I was really happy with my Rep Paul. He was great at getting my service completed just before we were going out of town. He saved me both time and money and kept me within my warranty. He was also a GREAT conversationalist! I have the place, (NOT HIM by far) 3 stars because I had just had my car detailed in the inside and we got halfway down the road only to find that service people had just left black grease and hand and fingerprints all over my passenger side dash, and inside both doors. They also left huge black footprints on my newly cleaned carpet. I was very upset and had I not been going out of town immediately I wouldve gone back. Btw, they did the same thing last time and Jarrod had me bring it right back while he sprayed something on it and cleaned it. Kinda unacceptable

I’m going to give what’s called a “complement sandwich” about my latest experience, and people can take it or leave it for what’s it’s worth to them.Firstly, Paul the service rep and Ruth the shuttle driver aren’t getting paid enough. Paul was over the top professional & accommodating, and Ruth was an absolute delight. Can’t say enough good about them.Paul took my vehicle in on super short notice and made sure everything needed got taken care of. Ruth (who just started working for them) was very prompt and pleasant to chat with on the rides from and to the dealership.However, Richard the shuttle driver should probably reconsider his career choice if he feels he’s unable to be in close proximity to 99% of the human population.But many thanks to Paul, Ruth, and the mechanics. Thanks for getting me back on the road.
The service team was awesome and answered all my questions. They were thorough with my cars care and kept me updated on my service status.I ended up in the care of a dealer named Rich who was kind enough to listen to my thoughts and concerns about my car. He helped me find options to upgrade my car and purchase a more fuel efficient car. The wheeling and dealing went smoothly and I feel he really heard and cared about my budget. Charles, the finance guy, was also attentive to my needs and seen the bigger picture. Not only the cost of the car but the impact it would have on my insurance payments. Both gentlemen were transparent with me as I was transparent with them. I now own a better vehicle thanks to them.

I brought My 2018 Z71 Colorado in because Transmission was acting up. Regal did a complete transmission flush and wow what a difference it mad. Truck drives like Brand New again. Jarrett the service rep was Great.
Jarred was very professional, he provided me with all my options, when it came to my vehicle. He provided me with a courtesy vehicle, so I wouldnt be without transportation. When I decided not to fix my car, he helped me with the next steps of getting a new car.
Almost a perfect visit. Service was top notch, finished earlier than projected my only issue was the car wash. When I got my car back it looked like someone washed my car with a dirty rag. My car looked pretty bad with smeared residue patterns all over it. Still had leaves and debris in that wedge where your windshield fluid shoot out.
Paul Clason was very professional and took great care of me! I had been ripped off by two places last year and done without any Air for 11 months - so far my new compressor is doing the job thank goodness!😷 THEY TEXT YOU AND KINDLY MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS GOING WELL.... I was very unhappy when I learned that they Made choices to tack on services like a new air filter without asking me first. They also choose to do a fully synthetic oil change when I requested a standard oil change without my knowledge and my bill ended up being 2x as much as was expected.
My experience with Reagan keeps me going back to have my services on my vehicles OEM installed, with trained technicians..

Multiple repairs were needed due to 3 codes from the check engine light. All 3 issues were taken care of. Jarrett was incredibly helpful. He called and kept me updated on the progress as he said he would. I was told it would take a week to get all the parts and complete the repairs. it was done on time as Jarrett had said.Jarrett worked with us on the cost. Even adding the oil change for free.We are appreciative of the professional and knowledgeable care we were given.

Just want to say that its never a good time getting your car fixed but Stephen Spong my service advisor made the process simple. A check engine light will make you feel uneasy but Stephen explained what the problem was and it was fixed in no time. I will make sure I ask for Stephen the next time I need my car serviced and you should too.

