Im from out of state and was in need of a pedicure. I called for an appointment requesting Vinnie after reading other Google reviews. l was able to get an appt in 10 minutes (lucky me!). I was only going to get a pedicure but was so HAPPY with it, that I got a manicure as well!!! Vinnie was friendly and meticulous! He even helped me get the perfect colors! The salon is very nice, clean and everyone was very friendly! I highly recommend!!

Vinnie is the man! I am from out of state and came for dip mani and gel pedi. My friend came to visit me while I was here and she came with me for the same services. She is VERY particular about her nails and Claudia did such an amazing job! We were both so impressed with this salon! Thanks so much Vinnie and Claudia and I will be back before I head home!

This place is the best nail salon I have ever been to. They are so nice and polite to everyone and do an amazing job. They dont carry old polish and always have happy customers. I love the way they do my ombre nails. They are my nail salon of choice. If you are in Key Largo visit them for nails.

I went here a few times for nails, and they always did a good job, but after today, I won’t be going back. I had a 2:30 appointment and the tech I had an appointment with didn’t look close to finished with the person she was working on. Another tech foiled my nails and they left me there to soak for an hour. Seriously. It took an hour before I could actually sit in the chair with the tech. She said to me: “Sorry for the wait. I’ll do your nails extra good.” Seriously???? I have been sitting here for an hour. You could have told me that you were running behind or someone could have called me before I came in. She gave me some excuse about the order of the other customer’s service (supposed to get nails done and then pedicure but they did it reversed). I don’t see why this should be my problem. She said “Oh well you could have gone to someone else if you didn’t want to wait.” I wish I had been offered that option. Took an hour and 45 minutes. Won’t be back.

I walked in and it was honestly the biggest, most beautiful nail spa I have ever seen! I was very impressed with the skill and professionalism I seen! I love this place and I highly reccomend it to anyone, especially if you like designs and modern nail art! They are honestly the best I have ever been to and I have been getting my nails done for 15 years! I also love that I can find something on Pinterest and they create the exact look! I had a lovely pedicure from a very sweet and charming employee here! My feet looked and felt amazing after.One star subtracted for my friend’s less-than-exemplary experience; her pedicurist made a very rude comment about the non-uniform pigmentation of the skin on her legs. I called their manager after we had left the salon to address this behavior. As someone who works in health and wellness, I strongly believe that it is not acceptable to negatively comment on the natural cosmetic variances among people. I’m not sure if any action was taken against this employee, but the manager’s attitude on the phone was highly professional and apologetic, which I appreciated.

Staying in Key Largo for a few weeks and someone recommended T&T. I was very happy with it! I had Vinnie for a pedicure and dip manicure. He was very professional, cordial, very particular and precise in his work, listened to what I said and was spot on with what I wanted! I will be back!

My go-to spot for pampering. The staff is always friendly and willing to help you pick out colors. Its so relaxing, I almost doze off every time I get a pedicure. Janet is my favorite, and she does a fantastic job with my brow waxing and tinting. Prices are reasonable. I only wish I could go more often!

Johnny did a FABULOUS job on my pedicure and Crystal did. Beautiful job on my nails. It’s my wedding day today and I could not have been treated any nicer then them. I highly recommend this place. It’s super clean too!

Staff was nice but the prices are ridiculous. $35 for a Gel Mani.... and they don’t use the liquid glue under the gel base. Edges started to lift 3 days later. Not worth it, Very expensive place.HEADS UP THEY ONLY TAKE CASH!!

You simply will NOT find a better nail place. Anna does my nails with a flawless job every time. Anyone who’s ever done my nails will tell you that is not an easy task. It is not just Anna doing a great job, it’s Linda, and the rest of the crew setting the bar so high that I’m disappointed when i have to go back to Chicago, Where there is a nail place on every corner, even the highest end places can not touch T&T. I’ve been getting my nails done every two weeks for 17 years. This is the one place that has never let me down. Everyone i know who gets their nails done in the Keys comes here. I consider everyone at T&T to be my friends, and i am grateful for them delivering such awesome results, along with good conversation. It’s more than just a nail shop to me. Keep up the good work guys. You’re the best.

The worst manicure I’ve ever had, nail polish all over my fingers. She noticed the polish wasn’t painting on correctly and kept joking about it and putting more layers on. There was nail polish on my cuticles, on the sides of my nail, not covering the whole nail, such a joke...2 hours later, all were chipped and then I realized none of my nails were evenly filed either. If I could give 0 stars I would. Also way over priced, 45 for a mani pedi, bye.

I completely regret walking into this place. My nails are gone. I showed the technician a reference nail (long!) for length. Instead she cut my long, beautiful nails off. Even after I told her she was going too short she kept going! Then she used a coarse emery board to grind them down to nothing, going at them aggressively until they were at the skin. She didnt clean up the raggedy ends she left behind. Then she loaded on a heavy coat of polish quickly followed by a second heavy coat. I knew there was no way it would dry. I walked out 2 hours later with nails that were already a smeared mess, both mani and pedi. I had to go to a store to buy supplies and redo the job myself at my hotel. Im now stuck with short nails for my vacation. I paid $45+ tip for this!!!

Too many fumes. Technician wasnt paying attention very closely, didnt try to start a conversation. The acrylics started coming loose within a week. Got them done on vacation, so couldnt go back to get then fixed.

Toms pedicure was fast and meticulous.

Terrible experience. Had dip nails done he had to do them over never took off old dip just covered over them. Would only take cash. Ripping off our government by not paying taxes. Not a reputable business. Very expensive!

My regular technician relocated to the key store and had to drive a bit but worth it. It cost me 10 more but I cant find anyone else as good as Sonny. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience. First off If you plan on getting your nails or toes done here they only take cash which is a huge inconvenience. Their work is poor quality to say the least and expensive. Hands down this is the worst pedicure and manicure i have received. It was also really uncomfortable that the tech was waiting around me for her tip while my awful pedicure dried. Save your time and money
