BUYER BEWARE!! Kyla will overcharge you. I had the worse experience in trying to purchase a wig for my Alopecia medical condition. She just plopped different wigs on my head without doing the proper measurements. I realized this after leaving there & doing some research. My husband was with me & wanted to order a wig for me, which we did, but had second thoughts after we left. We paid her almost $500 down payment. He called first thing the next morning & canceled the order (which was a Friday), but she told him she might not be able to return all of our money. Almost a week later, still no refund. She did have to go to a memorial service for her dad that Saturday after we were there, which I did tell her I was sorry for her loss. Today I went to her salon & she still gave me the run around & was going to keep $100 of my refund. I negotiated a full refund minus $25 consultation fee & $25 restocking fee for the canceled order. She yelled at me & was very angry. So stressful for me & my husband. She wrote me a check & I went straight to her bank & cashed it. After her shady business practices, I didn’t trust her at all.
