WARNING!!! Do not go here to get a pedicure! Horrible experience. They peeled the skin underneath my nail for no reason and gave me a ingrown toenail at the bottom. I literally almost cried. I still have it. Its been at least 2 months since my pedicure. My aunt got an ingrown toenail right after too. Also, nail polish quality is very poor. It stayed on for maybe 4 days if that.

We are traveling and I needed my nails trimmed and a fill/ polish. They were able to get me tight in. Very quick and good work. Friendly too.

Went in and asked for a gel pedicure and fill. My daughter was just getting regular nail polish on her hands. They rushed painting her nails and they look absolutely sloppy. She’s 4 so she can’t tell. They rushed through my pedicure. Cut my toes a couple times. Left the French tip looking chunky and rigged. She told me my toe nail was crooked.. moving on to my fill.. she changed the shape of my nails, left the crooked but they’re to short now to be fixed without taking more of my nail off. I would not recommend this place at all.. low quality for the price they charge.

They do not greet people, just plain rude! No conversation, just poke your hand if she wants it to move. Lied to me and said it would be $35.00, I go to pay and it’s $50.00 because I got gel polish, I was not told.that! No thanks or nothing! Did not leave a tip and I’m not like that! Just too disappointed and disgusted

There was a card issue wen I went in last had to file a claim with my bank because they ran my card twice. I kept coming back because the blonde curly haired gal is super nice and friendly and gives and amazing pedicure. I gave the owner so many chances and the last one was wen he was so tired I swear he nodded off while doing my nails. They were never even always had shorter way shorter nails then the rest. Over all if ur getting a pedicure call and ask for this gal I mentioned above she is so sweet! ***** I edited my first post.

Got a pedicure yesterday. She had me put my shoes on within 10 min and didnt have me sit under the light, which I thought was odd. When I put my sandals on the paint rubbed on both big toes. Instead of taking off the paint, she added another coat. No surprise, it got messed up later in my evening cause it was still goo.Went back AGAIN today to have them fix the 2 big toes. And this picture is what I am left with for a second time.

They completely destroyed my nails and they looked terrible. If u want nails that are uneven, the underside not being cleaned up and not being listened to go to p&p nails I hated the way it looked I wanted a spider web not a white firework

I left in tears because my nails were so uneven and not what I asked for at all. When I tried to point out that all my acrylics were different shapes she filed the opposite of what I wanted. I was also told that an ombré was not an option for my nails but she then proceeded to do one nail ombré (badly) on each hand. I hate that this was such a bad experience because I’ve heard good things from other people. They definitely need to learn how to do acrylics properly. I was very unhappy withy service and will not be going there again.

Kevin gives the best pedicure handsdown than any I have ever had. The place is well kept and very clean. All the employees are friendly and accommodating. A dear friend recommend P & P Nails to me years ago and now I recommend them to all my friends and family!

The girl that did my nails didnt even push back my cuticles.. paid for a mani-pedi and I regret it I will not be going back.. sucks cuz that was my Mothers Day gift..

Best experience! Very nice people, very gentle. I got a no knick acrylic fill. I will return and will recommend them.

I give them no stars,I made an appointment 2 days ago. I walk in at said time for appointment,and we dont have you,need to go somewhere else.he said maybe you called reserve st nails. Which I did not.

I have always had a relaxing experience at P& P Nails and a good pedicure. They last a long time and they dont rush you out. Very accommodating with scheduling and changing appointments.

Ive tried a number of different places around town and this is by far the best and most reasonably priced. Professional, thorough, and sweet people work here. I highly recommend!

Damned disgusting... Ive never been so disappointed in my nails ever... 10 nails and not one of them match. Tried telling her but it would help if she understood English or actually knew what she was doing. I have an important dinner coming up and I dont have time to get them redone... Im not happy at all.....

I am visiting Missoula for a conference, and needed a polish change while I was here. I didnt make an appointment, but they were able to work me in within an hour. Constance was fantastic!! Took plenty of time, even though it was just a color change. Probably one of the best shape and polish jobs I have ever had!! The salon is very clean, and there seem to be MANY repeat customers, the staff appear to know nearly everyone who walks through the door, and greats them by name. When I am in the Missoula area I will always come back to this salon!!

Went to May different places over the years and this is by far the best places Ive gone to. Clean and friendly environment as well as great pricing, will definitely go back and recommend to friends!

I had a bad experience. The lady that did my nails got polish on my purse. Then a week later I lost an actylic, & I didn’t crack it, it just popped off. Disappointed.

First off let me say the nail Tech that worked on me was an Asian male. He never introduced himself so I do not know his name. This bad review is only in regards to the work he did and not towards any of the other employees that might work at this nail salon. He was very polite but the quality of work was very poor.CONs:PEDICURE: The nail tech started with the pedicure. There was no actual food “Massage” but he decided to variously rub my legs and feet with VASELINE! Yes ladies VASELINE, NO Lotion, NO sugar scrub but VASELINE! The kind you buy at the grocery store. This was the FIRST for me, I did feel like it was odd and felt uncomfortable but I tried to ignore it, YIKES! FYI the pedicure probably took a whopping 15 minutes from start to finish.**I beat myself up about not walking out after the pedicure but at the time I thought ok not all Nail techs are good at both hands and toes so he must be good at nails! OH WAS I WRONG!!ACRYLIC FILL WITH SHELLAC POLISH: I have had Acrylic nails for 10 years now. This was by FAR the WORST Experience I have EVER HAD! The length on my left hand is by far longer than the nails on my right hand. The acrylic is bumpy, the shape is short and not consistent throughout all the nails. (He did not ask me if I wanted to cut my nails shorter or not he just went ahead and did it) I choose a pink French tip and the lines are NOT straight and the points to the French tip are not even on both sides of the nail. You can see white air pockets under the clear part of the nail. Yes I understand some of it could be from previous fills but the part I am talking about is all the NEW acrylic that he put on.PRICE: I would also like to point out that the prices hanging on the wall is NOT what he charged me. My opinion is that he over charged me because he found out thought small talk that I was on vacation. A girl that worked there range me up and when he told her what to charge me I noticed her giving the guy a double look as he repeats himself. What a HORRIBLE thing to do! You clearly took advantage of an already poor situation you put me through. I do not know how that man is doing nails. I hope to GOD he is NOT the owner and if he’s not I hope the owner of the nail salon sees this review!PROs: There was NO wait time, there were only 2 other customer in there (Friday Afternoon). Probably was the first red flag I should have paid attention to) the salon was clean and organized. **I did happen to see the quality of work another nail tech did her name was Sierra. Both of her clients that came in during the time I was in the salon were clearly repeat clients. She did a WONDERFUL job on their nails! I would pay double for nails like that!

I m speechless! Cant believe this is actually a nail salon and they charge money for what they do! They screwed my nails so bad! Absolutely unprofessional stuff and approach, not even sure they have license to do that!

They do NOT sterilize and clean their equipment correctly! I have a horrible infection under my toe nail because of this place. The nail technician seemed to be in a hurry and scraped the skin, and the next day they were red and sore. I actually reported them to the city health department, so do NOT go here.
