Went in with my daughter and sister. My sister was so sad because her nails did not look good. They got the paint on her fingers and we had to ask them to clean it off, they didnt get the paint to the end of her nails and he argued with her that if he did it would get on her fingers. We have gone here 3 times before and enjoyed it. Unfortunately we wont be going back after this time. I realize covid has affected prices but my daughter gets acrylics and we paid 25 more this time than we have in the past. Covid did not give me a raise so this hurt us as well.

They were terrible! Not only did my nails look terrible, but they are total con artists! The man there took advantage of my 8 year old and I. They told her she didnt want 2 colors, just one, even though she really wanted both which is so lazy. I told the man there I only wanted regular polish on my toes and he kept saying that I didnt, I wanted gel so what does he do... gives me gel! So now I walk out of there with a $185 bill and guess what the icing on the cake was. He said he already shut down his card reader so I had to use the ATM next door in the customer service area. Of course ATMs only give 20s so when I give him the 200 in cash he gave me this rediculous look and used this rediculous tone like if I wanted my 15 in change I was the bad person. Never Never Never again.

The cost of the services performed was $20 more than the listed prices on their board. She did such a great job too, but I don’t like those kinds of surprises. I probably won’t return.* Because of the prices listed on your wall for the services you provide. No matter how you add them, they were incapable of equaling the total I was charged. Simple as that.

Ninn does great on nails and everyone is really awesome doing what they do... highly recommend going there for hands and feet.

Girlfriend went in with one of her friends to get their nails done together.Were done separately, at different times. Soaked her nails, and just started painting, no cure. Asked for specific colors, even offered to pay extra, and had backlash for it? Isnt it your job to paint nails?The staff there were also making rude comments in front of my girlfriend and her friend, making them super uncomfortable. Staff were super rude, unprofessional, and very bad at their job.Fills usually take 45 minutes, and a gel manicure + a full set takes 30-45 minutes. 2 and 1/2 hours later, and they finally left the store.Poor quality, professionalism, and time management. No thanks.Nana & Tony were especially rude, and looking at other comment that disparage them seem to get a strong reaction from the owner. Youre not special, and you should really take the time and learn how to spell the word you, as well as take some grammatical classes. Its painful to see how you comment to your customers.Pitiful business practices.Dont go here. There are so many other better places in Missoula to go.

Nana does some insane nail art!!! She was very direct with me and cleaned up my acrylics so nicely. The design and shape are to die for! She’s got the color hookup! Don’t let the walmart entrance fool you! They kill it!

They were very quick and efficient without compromising their product. Have had both mani and pedis and I have been pleased with both.

Broken massage chairs, multiple people performed the service, very fast, burned me first with the water temp then with the wax treatment, ripped the gel polish off of my toes, clipped my skin twice, definitely a no for me cost was $70!

Theres no quality time with the customer spent more time on her phone watching videos then actually pay attention to her job and what was in front of her so much that she didnt even do what I asked on my nails now I get to go pay someone else to fix them. Would not recommend this place to anyone

These guys are incredible, I definitely recommend them to everyone. Nana is so sweet and funny and she can do more than one client in the hour, that’s multitasking like a champ. Tony is quit but isn’t rude like people have said, he has never treated me poorly or made me uncomfortable, quit the opposite, he’s welcoming and professional and good at his job. I’ve found that if you treat people how you’d like to be treated the outcome is much more pleasant, I recommend this advice to those that found this place anything but awesome. I’m a germ phob and with this virus I was terrified to go get my nails done but walking in you see how clean this place is and the signs that require masks and they will turn away unmasked customers, also I watched they never have used used tools on me every tool is clean and sanitized. I recommend you try this place out before going somewhere else you won’t regret it.

I absolutely love this place if there’s anything wrong with your nails they will fix it they don’t just do whatever they want they listen to what their customers want and try and make it a reality not a lot of places in Montana have the mood changing polish but they do they are very friendly.

My dipped nails looked beautiful when I left the shop. However, after 4 days they started chipping. Usually they last me 3 weeks. I would not recommend this shop.

I really liked nana. She was nice and talkative and I really liked the way my nails came out. However within a couple days my nails started to break. Really disappointed...