I recently purchased a 2020 Silverado from Regal Chevrolet in Lakeland, FL. Purchasing the car was a great experience! Mr. Ortega took car of me and went out of his way to find me the best possible deal. We came to an agreement on price and down payment which was $2,000. Included in the deal was detailing the vehicle, window tint, and wheel locks. Almost a month went by before I was able to receive any of these services, though I scheduled them more than once. I finally got them to do my wheel locks and tint. They initially told me this would take a maximum of 3-4 hours. Mind you I dropped the vehicle off around 9 am, expecting to receive my vehicle around noon, maybe 1:30 pm at the latest. They have the shuttle take me home and say someone will call when your vehicle is ready and we will pick you up. No one called...and I did not receive my vehicle until the next day. No one asked me the percentage I wanted for my tint, which is something most dealerships or shops ask. I have yet to receive my detail til this day. A bit disappointing, nevertheless I love the truck, just not the hassle that came with it after getting it.
Had to have my entire engine replace they gave me new 100k warr or 3 years im happy with it.
I purchased my car here last year and only came kn for the first service visit however will likely not return, Sorry but I am going to pay close to 30 thousand dollars for a new car and be told the first visit is free then get there and be upsold 60 bucks for an engine additive that is a slimy sales tactic. Show me what kind of service you can provide and make the first visit free, dont try and upsell me after I just bought a new car from you and am coming to try out the service team. The other tactic was as soon as I pulled up another guy who looked like a sales person asked what year the car was, as if he was going to try and pull me aside to trade in, which I am sure they do with all of their service visit customers. When I left I was handed my keys and paid, walked outside and had to take a few minutes to actually find where my car was parked as it started raining. Getting inside the car smelled like oil and they still had the protective paper and plastic that they did not throw out. On top of that, they put a note on the service summary that they did not vacuum the car today for MY convenience to speed up the process, yet it took an hour for the service to be complete. If I was this experience Ill pay less and go to a quick service oil place. Sorry but if you dont want to vacuum the car then dont put a note on the bill, just dont do it.Its obvious that you are doing it to save money from having an employee do it, its not to save me time. If it was truly to save me time then you would ask me, not out a tacky note on the bill. Theres plenty of other chevrolet dealerships in the area that provide a much better seamless service experience, Regal is not one of them. Overall, the feeling I get walking out is that they are doing everything they can to save a dollar, while nickel and diming me at the same time trying to upsell me. I cant imagine the how this place would treat me if I had to bring in my vehicle for an actual service issue.

I bought a Subaru Impreza at Regal’s used car department in early July. Near the end of August, the check engine light came on and I was told that I would need a new catalytic converter. I took it in for Regal to take a look at. I worked with Jared in the Chevy maintenance department and I couldn’t be more pleased. He was able to work with the managers and got it so that I saved $1500 on the repair.
They are stupid that they cant put an email address in properly and i keep getting emails even though Ive called and i dont even live in the state.Update: After being told that my email had removed from their system, I got amputee email saying thank you for using us. Seriously dont use this place, totally incompetent.
Chris the Asst. manager is personable and attentive. They rotated tires, replaced one tire. That was the only tire that had the correct pressure in it when I picked up my vehicle.
Went in by appointment for 1 of 4 free oil changes, ended up getting tire rotation and engine flush too, but was supposed to get a complimentary car wash and that wasnt even done. How do I know they did the other things they were supposed to????????????

I Dont know why but I have been to this service center at Regal about 4 times. 3 out of 4 there has been a problem. My fist review was a year ago I put on on the dealer page by mistake. Srvice needs help, they could never tell you a specific time for your car to be done. Nothing is ever covered in you extended warranty and they dont have a loaner that matches your vehicle. If I drive a truck I need a truck as a loaner I need to move stuff around I cant do that with a car. The ridiculous prices for simple things we could do ourselves is crazy. I wish I could use my warranty and cupons and all in another dealership like Starling Chevy which is closer to me anyway. The people are great but everytime I go there there is an issue.
Took vehicle in to get oil change and for them to look at back outlet at 8:45am. I specifically asked how long as I had another appointment at 11:30am. I was told an hour and I specifically said will you let me know about the outlet because if that will take longer I can bring it back. 2 hours later no update and I went to Steve and asked for an update who was rude and said I will have to get to you later. I stepped to the side and he called up 2 other people instead of checking on my vehicle for me. Very unprofessional, my partner had to call the manager on the phone to figure out the status of my vehicle. I wasn’t even able to get my discount on my oil change. Will not be back.

Lisa was the only thing good about your company. She really did try working with us and accommodated certain things for us. But everything about regal is a disaster. From mistakes after mistakes on contracts, to the lack of communication within the company. Also having sales guys come up to you and even taking your information from the computer while trying to service your car is unprofessional. I don’t want to get harassed about buying another car from your company after all the headaches I went through with the first suv we got from your company. We are wanting another car but it will definitely not be brought from this location.
4th oil change and tire rotation at this dealership. The service dept has always been professional every time. I drop my car off before they open and its always ready when its supposed to be.

