Ive been going to this location for over 10 years, Sandra must have been having a bad day, or forgot what an appointment means. I made an appointment for waxing, when i arrived at my appointment time there was someone in her chair. I kindly waited then was called to her station by her husband, while i was walking over heard another client state she was here before me. He replied I had an appointment. While sitting in the chair Sandra is loudly speaking in her native tongue and she is roughly moving my head, you can feel the discontent in her mannerisms let alone see it, to the point where she dropped her instrument on me, I had to tell her take a deep breath honey. She goes on to start complaining about my eyebrows and how much time and effort she needed for my brows so much so a waiting customer left, and when she does eye brows its easy. I advised her thats why I called to make appt, its up to her to say yes or no. i allowed her to complete her job, i left unhappy however i wasnt going to allow her to mess my eyebrows up cause she doesnt know how to deal with her feelings and emotions. i went in today as i was referring a couple of coworkers to her as they needed the same services done, however I will no longer refer or ask Sandra for her services again. Very disappointing.

My experience was not nice at all. I have to say they rush you in and out ! I usually go to a personal nail tech but she was booked so I decided to try Beyond nails and was not satisfied.The guy that did my nails was super rough I had to tell him “not so rough please” . There was a lady Sitting next to me getting her nails done and the guy told me to put my nails under the UV light to the right of me (I’m guessing it was not his uv light) . The nail Tech next to him yank the machine while my hand was still in there . And didn’t even say sorry all she said was “put your hand back in baby” because she realized I was not happy about that . To top it all off my nail tech didn’t even finish my nails before he went to the client next to me . He never said I was finished he just got up and went to the next seat. While my hand was still in the uv light 🤦‍♀️ And I said “ wait am I done?” He said “yes” I said “you didn’t even finish this hand that’s in the UV light” Then he came back over to file my hand and put the oil on my cuticles and then told me I was finished. Never had that happened before . They were very cold and not welcoming! Overall my nails can out decent. Only because my nail tech has my nails healthy so all he did was an overlay and gel polish and that was messy but decent enough until I can go back to my original lady. Never again !

If you want your nails to be assaulted then come here. Not gentle at all and dont care if youre in pain. If I could give 0 stars I would.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST IN MIRAMAR before I even left the shop my gel polish was already lifting and I was cut multiple times

Not really crowded. Great Service. Can provide more Service and Beyond. Has all the latest nail styles. Wide variety of selection. A Plus is after your done. Wash and Sanitize your hands and get some Antoniossss Pizza rite next door.

I was recommended to Beyond Nails by one of my sisters co-worker, and I was totally satisfied with the work that Bibi did on my fingers, and toes. She was extremely patient, and pleasant. I would not hesitate to send my friends, and family to Bibi. Thank you!

Cong and Sandra have been keeping me satisfied for years. I always get what Im coming in for with no problems. There are plenty of great technicians in this salon.

Love this place, I’ve been coming here for years! Bibi is one of the best nail techs. Sandra and everyone else in the shop is very nice. People always ask me where I get my nails done and I’m happy to say Beyond Nails!

I’ll be honest this was the first time I got my nails but my nails are fine my nails were applied a little too far from my cuticle but overall they look ok. The customer service was amazing. I didn’t catch his name but the guy was super patient with me being clueless.

I was less than pleased with my gel polish. Theres literal bubbles all through my nails. The werent painted neatly AT ALL. Monday one day after i got them done the polish is peeling off my thumb nail. Ill never go here again EVER

Against warnings from others who live in the area, I decided to give this place a chance. I had convinced myself that it was no way possible that they could mess up a dip mani. And I was wrong. The nail tech’s work is sloppy. The edges of the nails don’t have topcoat (and look grainy), four Nails cracked within a week and all the nails look lumpy. idk if it’s the brand of dip powder they are using or just incompetence on the nail techs part but I definitely will not be giving them another chance.

They are very rude. Everyone customer that walks through your doors should be shown respect. They tend to speak to one another in their language and its very impolite and rude for another who does not speak the language. Last visit I had the Asian lady was so rude to the point were I couldnt even write a review the same day. Its sad because they are in my neighborhood and it would be nice to give them the business. The owner needs to have a serious staff meeting on how to handle customers. It really bad.

I’ve been here twice, the first time to try them out and my nails came out bad maybe because of the person idk, so I came back a second time to see if the service was better and the lady didn’t even talk back she kept trying to get me to spend more money when I already didn’t like how my nails was comeing out I paid 33 for this set and it is horrible

The guy nail tech I saw did not know how to do a simple Palm tree nail design. I asked him for straight and narrow shaped nails. He ended up shaping my nails to a raggedy version of coffin. I was truly disappointed and will never bring my services back to this location

There are some good nail techs there cong n the guy next to him and the girl left of him the front row techs are good prices great order the front desk mgr does a good job with that feet now be careful the older ladies in there rear of shop did a ok job

Then have the nerve to slam the drawer and speak rapidly in Chinese because she didnt understand me? Complete foolishness here. Will NOT Come again.