All of the people working here were very rude especially Tony. They used all of the same tools on me and another customer without sanitizing them and did a very sloppy job on my nails. They refused to give me and my friend a refund even though we were still nice to them. They kicked us out and told us to not come back we talked to a security guard at Walmart and he said that this happens a lot and he personally doesnt like Tony either. Very unsanitary place.

Ok so I used to live in pa. I have been getting my nails done for a long while.i am a very picky person and like my nails a certain way. I started searching for places and came across Davi nails. I saw their rating and the way the nails looked from other clients on their page and wanted nothing but the best. I took a shot and decided to try them out. When I got there NANA greeted me and took me even though she was booked. When I met her she was very calm and happy.she has great customer service and takes her time to make sure everything isnot only your liking but to her as well. It is a veryPlace that actually cares about their work and not just the money!! Thank you NANA YOUR AMAZING I WILL ALWAYS COME BACK!!

Nana has been doing my nails for several years and i am completely happy with the work she does. I can show her a picture of what I want if different designs and she duplicates it exactly. The nails last a long time with no popping off despite how hard I am on my hands and nails. I highly recommend Davi nails!

Two people did my nails, the male that trimmed/ painted my nails got up in the middle of trimming them without saying why or where he was going off to and walked around for a minute before coming back. While my nails dried he sat with me while on his phone, laughing/ talking to himself or whatever about what he saw. Felt unprofessional.The lady who did the actual acrylic work was more friendly but ultimately the customer service experience was incredibly underwhelming and a few of my nails were crooked.

It’s been years since I’ve gotten my nails done, came to town to visit with family and came in with a friend and got a beautiful set done! The owner was very down to earth, kind, funny, sweet & all around an amazing nail tech! Shop is clean and organized. They’re open to doing any idea you bring in and it’s amazing.

The guy was totally rude after I told him I didnt want the 50 set. Did a hurried sloppy job, didnt dry my nails properly and as soon as a new customer came, told me to leave. Straight up says you can go now!. I couldnt believe how rude he was.From what I can tell, he(tony) has a track history of being perpetually rude and dismissive of his clients. I wish I had received services from his wife, from what I hear, she is much friendlier and skilled than her husband.

After a horrible experience at nail trix i came to davi...nana is the best and my nails are perfect. She had to start over just to fix what nail trix did.

Nana did a horrible job on my nails. I have had the dip (its like acrylic for natural nails) manicure with my natural nails for over 3 years. She ripped the dip acrylic off my nails with a finger nail clipper and tore my natural nails and just criticized the last shop that did my nails saying they dont know how to do this right. That she takes care of her clients and just watch just trust me. Ive had a square shape and she filed them down to round and short. Looks ridiculous! Then she did her own thing and put gel polish over the top. Not only are they ugly, but my nails are in the worst shape theyve ever been in with her man handling my nails with the clippers. (They are supposed to be soaked off)

Nana Is great at nails and is so good with my kids. Very family friendly. I love wild colors and can never make up my mind so I always say surprise me and Nana never disappoints! Highly recommend!!!

I work with horses every day. Nana is the only tech I have ever found who is able to keep my nails strong enough to endure what I put them through. She is extremely detail oriented and a perfectionist. She really should be in a high end salon.

I have been coming to Nana for I don’t know how many years (5 or more) I am very picky on my nails. Once I found her prior to them opening shop here I have never had to look anywhere else. I have a crazy work schedule and they fit me in when I come in and get them done in a fashionable manor. They also use the powder instead of polish and are very gentle when doing your nails.

They messed up my nails. The technique they used for gel polish was completely wrong and sloppy. It has been only 2 days since I got the gel polish application there and they are already peeling and my nails are paper thin. There was only one nail technician when I visited. Rather than making me wait for 10 minutes max, the guy who I believe is the manager, did my nails himself. He rushed me with everything and charged me more than I was charged for the same job before. I really want my money back..

I finally feel Vindicated after the State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology found they had violated State rules. They are on probation for 1 year and fined. This is after I got a pedicure and was cut by Tony and that resulted in an infection. After trying to have a conversation with them about it Nana and Tony screamed and yelled at me.