I was involved in an accident whete my front bumper and grille were ripped off. I had the car towed to Regal Body Shop. This happened Monday Oct 26..It is now Dec 1 and I still dont have the car. Now they had to order more parts and we might have it back on Friday Dec 4. The only saving grace was that they gave us a loaner after 2 weeks of begging rides and borrowing cars..UPDATE..over 6 weeks before we got the car back. I am still in a state of unbelief. I had the car towed here thinking it would be the fastest and best place to have the repair done. I just do not understand why if you have all the destroyed parts in the trunk you do not know what will need to be replaced. And the estimate was 1/3 of the actual finished cost. I know I am not a mechanic, and I am grateful nothing is held together with hair pins or duct tape (I hope, lol), but I hope it is not usually that long and involved, but was just my run of bad luck.

Jarrett schrum makes your experience at the dealership a pleasant one he always goes the extra mile to make sure everything has been done right little things that a lot of people would overlook hes always on top of it I mentioned to him one time when I first got there that I had got a message that my tires were low and as hes returning my car to me for another issue he took the time to go buy and air the tires up. In this day and age you dont see that too often Im sure Im not the only one that notices his professionalism and integrity normally when you go for service you have to wait in line to get to Jarrett, evidently Im not the only one that recognizes his job professionalism.

I believe that I received a very good price on the truck that I purchased and my salesman was great.The reason I gave three stars is the service that has been done is not up to par I asked for them to set tire psi witch should be part of a oil change and rotation but nope .this is the third time my truck has been in for Maintenance. So just cant trust them to do bigger Maintenance tasks like brakes or transmission services when they can not get the basics right.With that said the service wrighters are polite and try to get you in and out when they say it will be done.just dont be suprised if they werent able to fix your vehicle.

Thanks mainly to JESSICA and MELLISA in the chevrolet services for trying to make my experience more pleasant and for fixing a bit my bad experience in the purchase with the salesmen and the manager of the used vehicle dealership..
The first couple times I brought my car in for the quick service, things went great. They were unable to rotate the tires. This last time they did, I left and the car shook horribly anywhere above 40. Brought it back in and they pointed out where it has worn down to cord on the inside. (How had they not noticed on Friday when they did the rotation?) They immediately tried ordering the most expensive tires in that size.I decided to go to a specialized tire shop for the new tires. They came in saying 3 (yes, THREE) lugs were cross threaded. (This is suppose to be part of the standard service at Regal?!?)Regal acknowledged and replaced the lugs, though that service left some to be desired. Took over an hour till someone came for my car.Another time I called for the price of getting a new key fob programmed to the car. I was quoted a price three times what the manager later told me it costs.Was also told the texts/messages asking if everything went well, do not allow responses, or can not receive responses.Stingray is just a little further down I-4. Go there instead.

My husband and I are very disappointed with the service and the experience we had at this dealership. We have a corvette which needed a new key made because the original one broke. We had to tow the car to Chevy service department in the morning. We were told this was a quick fix and we would have the car in the afternoon but time passed by and no news of the car. We called several times but we couldn’t get a hold of anybody there. The car was left with the driver side window 1/4 down to open. The were aware of that as they received the car. No news in one day and that night stormed. Next thing we know they are calling in the morning saying that they wrapped the windows and many other lies. The car got flooded overnight they actually didn’t took care of our Corvette at all they tried to cover up their mistake an clean it up but guess what the car is all wet they can’t fix it. We call all day they hung up the phone on us, they told us were going to call back and never did and everything had to be paid the service and we had to go there to pick up the car Wet. This is Unacceptable. This is a lack of professionalism. We turned our car in and trust them to take care of it but what we got back was a problem. Car still wet we don’t know how will dry without a bad odor. Plus what other things might go bad due to this. This was absolutely disgusting, disrespectful and sloppy.

I bought two cars here, my mistake. I recently had an oil change in April my car has been acting funny. I have it at my mechanics today and was informed my car was 4.5 quarts low on oil. How ? good question when i have no leaks. I dont know what other damage it has caused but definitely wont be back to get anything done with my car. I still have free maintenance I would rather pay then have to put more money into my car. I do know they are not gonna take the responsibility if something major is wrong with my car.
